06/12/2025: We've been regulars at this pizzeria for years: every week we ordered our favorite pizzas, despite chronic delivery delays. The quality, however, was worth the wait: the Piennolo + prosciutto was always excellent, and the Monaco + cheddar was a guarantee. After yet another discussion about the delays, we stopped ordering. Today, after 2–3 years, we decided to give the pizzeria a new chance. Ordered at 6:30 PM, delivery scheduled for 8:30–9:00 PM... the pizzas arrived at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, the delay wasn't the biggest problem. The dough was hard and dry, almost like the cardboard packaging. The cheddar, which once was stringy and quality, had been replaced with a simple pre-made sauce. The prosciutto was gray, pale, and dry. Overall, the quality of the pizzas was nothing like what we remembered. Let's just say we regret giving it a second chance: the pizzeria is no longer what it used to be.

20/02/2026: A lovely, welcoming place in the center of Catania. It's stylishly furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful. Service can be slow at times, partly due to the crowds. The food is good, and the menu offers a variety of delicious savory pancakes.

15/02/2026: A terrible Valentine's Day, high prices and the wrong pizza 3 times and in the end it arrived cold and disgusting, highly not recommended or I would have given a star because 0 is not possible but I would have done it

No dish in the world could ever justify such behavior. If you value professionalism, hospitality, or even just basic human dignity, avoid this place at all costs. Truly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Terrible experience. There is no respect for customers in this restaurant: they treated me like a dog, laughing at me and openly humiliating me. It wasn't just rudeness, but outright contempt. No dish in the world justifies such behavior. If you're looking for professionalism, hospitality, or simply a modicum of dignity, absolutely avoid it. It was one of the worst episodes of my life as a customer.

30/06/2025: Teníamos grandes expectativas para Prestipino, pero terminó siendo la experiencia más decepcionante de toda nuestra estancia en Catania. Dondequiera que fuimos, la gente era increíblemente amable y acogedor, pero aquí, era todo lo contrario. Todos los camareros parecían molestos y eran antipáticos. Es una pena, porque el lugar podría tener potencial, pero la actitud del personal arruinó completamente la experiencia. Definitivamente no recomendaría.

24/01/2026: We booked a table, and after six of us arrived right on time, when a table became available, a young man sat down alone, claiming he was waiting for friends. After asking the waitress (a short, curly-haired girl) to take the table since there were already six of us and he was alone, the waitress approached the young man and told him that if his friends hadn't arrived within ten minutes, he would have to leave. Ten minutes was a matter of time, none of our friends arrived, and we left. Terrible service. Waiters who think they're making fun of us. Definitely a place we'll never return to.

24/01/2026: Truly awful. I only regret having brought friends here, especially since they raved about the service, which turned out to be poor. I'll never make that mistake again. If you want a quiet evening without getting upset, skip this place.
