Everything was delicious, and the staff was very kind and helpful! They also make lactose-free cakes upon request, which were truly delicious!

Experience and friendliness. This is exactly the place I go when I want to feel at home and be pampered with a sweet treat. The products are delicious and just the right amount of sweetness (which is not a given). The staff is extremely kind and attentive. Highly recommended!

A variety of options for vegans, very friendly staff and cosy atmosphere are the reasons I always end up there to have my soy cappuccino and vegan croissants. On top of that per request they made me this delicious vegan cake. Everybody loved it.

Amazing! I love sitting in cafes and relaxing and this cafe is the best in Lucca and overall the best I've experienced in my stay in Tuscany. Not touristic, very friendly and helpful staff. I actually think that I'll miss this place the most of my entire stay😅

01/03/2026: We really enjoyed the strawberry gelato and our waiter was very friendly. We stopped by for drinks and really enjoyed their Rose wine.
01/02/2026: The location, directly overlooking the façade of the Church of San Michele, speaks for itself; that alone would be worth the experience. Yet the Turandot staff adds professionalism, friendliness, and very fair prices. One of our favorite places for aperitivo (the chips are always super fresh!)

Ristorante del Bagno Elena

21/09/2025: What can I say? We had a wonderful meal with superb, generous portions. Fantastic seafood carbonara, excellent fried food, and a spectacular seafood feast. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
24/08/2025: I'm referring to the restaurant: prices are slightly high for the type of establishment (beach resort). The excellent ingredients are noteworthy, however.
