04/08/2025: The place is beautiful. But the ramen isn't up to par. My ramen was incredibly salty, while my brother's was tasteless. I had to order some of his soup to counteract the saltiness of mine. The service was average. The prices were too high for the quality.

Ci siamo presentati (nel centro di Firenze, quindi non facile da raggiungere e soprattutto trovare parcheggio) e il ristorante era chiuso per ferie.
Questa chiusura, da giugno ad agosto compreso, non viene indicata né sul sito né sui social del ristorante.
Pessima comunicazione

08/11/2025: We stopped for a coffee at this bar. It costs €1.40, which is almost the price; you can pay less in the center of Florence. And to top it all off, the coffee cups were all in bad shape...mine was even chipped. If you're serving €1.40 worth of coffee, at least give it to them intact.
01/11/2025: Terrible welcome, after my wife and I had been waiting at the counter for a long time.
With two people serving and no customers other than us,
they didn't even give us a glance.
I'd almost call it creepy.

02/07/2025: A very normal ice cream that I didn't like, but beyond this, I don't think it's fair that when you ask for a €2.50 ice cream with two flavors including cream, the cost increases by 0.50 cents.
27/05/2025: Surely the raw material will be good and of quality but I didn't like the "creamy" taste and also the flavours are not very different from each other despite the fact that it is not very sugary.

10/11/2025: Everything has gotten worse, especially the sales and customer service staff, who wander around the aisles doing anything but work.
A guy I tried to ask for information was having fun on the phone as if he were in a bar, but at the second mention he turned his back on me and walked away.
I left without buying anything.
I won't be back.
07/11/2025: I went to IKEA one morning with my twins, thinking I could leave them in the play area (like I did with their now grown brother). To my surprise, I discovered it's only open in the afternoon. It was election season, so schools were closed and there were lots of families with children. It was a huge disservice to me; obviously, I didn't see anything I wanted to see. If I'd known, I wouldn't have even left home.

08/10/2025: I wanted to tell the lady behind the counter that making a face and adding a euro to the bill just because you pay by card is truly a slob, especially when the bar is full of paying people and considering that under €15 there is no commission. Also, I suggest not filling the croissants until they burst with filling because, more than making them delicious, it just makes them disgusting.
07/10/2025: My favorite pastry shop in Rifredi. Lots of sweet and savory selections, but I personally prefer their desserts! The custard is very well made! The service is fast and friendly despite the crowds. They're excellent, and I go back whenever I can.

07/06/2025: We had dinner this evening and had a great time. The table was on the terrace and it was enchanting. Fast service, very friendly staff, really good quality of food. The cost was really reasonable. The only criticism I feel like making is the temperature of the draft drink not very “cold”, but maybe it is subjective. We will definitely be back.
27/05/2025: I celebrated my 18th on Sunday evening, a very nice and not confusing place; very kind and helpful staff, they were ready for every need right from the start. Very good food, both appetizers and pizza, and nothing was ever missing!!

16/08/2025: I ask for Lemonsoda and get an 18cl Schweppes...standing for €3.50. What can I say? I noticed, and the waitress responded without sympathy. The desserts are good, but the service could be improved.

30/07/2025: My favorite pasta was no longer available. Be careful, they have a break until 5:30 PM. It was closed. There are far fewer items for sale than before COVID. It's not worth going there anymore.

03/10/2025: I came because of the schiacciata, but the staff were too rude, English speakers are not welcome here
03/10/2025: We stopped by today to get a schiacciata dolce (sweet flatbread). When we went in, we also saw the cantucci and bought three packets. The staff was very kind and even gift-wrapped the cantucci for us to give as presents. The schiacciata dolce was excellent, really, really good.

02/11/2025: Terrible food; if you banged the schiacciata on the plate, it would break. Everything else was tasteless, the tomato sauce was sour. The only redeeming feature was the drinks.
The service was absolutely terrible; the waiter was extremely rude and irritable, even rudely answering one guy who didn't understand his question.
The aperitif is absolutely not worth €15.
I came last year, it was a completely different story. We had a wonderful time, a huge disappointment.
31/10/2025: Very inviting atmosphere, but the girl at the entrance doesn't greet you either when you enter or when you leave. While you pay, she talks to other people, no interaction.
But what I really don't understand is why there are no prices on the menu!
Isn't that mandatory? It really bothered me.

11/09/2024: Provo a tornare per cambiare ricordo non positivo, prendendo gusti classici,pistacchio e cioccolata,confermo che si paga molto la citazione nel gambero rosso;il gelato artigianale buono non ha bisogno di "spinte" come dimostra anche la vicina grosseto.
