Good ice cream. Sometimes you have to wait. If you go a little before nine, you'll be served almost immediately.

01/07/2026: I appreciated the refined menu, unique and faithful to local traditions. The tortelli were excellent, made with an authentic local recipe and carefully selected wild herbs. The selection of meats and wines was also excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously maintained, with a touch of the past, thanks to the location inside a centuries-old cellar carved into the tuff rock.
15/06/2026: Rima Restaurant is a special place. Located in a cave with excavations and sculptures at the end. We spent a wonderful evening there. Nicola, the owner, served us with dedication and enthusiasm. We ate a selection of starters, all of which were delicious. The beef tartare on a bed of tomatoes was exceptional. As well as the dish of the day, which was tortellini and gnocchi, both in a wonderful tomato sauce.

05/05/2026: This is where I want to return as soon as winter melts and the days slowly lengthen. Because you don't come here just for the delicious cuisine that pampers you with dishes that interpret tradition in an original way or invent something entirely new, or to taste a craft gin that reigns supreme at aperitifs, or a vermouth that you can't quite tell is a vermouth but says so itself, or for that glass of wine while enjoying a breathtaking sunset. No, you come to Frank & Serafico also because it makes you feel good here, because you're surrounded by, if you know how to see and listen, the beauty of simple and therefore precious things.
22/01/2026: Excellent for an aperitif in the spirit of tradition and authenticity, with young and friendly staff. The cuisine is also worth trying. See you next time 😚
