A peaceful and relaxing weekend with friends. The property is beautiful, clean, and meticulously maintained, with two pools, one for children. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and a kitchenette. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection and quality products. Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it, and I hope to return soon!

We're back from the Modena Apennines after 10 years... the same pleasure we've rediscovered. We're two couples in an apartment with two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms... kitchen, etc... etc... we feel at home. The amenities, pool, bar, and restaurant are all perfect. A pleasant location for a stopover and a strategic point from a logistical standpoint for enjoying the Maremma and the Argentario coast. Okay... okay... now let's talk about costs: the price is in line with the product offered. Highly recommended.

The only thing that sets it apart from the 4-star category is the panoramic view; otherwise, it leaves much to be desired. The room cleaning is poor, I didn't like the bar and restaurant services, I found the management unprofessional and unfriendly, and there's little to no typical Maremma feel about it.

I stayed 2 days in this wonderful place, I recommend it, good food, very kind staff, from the restaurant service to the cleaning staff, even at the reception, and then.... the swimming pool and the wonderful view

This year, I had the opportunity to stay at this resort again for VG DAY. The rooms were decent, the service was efficient (even better than last year), and the location was absolutely fabulous. Highly recommended!

Cuisine and Atmosphere A weekend of pure relaxation. The Borgo is enchanting, surrounded by endless greenery. We ate wonderfully in the on-site restaurant: traditional Tuscan cuisine with authentic local flavors. Breakfast is another highlight, meticulously prepared. The rooms reflect the local style and instantly make you feel on vacation. An oasis of tranquility just steps from the capital.

Escape from Rome Less than two hours from Rome, it's the perfect place to unwind and recharge in the heart of Maremma. Surrounded by greenery, it offers absolute peace. The Tuscan-style rooms are quaint and very welcoming. A special mention goes to the breakfast: generous and with fresh products, the perfect way to wake up surrounded by nature. I'll definitely be back!

Not a great experience, rustic and creepy rooms, no meals available except on certain days and times, parking far from the rooms and few and far places to eat. Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms. Good breakfast. ************** Non è stata una bella esperienza: camere rustiche e inquietanti, pasti non disponibili se non in determinati giorni e orari, parcheggio lontano dalle camere e pochi posti dove mangiare, peraltro distanti tra loro. Il Wi-Fi non funziona nelle camere. Colazione buona.

22/10/2025: Wow, we arrived half an hour after opening and were told in a really friendly tone that it would take a little while as the pizza oven was still preheating. Of course that wasn't a problem, we weren't that hungry yet. The children were busy with their art supplies. We were allowed to take the dog with us. When ordering food, we had a few surprises: they didn't have all the pizzas on the menu because they had run out of one or more ingredients. The same thing happened with the pasta. There were only 3 out of about 8 varieties available. But... when we decided on spaghetti, the chef came over with 2 types of spaghetti, practically as a sample, to show us which one we wanted! The whole visit was so friendly and welcoming that even months later we still like to talk about it. Most importantly, the food tasted fantastic!!!

10/06/2026: Dinner in a welcoming place, very friendly staff, but above all the dishes were all very good, the gnocchi with garlic, oil, chili pepper and clams are amazing... I highly recommend it.
07/06/2026: We stopped for lunch at Le Burle after 2:00 PM, one of the few restaurants open in the area. They seated us in the back of the restaurant, which is cooler and airier. We ordered sautéed mussels and pici cacio e pepe with bottarga. The mussels were truly excellent, especially the flavorful sauce that accompanied them. The pici were also excellent, although the bottarga was barely noticeable. Prices are quite high: most entrees are around €20, with the exception of the pasta with meat sauce. The service, however, was less convincing. Despite the restaurant being sparsely crowded, the staff seemed inattentive, engaging in lengthy private conversations with some customers at the next table. It would be interesting to also offer a version of cacio e pepe without bottarga, to offer a more affordable alternative.
