Perhaps because, for those like me who hold the Matera dialect in their hearts, that word has a homely sound: it recalls the affectionate way of saying "Dad," with that ancient sweetness that belongs to our roots.
In fact, the name recalls the Devil from the Divine Comedy.
Driven by this assonance, I entered almost instinctively.
And I discovered a place where the name isn't just a call, but a promise kept.

01/03/2026: We booked through The Fork with a 50% discount and had no problems whatsoever. The service was fast and friendly. The skinny guy with a beard, long hair, and a cap was very kind, helpful, and friendly! A plus for him. As for the food, there was nothing to complain about here either. We had a Santa Eva sandwich that was huge, practically reaching from the table to our faces—amazing!! We'll definitely be back!
