13/07/2024: I'm sorry to have to abandon my favorite pizzeria of the last two or three years. I have recommended this pizzeria to a myriad of people and have always been thanked. Unfortunately I don't understand the reason, maybe a change of staff or something else, but the quality has really dropped in my opinion. I didn't just have one bad experience, I went most weeks so I can say that the unwelcome experiences happened on the last handful of occasions, which is why I ruled it out that it could be a problem of that single day. Something is changed. The round pizza with high edges has become uneven, with high, soft edges on one side and low, crunchy edges on the other. Tomato in the center that becomes dry and almost non-existent near the edges. Fried Montanarine arrived very cold at the table, cold frying was unforgivable. I think all this is more a problem of "hands" than of the quality of the product, which remains excellent. But what's really wrong, and here we're talking about products, is mortadella. I tried it several times on pizzas, on montanarine, and nothing. I don't want to question the quality of the product, I don't know if it's poorly kept, near heat sources, I don't know, but that mortadella has an old taste, as if it were almost spoiled. I asked and was recommended freshness, but in any case it remains the only mortadella in this city that is "inedible" for my perhaps too sensitive palate. I would be hypocritical to give less than 3 stars, it is still an excellent pizzeria, but I am a regular customer who would have given even 6 stars if there had been the possibility, and who will now change his habits.

09/07/2024: Not a wow place, but good food and good service. Actually it was 4.5. It's a pity that the menu is in Italian, but they explain everything in English.

24/08/2024: A good pizza with excellent dough. The sandwiches are also excellent. The environment is great and the service is punctual.

15/08/2024: Really excellent pizzeria, you can eat many varieties of pizza and hamburgers, excellent Texan cuisine, the owners and all the staff are really courteous and polite, it is a historic place that has been open for at least 30 years. The old owner "Salvatore" who passed away a few years ago created a working group that continues with his wife and children and the excellent Genero, in the name of improvement.

04/08/2024: Upon our arrival in Sicily, we were on our way from Palermo to Catania and we stopped to eat here. It has been a great success. The service has been very good, the atmosphere really nice, and the food delicious! We had 5 people eat with house wine, pizzas and a delicious starter for 65 euros. It has been a great success.

31/07/2024: Place found by chance on the way back from Castellana Sicula, at the Scillato exit. I placed a delicious pizza. Top quality ingredients, excellent service and prices that highlight the quality-price ratio.

23/04/2024: We ate at this restaurant last week and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. Everything excellent. The starters were perfectly crisp and fruity, the Sorrento gnocchi exquisite and the Genovese was truly special. The very kind owner. He also brought us some warm bread made by him to make the slipper. I highly recommend it

15/03/2024: Dopo aver conosciuto tramite social il locale abbiamo voluto provare la cucina napoletana di Antonio, chef e proprietario del locale col quale si è creata subito sintonia! Locale accogliente, abbiamo voluto provare la promo pranzo e ci siamo veramente trovati bene! Cibi freschi di ottima qualità come primo presa un'ottima pasta alla genovese ma anche l'antipastino di fritturine miste è stato gradito così come l'involtino accompagnato dai friarielli! Da tornare per assaggiare le altre specialità del menù 👍
