27/10/2025: Spectacular place! Food, wine, service. Ignacio gave us great recommendations, including the house specialty, "Stinco di maiale," and the assorted antipasti. The views are unbeatable. We'll be back.

25/10/2025: A fantastic restaurant with great food, a breathtaking ambiance, and fantastic staff. The opening hours are also suitable for small children, as dining is available from 6 p.m. We had a wonderful evening with a free sunset view.

05/12/2025: Welcoming place, impeccable service, and truly excellent food. Recommended for a quiet, quality dinner. The duck, in particular, is amazing; they prepare it even better than the French. Highly recommended.

30/11/2025: Giorè: 5-course tasting menu + dessert - Grilled cuttlefish - Risotto with pink shrimp (EXCELLENT) - Seafood tagliolini (EXCELLENT) - Sea bass millefeuille (NOT EXCELLENT) - Grilled octopus (WOW) - Tiramisu (TOO MUCH cocoa) Cost: €50 excluding drinks and service charge, very little for everything they offered. Plus, if you book on The Fork for the à la carte dishes, you can get a 50% discount.

18/10/2025: We were visiting the Sanctuary of Saint Pio with friends and had booked a table for lunch here in advance. The experience was truly positive; we enjoyed excellent first and second courses. The staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. We definitely recommend it again.

17/10/2025: Serves lunch, but not dinner. Google needs to correct its hours info. Lovely place, not much English but they appreciate any effort to communicate in Italian. Delicious food, and we were able to find vegetarian options which is not available everywhere.

18/11/2025: A great place, and one of the few open in mid-November, even before 7 p.m. Delicious food, excellent drinks, and great service. We loved the atmosphere of the bar. It's nice that there's also an indoor area so you don't have to sit outside on a cold November evening.

23/10/2025: A Japanese restaurant featured in the Kenta guide. The restaurant is modern, intimate, and elegant. Attentive and courteous service. High-quality ingredients are used. We opted for the six-course tasting menu, plus an extra wagyu gyoza. Everything was truly excellent and expertly prepared. The price was in line with the quality offered.

18/09/2025: A fabulous bakery in the heart of Castellana Grotte. A early morning visit here became a regular occurance during our two week holiday in Puglia. The crossiants were fabulous, cakes too and the chocolate filled cruffin(?) was sublime. Coffee was excellent and the service smiley and friendly - even to an Englishman with rubbish italian.

14/09/2025: Had breakfast here two mornings in a row and loved it. The pastry dough was perfectly crunchy.

08/07/2025: Good food and generous portions. We tried the pizza, the grilled meat, and the excellent orecchiette with tomato sauce: simple, authentic, and flavorful. The restaurant is very popular with both tourists and locals, but despite its large seating capacity, the service was quick and efficient. The location is strategic, equidistant between Martina Franca, Cisternino, and Ostuni, ideal for a stop during a day of hiking in the Itria Valley. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but it offers honest, well-prepared, home-style cooking. The only minor detail—which I don't consider a real flaw—the grilled vegetables were a bit too raw for my taste. But that's a personal preference, not a criticism. Recommended, and I would gladly return.
