26/07/2025: Simply wow. I was passing through this small town and stumbled upon this restaurant. The gentleman was very welcoming, professional, and very kind. Each dish has its own story and is a blend of Sardinian tradition and cutting-edge cuisine. Without losing sight of its roots, the chef transports you to culinary paradise. I was so grateful to have stumbled upon it by chance. Thank you for your hospitality and for what you offer.

01/03/2026: We were today in Burcei in this farmhouse, I'm sorry to write the review but it is necessary to do it, the welcome was not the best, we arrived at the structure, we enter around 13:00 welcomed with a good morning they make us wait 15 minutes to assign us the table, I ask again which is my table after the wait and they tell me to wait again, well on the table not even the bread, there were some good olives and a bottle of wine, so we wait those 10/15 minutes the bread and water arrive and during the wait of another 15 minutes the appetizers arrive one by one quite quickly in serving them but we start from the appetizer land two slices of raw ham per person 3 slices of sausage definitely not artisanal and two small triangles of cheese then arrive the pig's trotter in good sauce but maybe two small pieces then arrives the ricotta two small morsels per person and then arrive some tarts two small squares maybe half of a thumb per person with potatoes and ham (shoulder) three meatballs per person in reduction of Acceptable cannonau, fried carrot or courgette meatballs if I'm not mistaken, unfortunately you can tell the oil is there, in slang in the kitchen we use it back! So to throw away.... the snails arrive, we ask for seconds since always a fairly paltry portion considering the 48 euros per person that we spent but really good! The first courses arrive after almost 1 hour, good fregola and ravioli, after another hour the suckling pig and goat arrive, unfortunately the goat escaped since on the plate 2 pieces of bones with little meat, we decide to take everything and take it away it was 4pm as soon as they brought us the second course! The vegetables on the menu were still not brought to us so a made-up menu! Fried ricotta desserts, I go to the cashier and pay, they ask me about my experience, I mention something and then withdraw and say okay, so much is no point in paying, you have to pay! Unfortunately, as a Sardinian, I expect something else from a farmhouse. There were various options on the menu that we were not allowed to decide on. This is our experience. For the 100 euros spent, there are definitely better options available at a lower price! The waiter who served us was very friendly. Not recommended. PS: The location was beautiful.

A perfect choice... stunning location, breathtaking scenery, food beyond our expectations, from the appetizers to the excellent coffee... everything was truly excellent! A special mention goes to the snails with spicy sauce... a dive into childhood memories... a delight! Fast, attentive, and attentive service... Infinite thanks to Letizia... With grace, elegance, attention, and sensitivity, she made us feel pampered from the first to the last moment... Thank you, thank you so much!

17/03/2026: 🍕 A light and tasty experience: Full marks! If you're looking for a tasty pizza that won't leave you feeling like a brick in your stomach all night, this is the place. I was truly impressed by the quality of the dough: incredibly light and highly digestible, a sign of proper leavening. Even after finishing the entire generously sized pizza, you feel full but light. A special mention goes to the staff. They were extremely helpful and courteous. I'll definitely be back very soon!

15/02/2026: An elegant and quiet place, with a truly pleasant atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The service is impeccable: attentive, courteous, and professional without being intrusive. We tried two truly excellent first courses, meticulously prepared and flavorful. The fried calamari (listed on the menu as frozen, but I honestly would never have guessed that) was truly delicious. The French fries were simple and unpretentious. The desserts were truly amazing. Overall, a very pleasant experience, thanks to the quality of the dishes, the relaxing atmosphere, and the attentive service.

12/01/2026: We discovered this place in Terralba by chance. I must say it was a pleasant surprise, thanks to the friendly and welcoming service, the tasty dishes, and the quiet atmosphere. I would suggest screening the window overlooking the main street for more privacy. Highly recommended!

21/02/2026: Donato, the host, is a "friend forever"... and after eating such a generous plate of special spaghetti, I hope he becomes a "friend forever" :-)) ... with friends on a motorcycle trip... a magical stop. Empathy, quality, and value... what more could you ask for?

21/01/2026: We ate here a few days ago (Friday lunch, low season) and it was one of the best lunches in Sardinia so far. Truly a special welcome and exceptional food. Since artichokes are in season, we were offered a plate of spaghetti and artichokes (also available with sausage or bottarga). Being vegan, we were delighted to find a dish made simply with vegetables and so well done (unfortunately, not everyone knows how to showcase vegetables in the kitchen, but Donato is perfectly capable and passionate about it). It's not a place with an extensive menu or table service; here, it's a bit like being at home. You eat what the kitchen offers based on the season and help yourself a bit, but always accompanied by excellent conversation and explanations of the dish and every carefully crafted detail. In short, home-style cooking at a great price (€25 for two dishes and a beer, including homemade taralli! - obviously, if you choose the meat or fish option, I assume it'll be more expensive, rightfully so). Thanks again, and we hope to come back to try the pizza someday!

15/08/2025: A very nice bar, especially the owner and the very kind and friendly employees, which is not a given these days with bar managers and employees and in general with many businesses in Cagliari. I drank excellent coffee! Recommended!

01/03/2026: Clean up the cobwebs and the dust from the bottles above the bar, and do something about the sewer smell that lingers while eating. Otherwise, the sandwich was good, and the service was quick, despite only one guy serving, paying, and making drinks.

04/01/2026: The Genovese owner is a fantastic person, a great cook who manages to add to the local Sardinian food also some dishes with a Ligurian touch. Always a pleasure to eat there on the beach, with the seaview, good food and not forget...the Ichnusa beer.

04/01/2026: This agriturismo is nestled in the tranquil Pabillonis countryside. It's perfect for those who want to unwind and enjoy a family lunch. Service was prompt, despite the restaurant being packed, and the owners' hospitality truly made all the difference. Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the coffee. The price was very fair for the quantity and quality offered. Highly recommended!
