12/05/2025: Average Ramen, with smaller portions than other similar places. The gyoza are rather anonymous and even the other dishes do not particularly stand out. Unfortunately, I arrived at a delicate moment, a few days before the definitive closure, but it was not pleasant to discover that a large part of the menu was no longer available. A careless management in this sense, which I believe contributed to the fate of the place.

08/05/2025: No experience. If you come at lunch time, good because if you come for dinner, for the poke you have to wait an hour or so because they have to prepare the rice... Embarrassing... It's already the second time we've come and no poke. Some time ago they were more reliable and efficient but now it's just a big disappointment. At this rate you will lose customers... we will certainly never come again. Getting to Koto and then not even finding it open at opening time... Better not to come there at all.

03/06/2025: Per una cenetta vista mare, locale consigliatissimo. Piatti buonissimi (cuoche tutte donne!) e servizio efficiente e gentilissimo. Super consigliato. I dessert fatti in casa vi faranno perdere la testa :) Bravi!

03/06/2025: Ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Zu einem guten Erlebnis gehört neben dem Essen ein freundlicher Service. Im Mom ist das Gegenteil der Fall. Super unfreundlich, überheblich und inkompetent.

21/04/2025: Passo spesso da queste parti in viaggio per lavoro, ho scoperto questo ristorante grazie a una persona del luogo, e da allora cerco sempre di fermarmi per la cena in questo ristorante quando passo in zona. Ho assaggiato un po’ tutti i piatti del menu dalla carne ai primi passando per i salumi e per i dolci. Direi che il mio piatto preferito restano i ravioli di “mucco pisano” (prezzo 12€) è un bel piatto di ravioli ripieni di carne locale conditi con un abbondante ragù sempre fatto con carne locale. Molto buoni sono anche le carni e i salumi. Per un antipasto carne dolce a cena, sei intorno ai 50 €. Però ci sono altri piatti, come ad esempio i primi, che sono più economici. Questo locale fa anche la pizzeria, anche quella è molto buona. Ogni volta che sono passato in questo locale in qualunque giorno della settimana, l’ho sempre trovato strapieno sia in estate che in inverno, sinonimo del fatto che la qualità della loro cucina è apprezzata anche da gente del posto. I dolci, prezzo medio 6€, sono un po’ piccini, per rispetto allo standard. Se si cerca un ristorante con carni di qualità, questo è il posto giusto.

21/02/2025: Cambio la precedente recensione per sottolineare quanto una gestione oculata faccia la fortuna di certe attività (insieme alla qualità del cibo e del bere). In una precedente occasione c'era stata un'incomprensione - causata anche da mia inesperienza - che aveva portato ad una brutta esperienza, ma il titolare e il direttore hanno fatto sì che l'impressione tornasse quella di prima, ovvero di un luogo di eccellenza.

04/12/2024: Even though the place was empty, I couldn't understand why they were trying to seat us (my wife and my baby) at a table for two. I understand that they bring tap water for the refreshments, but I was shocked that they brought the water we ordered from the tap and I couldn't drink it. Food was below average. Unfortunately, it is expensive compared to the taste. We fell into a tourist trap

04/05/2025: I do not recommend consuming here. Absolutely overpriced. For example, you don't pay 4 euros for a cappuccino even in America. I understand that we are in the historic center and that there is table service, but the (displayed) prices of everything here are excessive in my opinion. Good food. Warning: although the name might make you think of a wide choice for celiacs, this is not the case. Wide choice for the rest. UPDATE AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE In my original review above I make no reference to the large glass of soy milk, but to the 2 cappuccinos (paid 4 euros each).

02/05/2025: Today I had breakfast with 2 brioches and two coffees at the table, (paid 9 Euros) but we asked for the brioches to be served after consuming the Bresciane. We sat in front of the counter and were quickly served with the croissants. Once we had finished eating, we got up to ask for the coffees to be served. After having made them, the coffee attendant told us that they were ready and we replied that we were at the table. He repeated that the coffees were ready and a customer was preparing to serve them to us and so we did so, explaining that if you pay for table service this must be done. The person in charge of the coffee machine responded by stating that he didn't know and that one was paying for the table anyway. Anywhere in the world a restaurateur would have just apologized. Ergo expensive place, but more importantly rude!! Avoid.

13/05/2025: Unfortunately I have to give one star to this place 2 minutes walk from my business! Every day it gets worse, the food is poor and overpriced, sometimes re-proposed for several days, they changed the bread supplier, it is inedible, good desserts but it is lucky if you find them fresh.. last but not least today I paid €4.30 for a pack of 6 eggs, I thought they were gold.. the manager is always unfriendly and not very friendly, then they wonder why there are no people! Lack of organization, very high prices that not even in a jewelry store, honestly to AVOID! I only save 2/3 girls who work there, they are very nice..

27/05/2025: Best Sushi in all we’ve had in along time and we’ve lived in Japan. Amazing service. Sushi’s and soups and food are made fresh. And it’s all you can eat at a very reasonable price. Sushi Chefs and crew are so very welcoming.

16/05/2025: A unique restaurant, fresh fish, refined dishes made with great care, impeccable staff and a truly friendly and helpful owner Highly recommended, it is not the classic all you can eat, one of the best sushi I have ever tried.

12/05/2025: Horrible experience. Disgusting food, undrinkable wine. The waitress took the bottle from another place: it was warm and clearly opened for days. My pasta dish was a disgrace: overcooked, tasteless, without a gram of parmesan and with hard pieces inside — they looked like fragments of a wall! The lasagna was made with very poor quality meat and acidic tomatoes. The fries arrived after 20 minutes, by which time we were already getting up to leave. A place like this shouldn't even be called a restaurant. Better to spend a few euros more and eat something real, and not this inedible stuff.

03/02/2025: Mega Neapolitan pizza. Fresh ingredients. I had a Regina and my husband had a Diavola. The service was so quick and very friendly. I can really recommend this.

25/05/2025: The food was not bad but very poor for the price paid, €24 per person for an appetizer and half a pizza basically (pizza round with repetitive flavors). The wait was very long between one pizza and another. Too bad because the environment is very nice.

11/05/2025: Bought for Mother's Day a kake Art that was genuinely beautiful to look at, also of quality but it tasted like nothing, basic shortcrust pastry, perhaps a little more butter would have helped, basic filling. A little more imagination because the view is ok but the taste is needed. For the service, offer a small bag with some chocolates to make the score even, I think it's Autogrill! Courage!

02/04/2025: Muy buen restaurante, servicio amable. Buena selección de comida para elegir. Mi esposa tenía el filete en rodajas y patatas, necesitaba verduras. Tuve los espaguetis de salchicha toscana que era muy sabroso. De postre, mi esposa tenía la mille feuille, pero era solo una capa de hojaldre. Podría mejorarse. Tenía el tiramisú que de nuevo se podía mejorar. En general, una buena comida y un gran ambiente en el restaurante. Recomendaría y volvería en una futura visita a Lucca Solo recordé tomar una foto del postre de mi esposa.

23/03/2025: Torniamo così volentieri in questo posticino che ha la qualità come suo obiettivo, come cibo, come bevande, come servizio. Il locale è piccolo e poco spazioso, ma ciò permette all’ambiente una piacevole intimità. Tranquillo e con personale attento. Decisamente pieni voti. Decisamente meglio prenotare.
