19/01/2026: I went to this restaurant for lunch with my sister and I have to say that the atmosphere is very nice and the service is excellent. You will find kindness and professionalism. The food is superb, quality products cooked with skill, excellent value for money! Congratulations!

24/11/2025: Where to begin... everything about this pizzeria is wrong. Starting with the fact that there wasn't even a table to sit at. The staff was rude and disinterested. When I asked if basil could be added, I was rudely told they didn't have any. The pizza was disgusting and paper-thin. The prices were exorbitant and the quality of the ingredients was extremely low. The restaurant was small and dirty. The staff told me they're from Albania. So you can imagine the authenticity of the pizza. All in all, the experience was terrible. I strongly advise against even considering coming here.

22/10/2025: Wow, we arrived half an hour after opening and were told in a really friendly tone that it would take a little while as the pizza oven was still preheating. Of course that wasn't a problem, we weren't that hungry yet. The children were busy with their art supplies. We were allowed to take the dog with us. When ordering food, we had a few surprises: they didn't have all the pizzas on the menu because they had run out of one or more ingredients. The same thing happened with the pasta. There were only 3 out of about 8 varieties available. But... when we decided on spaghetti, the chef came over with 2 types of spaghetti, practically as a sample, to show us which one we wanted! The whole visit was so friendly and welcoming that even months later we still like to talk about it. Most importantly, the food tasted fantastic!!!

26/12/2025: I had a great time. I had the gnocchi with a saffron sauce and the Chiusdino sausage. It was delicious. The atmosphere was calm and very friendly. I don't understand what people are complaining about. And the prices were fair. I'll be back for an aperitivo. 😉

05/11/2025: Cleanliness, hospitality, and quality = professionalism A key ingredient for success. Stefania is a winner and has a very capable manager. What could be improved? The male staff lack empathy for the environment they work in: cold, never smiling, and lacking vivacity. The baristas' attire needs attention. The outside area is a bit cold, in my opinion. I don't remember if it's there, but the door leading to the back of the lab should be closed. I was distracted by Stefania's eyes and smile.

08/03/2026: I went for lunch on a Sunday and particularly appreciated the quality of the ingredients, the deliciousness of the first courses, the wide selection of wines by the glass (at least 12 options), and the warmth and expertise of the host. The only thing that could be improved was the wait between dishes. For some dishes, we waited more than half an hour, but I justify this wait by the fact that the host is alone in managing the dining room.

22/02/2026: Totally overpriced. 50 euros per person for three courses. The bloc de foie gras costs €17.50 and is practically nonexistent on the plate. The sliced ​​beef is 150 grams. Only the first courses are worth the price. The place itself is a soulless warehouse, it feels like a diner. Not quite. In places like this, you can spend over 50 euros per person and not even know what you've eaten.

04/01/2026: A very charming restaurant inside a cave. The food is excellent, sophisticated gourmet cuisine with local twists. The wine selection is excellent, and the restaurant manager recommends it.

29/08/2025: This place is simply AMAZING 💫 one of those rare finds that are still hidden from the world for locals and curious travelers to enjoy. Where do I start, honestly?! Surrounded by their vineyards and olive trees, this place is a restaurant but also a brewery 🍻They produce their own magnificent wine 🍷 and gin! Delicious food 👌🏽The snacks we had were 🔝same as the desserts.

27/08/2025: An excellent spot for an outdoor aperitif or dinner. Their wines are good (especially the reds), the ribs are excellent, and the wild boar sticks are a must-try. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can purchase their wines, gin, and more directly from their shop. A must-try if you're in the area for an evening.

07/03/2026: Le Burle is a small bar and restaurant in Borgo Carige, in the municipality of Capalbio. The place is popular with locals, and the bar is a popular spot for aperitifs accompanied by generous appetizers. The restaurant is simple, with good food and a good selection of wines. Fair prices.

27/09/2025: We arrived late at night, so unfortunately there wasn't much choice of pre-made dishes. The guy prepared pasta with clams and fried fish for us to take away. We also ordered baked cannoli and baked potatoes. We ordered everything to take away, and everything was carefully packaged. The spaghetti was very good, as were the baked cannoli. The mixed fried fish wasn't anything special, honestly, as were the potatoes. Perhaps it didn't help that we ate the food after an hour. The very kind and friendly guy made the wait go by in a fun way.

23/10/2025: Fabulous location when you can eat outside overlooking the square. The interior is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A typical Tuscan menu with generous, quality portions, plus pizza and appetizers. Reservations are recommended from April to September. Good value for money.

10/10/2025: Very tasty. It's worth checking out the dishes on the blackboard; they're much more interesting than the regular menu. The place overlooks the cathedral and piazza, but doesn't feel like a tourist spot. Fair prices. Negroni for €5!

10/03/2026: One of the best places on Earth, you will even get to visit. Reach cultural are will only make it hard to pick what to do, the taste of the Italian cuisine they make in the resturant which could only be compared to the home food, as well as the high end michlen kitchen and the beautiful rooms, will make you want to stay there forever. Not to mention the hospitality of the family who owns the place, it's on another level. if would even get a chance to visit it, you will never regret it

09/01/2026: Lunch not planned due to a travel break. The tagliatelle with wild boar ragu was delicious and plentiful. Matteo was very friendly. I highly recommend the place.
