03/08/2025: Ordered the first time at this pizzeria on Just Eat, only that they made a presentation on the menu of this app (not everyone does it) and they tell us what the dough is made of, it makes a lot, I took a Margherita because for me that is the most important test pizza I can say that that evening, dough with re-milled semolina flour (which many pizzerias don't use and has neither taste nor smell) already makes the difference, now I don't know if it's a part semolina and a part other flour, in any case I can say that it is above many other pizzerias, I give 4 stars because in my opinion the quality can still be improved with the sauce, but whatever, for me this pizzeria is promoted.

19/07/2025: I ordered a pizza for delivery, specifically a Pachino pizza WITHOUT stracciatella because I'm lactose intolerant. The Pachino pizza I received, OBVIOUSLY with stracciatella. I called the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they could do. So I took a €10 pizza and threw it in the trash. No dinner and no money. Kudos to you for your customer service and for being able to read the notes, which are written in capital letters, but apparently that wasn't enough.

01/11/2025: I stopped by chance for a quick bite to eat, I stayed a while to witness how rude the staff at this place are, most of the time everyone was sitting down, and a lady named Agata, a waitress, was made to spin like a top, everyone was calling her bring the bread bring that bring this, Agata Agata Agata Agata, people who really take advantage of people in need, the lady had a desperate face, she made me feel so tender that I lost my desire for anything, they were calling her so much that she couldn't even tell which tables were at which, anyway I think all the tables noticed this, I forgot: they brought me a bottle of water and it had a dead cockroach attached to it, not a negative experience but definitely one to be forgotten, I didn't eat anything else and it was a real waste of money, I should have called the local health authority, I hope you do some soul searching in general, the wheel can turn, I wish you better but by doing so you will sink.

30/09/2025: And here I am, a couple of days later, reviewing Cacio & Mollica. Location: 4/5 Compact and tidy; the counter is clean and well-lit. It's pleasant to watch the pizza chef as he rolls out the dough, adds the toppings, and bakes. Menu: 5/5 A wide variety of classics and creative options. I ordered the Capricciosa: light dough and perfectly cooked. Next time I'll try the burgers, which look truly delicious. Service: 5/5 The order was taken courteously; no mistakes (there were more than ten of us with different orders) and practically no wait, despite it being a Saturday night. Bill: 4/5 I spent €8.50 for a pizza and a drink. Considering the quality of the dough and toppings, the price is fair.

29/09/2025: Super pizzeria. I ordered pizzas and burgers to go with some friends and we all had a great experience. The dough and ingredients were very good, and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back to try their other specialty pizzas.

22/10/2025: Disappointing:/ It wasn’t expensive and the food was bad “Beef with herbs” …yeah it was cold and some beef turkey with raspberries… The chicken was filled with oil and my stomach hurted so bad :( im sad

19/10/2025: Bad experience, almost an hour just to order, another two hours for the food to arrive, presumptuous waiters, absurd prices and finally increases on the bill. It's a shame because the location is beautiful but it is not well managed.

10/10/2025: Best restaurant in the Etna area. Kindness, courtesy, quality. Kudos also to the staff, especially Costanza, who are professional and passionate! 10/10 😍

18/10/2025: Excellent food! The grilled squid was delicious. I recommend it.

09/10/2025: I stopped by for lunch and had a pasta alla Norma, which was truly delicious. The perfect amount of salted ricotta really brought out the flavor of the sauce and eggplant. The waitress was friendly and approachable. I also recommend it for a quick lunch.

30/08/2025: Terrible experience... Zero organization... Zero staff... Consequently, perhaps even zero food... Extremely long waits for seats despite having free tables... Priority only for tables for two and four people... As soon as there are 6 or 7 of you, you're screwed... You don't sit down anymore... Ask the staff and with a grumpy expression, they don't give you any explanations... In short, avoid.

01/11/2025: Terrible service, a little rude, and less-than-exceptional rotisserie. Too much attention to this place, which is fortunate to be open because it's located in front of Villa Bellini. If it weren't for its location, it would have closed long ago.

19/08/2025: The best granita we've had in all of Sicily. We were on vacation for 15 days and ordered granita every day throughout the island. Without a doubt, we had the best here. The pistachio and almond flavors were exquisite, and the chocolate granita was also very special. The brioche was also delicious. Highly recommended.

09/07/2025: I agree with the recent reviews: the place is nice, but there's practically nothing of what's written on the menu, at most (no joke) traditional teas for €4.50 each. I'm not saying much, but everyone in Catania has ginseng...for them it's non-existent even though it was on the menu for €2.....There was no iced tea, much less iced coffee, even though it was summer, there was no sweetener (how health-conscious they are!!! 🙏🏻......) Only vanilla pancakes, no croissants, tarts, or similar things that I've read in other reviews... Cover charge only €2...I'll never go again, I think...there's better.

No dish in the world could ever justify such behavior. If you value professionalism, hospitality, or even just basic human dignity, avoid this place at all costs. Truly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Terrible experience. There is no respect for customers in this restaurant: they treated me like a dog, laughing at me and openly humiliating me. It wasn't just rudeness, but outright contempt. No dish in the world justifies such behavior. If you're looking for professionalism, hospitality, or simply a modicum of dignity, absolutely avoid it. It was one of the worst episodes of my life as a customer.

02/11/2025: Terrible experience. I had to cancel an appointment because this pizzeria was incredibly late, arriving an hour and a half late. I had them call through Deliveroo and called directly to cancel the order, but they refused, saying they don't cancel it once it's placed. My evening was ruined because of them. Apparently, this is their policy. It's enough to file a formal complaint.

02/11/2025: Order placed at 7:30 PM via Deliveroo with delivery scheduled for 8:10 PM... at 8:40 PM, no pizza, so I called. They told me they can't deliver before 9:15 PM, and they refused to cancel the order even though it was their problem. They told me if I'm okay with it, otherwise they'll keep the money and not deliver. Can this be considered a scam?

21/11/2025: Pumpkin sunflowers were lightly seasoned and dry on the palate. High prices, medium portions. Decent service.

23/10/2025: The only positive thing: the fresh pasta. Ingredients weren't listed on the menu, and the service wasn't exactly friendly. We ordered a portion of pumpkin tortellini, and they tasted of alcohol. When we went to "complain," we were told that we, as customers, are responsible for indicating whether there are ingredients we don't eat or are allergic to. If it had been stated that amaretto was among the ingredients, we definitely would have opted for something else. I know that by law, the list of ingredients and any allergens must be displayed. In a dish called "pumpkin tortellini," I expect pumpkin tortellini, certainly not almond essence liqueur (unless specified). I really don't think I'll be back.
