11/08/2025: Another center only for those with cars, impossible to get information from bus drivers. One bus per hour, and not even well signposted. Talk to the municipality or the transport company, because they will help you.

08/08/2025: Impressive, huge, I even got lost, but I didn't even realize it since each space was beautifully decorated and I had my first experience looking for the item on the shelf and paying at the self-checkout. It's worth coming back.

07/06/2025: We had dinner this evening and had a great time. The table was on the terrace and it was enchanting. Fast service, very friendly staff, really good quality of food. The cost was really reasonable. The only criticism I feel like making is the temperature of the draft drink not very “cold”, but maybe it is subjective. We will definitely be back.

27/05/2025: I celebrated my 18th on Sunday evening, a very nice and not confusing place; very kind and helpful staff, they were ready for every need right from the start. Very good food, both appetizers and pizza, and nothing was ever missing!! congratulations again!

14/07/2025: We went there based on a recommendation from chatgbt, which said it was in the Michelin Guide 2024. However, the service was poor. I didn't like the design of the plates. Even when we sat at the table, we waited a long time for drinks.

09/07/2025: La comida era absolutamente increíble, probablemente una de las mejores que hemos probado, pero el servicio fue tan pésimo que arruinó por completo la experiencia. Sólo aguantamos porque la comida era increíble. Hicimos una reserva con antelación, mencionando específicamente que era para la celebración de nuestro aniversario, pero no hicieron nada para reconocer esta ocasión especial. También solicitamos un asiento con vista, pero cuando nos sentamos y lo mencioné, el gerente me despidió, diciendo que la mesa estaba "reservada para otros huéspedes". Esto fue extremadamente decepcionante y poco profesional, considerando que también lo habíamos solicitado al hacer la reserva. Además de eso, el servicio durante toda la noche fue terrible. Tuvimos que rellenar nuestro propio vino, pedir agua repetidamente y cubrir nuestras necesidades básicas nosotros mismos. Para empeorar las cosas, el gerente estaba discutiendo abiertamente con su propio personal, gritando tan fuerte que todo el restaurante podía escuchar. Fue un momento incómodo y extraño para todos los que cenaban allí. Si bien la comida era indudablemente excelente, el ambiente y el servicio eran tan malos que la eclipsaron por completo. No recomendaría este lugar a menos que solo estés aquí para pedir comida para llevar o no te importe nada la experiencia.

07/07/2025: What was once a charming cafe with great doughnuts and pizza and coffee is now a cooking tourist spot. You have no idea how cute this place was before…a place that transported you back in time. A true feeling of Florence. Questa e la vita.

02/07/2025: A small but charming place, where you can breathe an authentic atmosphere, made of tradition, inviting aromas and sincere smiles. I have always gone there, since I was a child, watching the bomboloni coming down from above was magic. As soon as you enter you are welcomed with warmth, like in a shop of other times. The desserts are a joy for the eyes and a triumph for the palate. The cream cannoncini are among the best I have ever tasted: crumbly, golden, filled on the spot with a delicate and velvety cream. Even the babà, the sfogliatelle and the millefoglie are true works of art. The coffee is no less: intense and perfectly balanced, always served with a smile. The staff is friendly, fast and available to tell the story and the particularities of the products. Cucciolo is much more than a simple pastry shop: it is a place of the heart, a must-see for those who want to taste the real Florence, with a touch of sweetness that remains in the memory. Highly recommended for tourists and Florentines!

06/07/2025: Excellent experience at UMAI Sushi in Orbetello, waiting times for the service and the kitchen perfectly compatible with both the standard preparation times and the turnout present. We were pleasantly surprised by the presence of a roll with sea urchin that we have tried to look for many times in other places but were often disappointed. Also highly recommended is the roll accompanied by potato sfogliama, a perfect combination of hot and cold make this dish unique and tasty. The price is adequate both for the excellent raw material used and for the preparation of the dish. I recommend this place both for the welcome and for the tasty dishes.

28/06/2025: we were 6 people in the room on a Friday night, the exaggerated price 29.99, for a very slow service, and the food to tell the truth rating 6/10, honestly it was not very good and I tasted several sushi between Pisa Grosseto but this, is making me write at 5 in the morning on the toilet for diarrhea, for goodness sake since it is the only one in the area and you want sushi go but be aware of the slowness of the service, after an hour we started eating and we were 2 out of 6 people in the room, I repeat my stomach gave out at night.

06/07/2025: Este es el peor restaurante de hotel en el que he estado. Fuimos a desayunar que estaba incluido cuando reservé el hotel, un señor mayor que solo estaba limpiando mesas nos impidió entrar al restaurante, sentí que ni siquiera era un anfitrión o parte de la recepción, es muy discriminatorio hacia los asiáticos. Nos gritó y nos dijo que no podíamos desayunar en ese restaurante. Luego nos dijo que solo teníamos 5 minutos para terminar el desayuno, el desayuno es de 7 a 10, fuimos allí alrededor de las 9. Luego nos dejó sentarnos en una pequeña mesa en la esquina cerca de la puerta, en lugar de más de 50 mesas vacías cerca de la comida. Todas las demás personas se sentaron cerca de la comida, sólo nosotros nos sentamos lejos. Llevé mi equipaje y me dijo que no. Observé que, cada vez que entraba un asiático, era muy grosero y le gritaba, no le daba la bienvenida y ni siquiera preguntaba por qué entraba. Cuando entraban otras personas, no decía nada. Dejamos las maletas a un lado, cuando nos íbamos, simplemente pusimos una mochila en una mesa por unos segundos, él vino y nos gritó otra vez. Cuando salimos y pasamos junto a él, nos miró y dijo algo en italiano que no entendimos, pero por su expresión facial y su tono nos pareció bastante irrespetuoso.

16/01/2025: The pappardelle with duck ragù turned out to be nothing resembling a ragù, the meat was shredded and there were little bones in the sauce. I refrained from ordering anything else. Yes, I was wrong, it wasn't pappardelle but lean ravioli always with duck ragù

07/07/2025: In base alla mia esperienza in questa struttura posso dire che il servizio poteva essere dei migliori, location carina ma musica indecente canzoni mai sentite, per il cibo beh non fresco
