03/04/2025: Saw this by chance. Cute cafe with its own roastery. Delicious pistachio cappuccino and amazing ice cream. It was great!

28/03/2025: Typical bar for tourists although good but the quantity of ice cream and the cost is for tourists the inhabitants of the city are used to very generous portions and lower prices cone with a scoop (equivalent) €3

07/03/2025: The food was good, but a little bland for our taste, but the portions were very generous, which we liked. We each had a glass of wine, which was relatively expensive at 7 euros for about 1.5 dl (plus there was a different amount of wine in the two glasses, which should have been the same). The service was nice, but not exceptional.

03/03/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch with my partner. The waiter was friendly but often on his cell phone, making it difficult to call him. We took the pistachio and salmon pasta, but the salmon flavor was non-existent. Mediocre starter. Personally, I had to choose a pistachio dish because out of 8 pastas on the menu, 5 were like this. At the checkout, pointing it out (as a simple consideration), I was told that the restaurant specializes in pistachio, I didn't know this because it is not specified anywhere in the name or online. While I was talking, my partner (to tone things down) said that compared to me, she really likes pistachio and a waiter jokingly approached me and told me that next time she can come alone and I go elsewhere. I smiled so as not to make my partner feel uncomfortable, but I found it a very out of place joke. Too bad, I had had a different experience in the past. I won't be returning.

24/02/2025: Expensive menu, a real shame that there is no pasta with clams and nothing else. I give one star to the service, because I had to wait for the table even though I had booked, and furthermore the tables were all next to each other, there is a crowding of seats which ruins the stay, I liked the modern location

26/01/2025: During our stay in Castelbuono we tried this pizzeria. Excellent pizza and wide choice. Excellent service. We returned the next day despite the wait, because unfortunately we had not booked, because we were satisfied. Absolutely worth trying!!

11/03/2025: The service is very casual.... especially with the drinks that are dripped onto tables and customers, without paying attention. Too much waiting between one course and another. Table set up with seats too close together. Very uncomfortable to have dinner in these conditions.

02/03/2025: Bonter is a great place to have a drink in Palermo! We ordered the Bronx, Cosmopolitan, Paloma and White Lady - all of them were perfectly prepared, perfectly balanced and full of flavor. You can see that the bartenders know their profession and take care of every detail. The atmosphere of the place is very pleasant, the service is nice, smiling and professional, and the prices are reasonable for such good quality. An additional advantage is the ability to play your own music from a record player, which adds a unique atmosphere to the place. We also got free crispy chips with our drinks. If you're looking for a cool bar in Palermo, Bonter is the way to go. I definitely recommend it!
