The rice inside was so compact that I think it was used as structural material to hold up the counter. The "stringy heart" was a subversive myth: there was only a piece of fossilized cheese that actively resisted chewing. ​The Spit-Roasted Chicken: I think that chicken died of old age and was forgotten in the oven since the first lockdown. We were greeted by a very friendly waitstaff who immediately warned us there would be a bit of a wait. We decided to wait half an hour, but it was worth it because the pizza was delicious. You can choose between red, white, and whole wheat pizzas, as well as meat and charcuterie boards. Excellent service. We'll be back.
