26/01/2025: Recommended for its variety of wines and good sausages. One of the days we ended up eating pasta and I can't say it was notable. The pasta was a little soggy and the ragout didn't seem very fresh. The service is very friendly at all times and the location is very good, with views of Romeo Bufardeci's palace. The price is a bit expensive in relation to the quality of the food.

24/12/2024: the environment is very welcoming with many nice details carefully looked after, such as the table leg made with books or the table centerpieces made with Jack Daniel's bottles. Furthermore, music was played which made the environment truly welcoming, making us have a nice evening. Giorgio served us and he was very kind and friendly; he himself prepared our cocktails which were really good. Furthermore, he also advised us on what to take for a second round and listening to his advice was an excellent choice.

20/12/2024: Estuvimos allí en Septiembre ‘23, y no me acordé de poner reseña antes😅. Lugar tranquilo para tomar un café o una merienda. Muy recomendable.

The food is absolutely extraordinary, it deserves full 5 stars: authentic flavours, very fresh ingredients and dishes with attention to the smallest details. The service is impeccable, attentive and courteous, making you feel truly pampered. The environment, although cozy, is very welcoming and well looked after; I don't know if the size influences the opinion, but for me it is part of its charm. Highly recommended for those looking for a culinary experience level! Ravioli with pork sauce and more...infinite goodness.

12/01/2025: Ho attribuito un un punteggio scarso perché ho pagato un prezzo esagerato per un prodotto scarso. Ho ordinato a domicilio ieri che era sabato a primo orario in modo da evitare la confusione dalla sala, ovvero 19:15. Tutte tre le pizze erano insipide con la mozzarella che a furia di masticare ti cresceva in bocca e la pasta poco cotta. Patatine fritte senza sale e molle. Se dovete ordinare a domicilio ve lo sconsiglio

21/01/2025: Great patisserie a bit off the beaten path. We discovered it by accident on our way from the archaeological park to the museum and basilica. All the desserts look delicious, we chose the cannoli recommended at the entrance and it was definitely the best cannoli I ate in Sicily. I especially recommend the CannoloTerapia version with a glass of sweet wine. The coffee is also very good, the owners are very nice and speak English, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend it, it's worth visiting Sicily for such places!

But it is undoubtedly difficult to combine the charm of the old with the functionality expected today in a 4-star establishment. Rooms without soundproofing. The breakfast is good in "sweet" but very simple in "savory": diversity and passable quality.

16/12/2024: Dall'esterno non sembra essere il miglior bar ad Augusta, ma quando mangi una brioche o cornetto con granita capisci subito il perché é così amato. La signora è gentilissima. Il bar è abbastanza piccolo ma personalmente non me ne frega niente, l'attesa vale pena 😂
