01/06/2026: The food was very poor. I asked for a lemon slice with my Coke—not only did I not receive it (we were the only ones there, having arrived shortly after opening), but after reminding myself, I was given half a lemon (?!). Overall, I wouldn't go back for anything.

18/05/2026: Very disappointed! We opted for the tasting menu at €65 per person. The dishes were very small and tasteless (except for the cod fritters). Some were even inedible, like the tuna in soy sauce. A bottle of wine was ordered at a different price than what was listed on the menu. I had stomach pains during the night... It's a shame because the hotel itself was quite decent. We ended up paying over €186... really too expensive for what it was! We received a 10% discount because my card wasn't charged at the time of payment due to staff issues. The hotel called me countless times and treated me like I was dishonest... A truly terrible experience.

04/05/2026: I can't say enough good things about this place. The location is truly breathtaking for someone with even a little bit of nerdy culture. The service was direct and just the right amount of speed, but the best part was the food. It had an authentic and balanced flavor and was also reasonably priced. I can't recommend this place enough, especially to those who enjoy a good board game between bites.

04/04/2026: The White Mage is a gaming pub that prepares delicious burgers, cocktails, and other geek-themed dishes on the spot. The food is excellent quality and reasonably priced, and you can also borrow one of the many board games available to play with friends! The wait staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. 😊

18/05/2026: Good, but not unforgettable, we'll definitely return. A hybrid between an osteria for those looking to upgrade and a gourmet restaurant. Revisited seafood culurgiones, beautiful to look at and delicious; almost all the fish is frozen, but the frozen ones are good. Linguine with clams was good, lots of clams, generous portions, but the pasta was just a little dry and not very creamy. A hybrid menu ranging from blue lobster to frozen French fries. The wine list was expensive, even the basic ones (around €30). Off-menu items were written on the blackboard, but the waiters didn't offer them. The atmosphere was pleasant, more like an osteria, with a thoughtful table setting featuring a rich and varied bread basket with carasau and guttiadu. Generous desserts, I recommend sharing. The only downside was the seafood caponata, with a few pieces of swordfish here and there, and the sweet and sour vegetables were overly oily—definitely not what I expected. We spent €60 for two without wine, including a starter, a first course each, and a side dish. The price was more or less fair, but given the prices in the area, it could definitely have been worse. Conveniently located in the city center, with parking available during the week. The experience was positive, adequate, but I wouldn't recommend it highly enough, given the many frozen fish dishes (albeit good quality, well-cooked) on the menu in a seaside area like this. The interior was pleasant, and the waitresses were very nice and polite, both the blonde and the brunette. Between 3 and 4 stars, a no-brainer!

17/05/2026: What can I say? Even though I'm biased, the owners are great friends, but I'm a professional. Returning to Olbia after six years was like finding a home, a professional yet familiar atmosphere. The cuisine is exquisite, with attention to detail. The friendly staff reflects excellent management. Infinite thanks to Luciana and Franco for the pampering we received. I look forward to seeing you in Maspalomas.

21/09/2025: We stayed at the hotel next door and walked over for dinner. The staff was very friendly and when selecting catch of the day Chef Gusieppie came out and described each fish and how it was to be prepared. We also ordered the Mussels in Myrtle which were excellent! We selected the rockfish and was very pleased with it.

19/09/2025: I know that many people find it scandalous to have a dish served on a bathroom tile! But we're open-minded! The tile was a tile anyway! The girl from Turin was super nice, welcoming, and helpful. I don't think they'll have another season. The mussels were dried out; the appetizer was good, but if I'd tried harder, I could have had a better one on the beach. Then I chose the catch of the day, a scorpion fish that the girl from Turin kindly served us! It was good, and I'll tell you tomorrow if it was fresh! Anyway, one adult and two children (the eldest is 10) with a glass of wine, two appetizers, a pasta dish with tomato sauce, a fried mixed seafood dish, and a scorpion fish = €200. Fine if everything is perfect! But given the shortcomings we can find, I can't give more than 3 stars. If it weren't for the girl from Turin who served us, I'd give it 2 ⭐️⭐️

02/05/2026: I live in La Maddalena, and on May 1st, my family and I went to the Assaggio restaurant, based on the excellent reviews on the website. We had lunch with a mix of mussels, first courses, and second courses. What can I say...SUPERLATIVE... You can smell the sea and taste the excellent quality of the ingredients. The place is very welcoming, spotlessly clean, and beautiful. The staff is very kind and friendly. Mrs. Lilli is very nice and kind. It was a fantastic discovery at the Assaggio restaurant. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back. CONGRATULATIONS 💖

26/04/2026: A gem of a restaurant right off the main shopping area. Food was excellent, good price, and we had a delicious house wine for only 7 euros a half litre. Highly recommend.

05/05/2026: We went to S'incontru for the first time last week. The place is truly beautiful, with a young atmosphere and friendly staff. We went on a Tuesday, the place was empty (there was only one table apart from us), and we only ordered a cold cuts platter and two tartare tacos (so no cooking). We waited almost 45 minutes for 10 slices of cured meats, a basket of bread, and two mini tacos with a handful of raw meat. (Delicious, no complaints there.) The bill: 2 tacos, 1 cold cuts platter, and 1 bottle of water, €30. I'll give it a second chance and try the pizzas, but for now, it's a no-go.
