13/07/2025: Contrary to the negative reviews, I visited Ikea Catania 3 times to design and equip a small kitchen for a holiday home. We were well informed and the staff were very friendly and helpful even though we do not speak Italian fluently.

10/07/2025: Friendly and professional staff. The layout of the items makes choosing quick and easy. Very well stocked, you can always find what you're looking for.

16/06/2025: Today for lunch, arancini with sour ragù and burnt onion. and without onion, the counter staff are quick to sell terrible food... I've known you for years, but after this episode you will surely lose customers. Check the food before putting it on sale,... or rather, don't sell it at all....

15/06/2025: Fantastic staff, helpful, polite and professional. Makes customers feel at ease. Fresh and well-cooked products, from savory to sweet. In addition to the room with tables and sofas, also the restaurant room, with good food, but not very competitive prices. Also tobacco. Always innovative in the choreography of the place.

17/06/2025: Terrible experience, I will never go to these bars again. I witnessed a pitiful scene, where some employees were mocked and targeted by the "superiors". Are we surprised not to find employees? Respect is the basis of everything, it matters little what you sell but how you sell. They made me lose the desire and I preferred to leave. Shame!

11/06/2025: I went with a friend at lunchtime to this bar. As soon as I entered it was as if I bothered them to be there. There was an elderly gentleman behind the counter who seemed to be doing me a favor. I take the granita, the coffee, a little water. Moral of the story nine euros. A bar with such an old fashioned atmosphere, with such simple, normal things to eat. But they seemed like they were doing themselves a favor. Overall elsewhere things cost less with more smiles. They are also made in a better way.

18/05/2025: The pasta a la norma was incredible!! Affordable place, highly recommended if you're spending a few days in Catania. However, they offer you a shot of limoncello at the end of the meal without telling you the price, and then charge you €10 for it!

13/05/2025: homemade sicilian specialities prepared by the owner‘s mother. Everything we tried was very delicious and fresh. The pasta alla norma is a must!

21/06/2025: Mine is a constructive review if I may, a really nice place, good appetizer and to say the least, honestly the pasta really deserves 1 star, I took the pistachio one with a friend, too much but too watery, other friends of mine with other types of pasta were really disappointed, to be improved absolutely, the fireworks for events are better not to be set off near the tables we were full of dust from the firecrackers (but they immediately remedied it), staff? 5 stars, head waiter really polite guy, extremely helpful, owner? Polite person and also sorry for the inconveniences, in my opinion by fixing some things and organization it can really become a meeting point for many groups. Will I go back? Yes because they opened recently and I think they will try to fix everything, mine I repeat is a constructive review

26/05/2025: ATTENTION!!! I AM ADDRESSING THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY BOOKED BANQUETS!! I RECOMMEND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION!! I'm giving it 1 star because I couldn't give it less.... Ex Casal Rosato and they passed themselves off as a reception hall. I had booked for my daughter's communion at the beginning of April, choosing the menu and everything. I arrived on the day of the event and was told that they had changed management... and this already annoyed me a lot because I hadn't been informed of anything. And the most absurd thing is that the business itself had even changed! They tried to cook what I had chosen, but in reality they cook hamburgers and sandwiches! It was all disgusting.. from the appetizer to the second course... And I paid a lot! I definitely don't recommend it! They made a big mistake right from the start....and continued trying to improvise and even made themselves pay! No comment! I would give less than zero! Highly discouraged! With what I paid I would have eaten much better elsewhere! 🤮

12/01/2025: Several times with my daughters after eating out we go to this ice cream shop for dessert Staff quite helpful There are different types of ice cream or their specialties and classics The only flaw is the place because it could be kept more efficient in terms of cleaning the tables but this is also due to the customers... Furthermore, I recommend trying their ice creams and their specialties

19/05/2025: I do not recommend this place only for the rudeness of the person who brought us the bill at the table without asking, practically throwing us out of the place, claiming that the table was closed, after-dinner had started🙄🙄To be clear, it is a place with time slots 🤔🤔but we were not informed when booking, we would never have come because we like to be in company after dinner, chatting even while sipping something, but I repeat, we were not informed of anything and not even offered to stay for after-dinner. In short, the curly black-haired woman was a real RUDE and PRESIDENTIAL RUDE because the customer is the one who keeps you open and you don't treat people like dirt.
