This restaurant serves Sardinian meat-based cuisine (they no longer serve fish, contrary to what some older online reviews suggest), refined yet simple—a very pleasant combination. The service is attentive and unobtrusive. A decent selection of quality wines. The restaurant occupies a small room with limited seating. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, thanks to the tasteful music played at just the right volume. The bill is fair, considering the excellent quality of the food. I highly recommend it.

I don't know what to say: it was an experience. Absolutely delicious and something completely different. The menu changes every week. In my opinion, it's on the pricier side, but definitely worth a visit. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean.

02/06/2026: Food was nice (not amazing but good) - had a pasta and a pizza. Staff were very nice and worked extremely hard, it was non stop. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for a drink but then the food came very quickly after we ordered It was great value for money and for what we had I would return again We had to wait for a table for an hour ( but some restaurants in town were closed as seasonal or had a private event so this may have effected it)
01/06/2026: The waitress who served us was a top-notch chef. We ate really well, using excellent ingredients at a fair price. In fact, having spent 5 days in Villasimius, the quality/price ratio was unmatched, so I'd say it was excellent! The revisited Pardula was delicious, just like the other dishes we tried... well done!
