A niche place just steps from the cathedral. The food is good and the price is fair. They often host events, which bring together large crowds: music and laughter fill the evening. That's the beauty of it.

You shouldn't be able to eat this well for this price right behind a major tourist attraction. Extremely friendly staff who seem to really enjoy their job, and food that was simple but abundant. Great option for a quick lunch.

Trattoria Pizzeria Al Castello Donnafugata

24/02/2026: Had a wonderful lunch. The waiters were very friendly. The location, charming, near Donna Fugata Castle, is worth a visit. What can I say? We'll be back for seafood. Reservations are essential. Excellent quality and price.
16/02/2026: Typical Iblean menu. Reservations recommended.
