16/02/2025: Small place serving pan-Asian cuisine in a side street of the historic center of Cagliari. The room is well furnished and cared for and the service was overall sufficient (only one waitress in the entire room). The menu is not too vast and offers dishes from different cultures, not just the Kyrgyz one. I got a Nasip salad which was supposed to have octopus, prawns and an avocado and mint dressing with mango garnish on top. It's a shame, because the sauce was really good but the amount of fish and mango was paltry compared to the amount of salad, way too much. I really liked the ravioli, however, they were handmade, well spiced and the dill and veal seasoning reminded me of those eaten in various areas of Russia. The bill was not excessive, although some dishes were really high priced for the quantity offered. Definitely worth trying with more people so you can try more dishes. Advised!

Identifying a perfect amaro for a customer's taste from the phrase "not sweet but not as bitter as gentian" is not for everyone, but the Blockhaus won me over. Thanks for the good food and the discovered combinations (lentils in salad with apple and caramelized onion? Incredible!). Cooking with passion and passing it on is not easy! I'll be back because I have to try the Teramo pasta! 😃

01/03/2025: Exceptional, I am from Abruzzo in Sardinia, I felt at home, excellent dishes, excellent welcome. All in all, everything is super good and I say this as a native of Abruzzo. Pietro and Gabriella are two exquisite and very nice people, my only regret is that I didn't come earlier. Great price.

30/03/2025: Gintilla is a very beautiful place, the atmosphere is incredible and the food was excellent. If you're vegan and want a taste of traditional Sardinian food this is the place to go, I highly recommend the culurgiones, the seadas & the Mirto liquor! The staff was nice and friendly, we had an amazing time there! Would definitely come back next time I'm around !

30/03/2025: After a few weeks we had lunch in this place, what can I say? Everything was very good but the service left a little to be desired, perhaps because in previous times the girl who served us showed such professionalism and such sappy courtesy that this time was lacking, never mind!

18/03/2025: 100 day lunch with the fifth graders (second grade secondary school). The restaurant is surrounded by greenery, with parking, a wonderful terrace where we sipped an aperitif and enjoyed a platter of cured meats. Inside the spaces are large, the toilets very clean. Everything was organized down to the smallest detail. An elegant and refined table for all of us teachers together with the students, impeccable service, very kind staff, excellent food. I chose the fish menu: all fresh and varied, which ranged from octopus and potato salad, to mussel soup, buffalo fish with bottarga, fried prawns with kataifi pasta, fregola with seafood, grilled cuttlefish and prawns. Medium/high price. But it's absolutely worth it! I will definitely go back. I recommend it.

17/03/2025: A restaurant that knows how to make customers feel at home, with a familiar and friendly environment. The staff is welcoming and kind, always attentive to the needs of those who arrive. The fish dishes are extraordinary, fresh and expertly prepared. The pasta with sea urchins, in particular, is my favourite, a true masterpiece with a rich and authentic flavour. Congratulations to all the staff for their quality and kindness. Highly recommended restaurant!

11/10/2024: Excellent! It is not the conventional ice cream shop you are used to, fully valorising the territory and seasonal products. The choice of flavors is very refined and you will hardly find them out of their reality, if you are looking for the classic melon this is not the place for you, but you will certainly find something much more interesting and certainly delicious! An excellent artisan product, absolutely recommended.

08/10/2024: Let's start with the positive things: kind lady who gets busy at the counter. Location in a good position practically in the square. Ice cream... is it ice cream for me? Nice to look at but does the flavor have to be bought separately? We tasted 5 different flavors in 3, none came close to the associated flavour, in fact, we all agreed they all had more or less the same flavour. Find a remedy because it shouldn't take much to improve... and sorry to be frank, but you charge for that ice cream as if it were a good ice cream! So follow up on the premises!

07/04/2025: Very tasty pizza made from very fine and fluffy dough. Friendly, nice owner. The best pizza and we've been there several times now after a year. Everything is always sparkling clean and tidy! Thank you ! We look forward to the next time!

22/03/2025: Compliments to sa matracca First time. The first thing that surprised me were the frozen glasses for the beer, I was already won over there, pizza cut into slices, delicious San Marzano tomato sauce, two types of dough, one Roman and the other Neapolitan, very digestible dough, exquisite dessert (they didn't make me regret having had the crema catalana for the first time in my life), spoon with "you have been poisoned" engraved on it and reasonable prices. In short, I left the place very satisfied

20/03/2025: Finally after a long time we had dinner for two on a Wednesday evening in February, but our expectations were not met, there were some vegan options (I honestly don't remember how many) and that's a very respectable thing, but both pizzas lacked something in terms of taste (personal points of view). Small flaw, when ordering drinks (water and beer) the beer arrives first and after almost ten minutes the water (the waitress apologized).

02/04/2025: La bottarga sulla tavola, in un piccolo recipiente bianco con un cucchiaino che diceva: "abbonda, se vuoi". E giù, nevicava, sugli spaghetti alle arselle accompagnati dalla simpatia di chi, al tavolo, non ci ha fatto mancare il pane e il sorriso. Deliziosi al palato, avvolgenti, ricchi. Con un gusto di mare che era tutto un suono per il palato. Come fossimo lì per ascoltare buona musica. E poi, per la fretta di rientrare a Collinas per il nostro torneo di scacchi, abbiamo ordinato una porzione di calamari fritti e l'abbiamo mangiata in tre. Una spruzzata di limone e una decorazione di verdura fresca. E' stata una dolce sorpresa. Uno dei quattro ha preferito la lasagna al sugo e il pane rimasto dopo la scarpetta nel piatto di portata delle arselle è diventato rosso di sugo. Delizia. Il luogo, le donne che han servito i cibi, e i piatti. Una delizia.

26/03/2025: It's not the first time I've eaten at this restaurant. Every time is a confirmation, excellent fast and attentive service. The cuisine was excellent, generous portions and cooked with care and passion. I recommend it to everyone.
