14/12/2025: Ever since I tried their pizza, I can't live without it. It's really good, they're precise and punctual, and the owners are very professional and kind. Besides the pizza, I also recommend their sandwiches, they're really tasty. Everything is top-notch! 5 stars from me!

30/09/2025: And here I am, a couple of days later, reviewing Cacio & Mollica. Location: 4/5 Compact and tidy; the counter is clean and well-lit. It's pleasant to watch the pizza chef as he rolls out the dough, adds the toppings, and bakes. Menu: 5/5 A wide variety of classics and creative options. I ordered the Capricciosa: light dough and perfectly cooked. Next time I'll try the burgers, which look truly delicious. Service: 5/5 The order was taken courteously; no mistakes (there were more than ten of us with different orders) and practically no wait, despite it being a Saturday night. Bill: 4/5 I spent €8.50 for a pizza and a drink. Considering the quality of the dough and toppings, the price is fair.

14/02/2026: Nice, modern, and bright location. The bearded waiter was very friendly. We weren't happy with the food. The pizza was burnt and undercooked, and the sandwich tasted like it came from a supermarket and hadn't been reheated. Very dissatisfied.

31/01/2026: We went to Pape' with a friend and her child after seeing a promotion for brunch with a platter and fried gnocco for €9 per person... Since we were two adults and a child, the waitress, who was not at all professional, recommended we order one platter for three. The order arrived 45 minutes later, and in the meantime we couldn't even talk because of the ridiculous volume of the music! ...mediocre cured meats, very good fried gnocco, terrible red wine (watered down). When it came to the bill... €56.00!!! Receipt item: 2 platters €36.00. What do you mean, excuse me????? ...they couldn't give us a logical explanation! ...except to give us a €6 discount!!! Terrible experience! Never again!

30/01/2026: Delightful place. The girls are very nice and friendly. The food is excellent. They make fresh homemade desserts every morning. The piadinas are spectacular and respect the Romagna tradition. Highly recommended.

30/01/2026: The food is certainly the undisputed star of the place. The careful selection of raw materials (organic) and the attention to detail in preparation make this street food truly excellent! The location has an immediate sense of familiarity... it feels like you've been there forever... The friendliness of the owner (Tiziana, I believe) gives guests moments of pleasant conviviality, even if they're eating alone... Highly recommended!

17/11/2025: We went to have dinner at this location! We chose pasta thinking we couldn't go wrong, it was the most embarrassing and poorly made thing I've ever eaten....I don't recommend it!

18/10/2025: We (two people) stayed here for two nights in mid-October and found everything wonderfully relaxed, spacious, very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was particularly delicious and varied by Italian standards. The owner offered us a freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, which tasted particularly good. Otherwise, there was everything our heart could desire. The bread was particularly good, as were the cornetti. We don't eat sausage in the morning, but we enjoy homemade jam, cheese, ricotta, eggs, etc. The pool was already closed, but it was reopened especially for us. We were able to have breakfast whenever we wanted. Dinner was simple Sicilian cuisine. In nearby Riposta, we found an excellent osteria one evening that conjured up exceptionally delicious food. This agriturismo was a highlight of our almost three-week trip to Sicily. The location is ideally close to Mount Etna, Catania, and Taormina, as well as the sea.

22/02/2026: After more than an hour of the waiter dancing around the tables on Sunday afternoon, we're still waiting for him to come and clean them... so much so that we got pissed off and got up... you need serious people in such a respectable place...

26/12/2025: We just got back and I have to say I already miss it. We only stayed one night and it was a wonderful experience, everything was unique. To those who say it's not well-maintained, I say you're talking because you have to talk nonsense, the stove... the carbon monoxide is already in your brain. Laura, a very sweet person who instills calm and sweetness, and Giuseppe, very nice, the mirror of happiness. In short, my family and I had a wonderful time, we will definitely return.

15/10/2025: We stayed just one night, it was beautiful, the property is immersed in a forest of chestnut and apple trees, everything is cooked by the owners, it feels like being in a fairy tale!

09/09/2025: This sandwich shop offers a wide variety of options, but above all, quality. The piadina is excellent, and the eggplant pie is truly unique. The French fries are also delicious. The portions are generous and satisfying.

03/03/2026: I went to this place with some friends for the first time and I have to say that I had a great time. The place was very welcoming and the staff were also super kind and very knowledgeable. The food was delicious. I will be back.

01/03/2026: They have great options, value repeat business, and have always been kind and accommodating to us. We've been dining here for 5 years, in those five years we've ordered pizza, steaks, patate speciali ( :'o( and the cheddar one they no longer have), burgers and mixed fried. All dishes have been good or great. I have noted that in Italy, there are countless one hitters that are so inconsistent, that five star experience is irreproducible. Le Minimiaghie is different, it doesn't earn 5 stars for perfect food, but instead for uncharacteristically high consistency.

15/02/2026: Stunning place with an enchanting atmosphere, impeccable service and wonderful food. The only flaw I found was perhaps the wagyu tataki, where I didn't find the typical marbling and melt-in-the-mouth quality of the meat. In fact, at times it was a little, let me say, "rubbery" to chew. Perhaps it wasn't the best of the cuts they had. Otherwise, everything was perfect, I'll try it again.

05/02/2026: Wonderful mean, fantastic creative dishes, lovely ambiance and a go to for locals. Top asian/asian fusion restaurant in Catania. Was recommended here by a local. The dishes are so unique, particularly loved the scallops (mango)! Wonderful unique dish that cannot be found anywhere else! A must try! Service was fantastic, beautiful ambiance!

01/03/2026: We had a great time; we had lunch there this Sunday for four of us. Delicious food and excellent service. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

22/02/2026: We visited this restaurant for lunch on February 20, 2026, driven by expectations that, unfortunately, were completely unmet. The overall experience was profoundly disappointing, to the point that we have categorically ruled out returning. The service was characterized by a barely excusable sloppiness: disorganized waiting times, poor customer service, and a lack of logical coherence in the presentation of the dishes. The quality of the dishes was modest; in particular, the meat—the centerpiece of the €25 Sunday set menu—was served cold, an unacceptable circumstance from both a gastronomic and professional perspective. The menu also included two tastings of first courses, which, according to the restaurant's approach, should have been served after the main course. However, only one was served, omitting the second tasting entirely without any explanation. Despite our reporting of the poor service, the final bill included the full cost of both menus, without any adjustment or gesture of attention to the customer. The overall impression is one of inexperienced management, with staff clearly lacking adequate training in the restaurant industry. In light of the above, we cannot recommend this establishment in any way.

19/02/2026: I couldn't give it less than 5 stars. The dishes are plentiful, delicious, and high-quality. The fried food is homemade, not the usual frozen fare. The staff is friendly and helpful. Another plus is that you can order the freshest local fish.

28/12/2025: I hate to give it 2 stars, but aside from the pizza, the main courses weren't very good. The meatballs tasted stale and were cold, as were the side dishes. The chicken was raw in the middle and burned on the outside. It may have happened, but I didn't have a good experience. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and fast. Nice location.

25/12/2025: It was a little disappointing unfortunately. The aranceni was very cold and the fried seafood was so soggy and had a terrible after taste. The pizzas we ordered were relatively good. My son had grilled salmon which was raw in the middle. I wouldn't come here again for sure.
