08/09/2025: A charming atmosphere with two refined indoor dining rooms and a very pleasant outdoor space, open in the summer. The location is beautiful, near Ognina and very convenient for parking. I had the opportunity to try several different dishes. The highlight is definitely the restaurant, with its seafood selection: the dishes are excellent quality and the portions are generous. The pizzeria offers a wide variety of pizzas, with light, easily digestible dough. The staff is very kind and attentive. Mrs. Vera, always present in the dining room, is sweet and excellent with customers. Congratulations!

19/07/2025: I ordered a Parmigiana and a Calabrese on Glovo. They were delivered on time and were delicious. I haven't had such a good pizza in a long time. The dough was delicious and the toppings were great, and the prices were great. I'm really happy. Next time I'm craving pizza, I'll definitely order from you again!

02/09/2025: A welcoming bar in the heart of Via Etnea. In addition to outdoor seating on the ground floor, there's also an air-conditioned first floor with plenty of seating, perfect for hot days. Great for breakfast, a coffee break, or a quick snack. Fast and friendly service, a refined atmosphere, and fair prices.

28/09/2025: I've been to this pizzeria more than once, and all in all it was good... yesterday we had ordered a table of 27 people for a pizza round... first of all they didn't understand the seating... but oh well they set up the high chairs and everything... they served the appetizer quickly, then for the pizzas we waited over an hour... but the worst thing that had never happened to me, was that they brought us under-brand Coke... and they told us that for the pizza rounds they only have this... we will definitely not be going back!!!!!!!!!

27/07/2025: A good place to eat good-quality fish, even though we're far away, as is the case in many places these days, with authentic Japanese flavors. Courtesy and kindness are always present.

11/06/2025: I went with a friend at lunchtime to this bar. As soon as I entered it was as if I bothered them to be there. There was an elderly gentleman behind the counter who seemed to be doing me a favor. I take the granita, the coffee, a little water. Moral of the story nine euros. A bar with such an old fashioned atmosphere, with such simple, normal things to eat. But they seemed like they were doing themselves a favor. Overall elsewhere things cost less with more smiles. They are also made in a better way.

16/09/2025: We opted for the mixed grill. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The prices were decidedly exorbitant for the quality and quantity of what we were served. Furthermore, the menu wasn't followed: the mixed grills didn't contain anything at all as described on the menu. They were changed without warning and completely replaced with other meats without any explanation or alternative offered. The same went for the salad. A chicken Caesar salad that didn't even smell of buffalo mozzarella. For the level of service and the dishes we received, the value for money is truly unsatisfactory. Disappointing.

20/06/2025: Great Location, But Poorly Maintained and Misleading "Breakfast" This chalet has a lot of potential, it’s in a peaceful, scenic spot on the slopes of Etna, and the setting is truly lovely. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the location. The place felt rundown. Only one of the four kitchen burners worked, which made cooking frustrating. The shower setup was inconvenient, and even flushing the toilet was a hassle. On top of that, a group of 7 or 8 cats constantly hovered around our door, meowing for food — not exactly relaxing. One of the most disappointing aspects was the so-called "breakfast" that was included in the booking. It consisted of packaged dried toasts, a tiny packaged croissant, and a few apples, none of which we ended up eating. It felt like an afterthought rather than something meant to welcome guests. If we had known the breakfast was going to be this poor, we would have brought our own food. With proper maintenance and more honest communication, this place could be a gem. But in its current state, it just doesn't deliver.

23/08/2025: A bad experience on the evening of August 15th. I stopped by for a family pizza dinner, but after waiting an hour and a half for the staff to take my order, I decided to leave, paying for a drink and water I'd consumed while waiting. I've never had to wait so long and then leave before.

25/08/2025: We couldn't have chosen a better place for our first experience in the Etna National Park. Laura and Giuseppe were spectacular hosts... The farmhouse, immersed as it was in the greenery of the Park, was a heavenly place to unwind from the daily grind. We all had a great time, even our 5-year-old son and our 6-year-old dog. Highly recommended!

02/10/2025: We stopped at Doc for an aperitif and instead found ourselves in front of an excellent Cerasuolo di Vittoria and some delicious plates of pasta alla Norma and pasta alla Carbonara!

29/09/2025: There were four of us, we booked a hotel next door, and we thought we'd stop here right next door. The location is right on the main street leading to the central square. Well, what can I say? The wine advice was very good, and the food was mediocre at best. Price-wise, we had the impression it was a "tourist trap." We don't plan on coming back here; there are certainly better options in Cartania.

09/06/2025: Amocù restaurant boasts a beautiful location in the center of Catania. Excellent for an elegant sushi dinner. The terrace is also beautiful during the spring/summer season. Recommended +++++
