09/06/2026: A fantastic restaurant with truly excellent Sardinian cuisine. We had mutton ragout, mutton fillet, and the typical Sardinian dumplings – everything was absolutely superb. The wine was excellent, and the service was incredibly friendly, making us feel instantly at ease. The atmosphere is cozy, and you can tell that the food is prepared with great care and attention. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but perfectly reasonable for the quality. If we're ever in Tortolì again, we'll definitely be back.

29/04/2026: I visited this restaurant for dinner in February 2026. The dishes were quite visually appealing, perhaps designed more for social media than for taste. The flavors were disappointing, and the quality didn't seem up to par: the bread seemed day-old, and the pitted olives resembled jarred ones, which is unacceptable in Sardinia. I especially don't recommend the cheese board, which tastes nauseating. The menu offers mostly plant-based versions of typically omnivorous dishes, with little research or innovation: more than reinterpretations, they seemed like poor copies. The prices were unreasonable, perhaps aimed at tourists, and certainly not justified by the quality. As a vegan, and having tried excellent plant-based restaurants, I know there's much more to be done: here, there's a lot of form, little substance.

22/04/2026: A true vegan restaurant in Cagliari's historic center. Wide selection and outdoor seating in a pedestrian area. Worth a visit for those who love healthy and ethical food. Clean and with an open kitchen. Fair prices.

12/06/2026: We enjoyed an excellent dinner, thanks to a blend of both human and raw ingredients. The staff is well-trained and friendly, but the Chef, who is also the owner of this beautiful Cagliari gem, stands out above all others. Originally decorated and featuring a soundtrack of vinyl records, the restaurant offers traditional cuisine, revisited with original touches. We recommend a visit, but reservations are essential.

04/06/2026: I reluctantly have to give it 3 stars. I say this because it doesn't reflect the professionalism and friendliness of the waiters. The freshness of the food is beyond discussion; the problem lies in the kitchen. I'm of the opinion that if you pay, you should eat well. Well, I didn't eat well; I ended the dinner with a kebab. For starters, I ordered Josto's antipasto tosto, but I'd leave out the "tosto" (tough) part. It's not tough at all. The problem lies in the main course, where I ordered boiled and then roasted meat. A glob of oil and meat that was hard to swallow, even with water. I chose not to order a glass of wine, dessert, or their coffee by choice. I wanted to leave immediately. I must say that Josto's cuisine deeply disappointed me, unlike Frammento and Etto, perhaps one of the worst culinary experiences. I give full marks to the bread; it was excellent. I photographed the only dish that was above average because the caper cream was good. I paid around 80 euros per person, but the price didn't even remotely reflect the dishes offered. I left very disappointed.

21/07/2026: Very tasty pizza. For the price, it's not bad. The place works mainly as a pizzeria, where people go to buy pizza to take away, but there are also a few tables. The only thing I would criticize is that the music is too loud. If you want to have a pizza on the spot, it can be a bit annoying.

02/06/2026: A truly enjoyable Sunday family lunch. The service was very fast, courteous, and always attentive to the needs of the guests. I chose a seafood risotto that won me over: perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients, and well-balanced flavors, all without being heavy. The fried fish was also excellent, light and crispy just right. The restaurant offers a wide selection of wines, beers, sandwiches, and pizzas, catering to all tastes. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the organization of the service: we never had to wait for our dishes, coffee, or liqueurs. I didn't have a chance to try the desserts, but considering the excellent quality of what I tried, I imagine they're on par with the rest of the menu. A decidedly positive experience, with excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back.

06/02/2026: I've been going to Poppy's for years, and I can honestly say it's my favorite gourmet pizzeria (and I've tried many). You don't just go to Poppy's for pizza; it's a truly extraordinary culinary experience, one of those unforgettable ones. The attention to detail is absolute, the flavors are unique, and the products have a quality that can't be explained in words. As if that weren't enough, the staff is wonderful, the place is very cute and well-kept; it's impossible to find a flaw. ❤️

19/01/2026: Gambero Rosso 2-slice pizzeria. Very friendly staff, with a helpful and courteous waitress. There were four of us and we ordered four pizzas (truffle, San Salvatore, cinghialotta, vegan), one buffalo burrata, four beers, three desserts (one Atto Secondo Mango and two Como una Cuba), two rum shots, one still water, and one coffee. Bill: €136.20 (€34 each). Atto Secondo Mango: White chocolate egg with mango filling. Como una Cuba: Chocolate cigar, coated in bitter cocoa and filled with tiramisu cream. It arrives at the table under a smoked glass dome, accompanied by a rum shot. Dipping it in rum faithfully reproduces the experience of a real cigar. Special mention for the truffle and the Como una Cuba. Passed.

11/07/2026: The pizza was really, really good 😋🍕, the flavors are very inviting and varied. The guys were very kind. The place was very welcoming, we went in the summer and it was nice inside. We spent thirty euros for seven slices. Approved with top marks!!!
