15/09/2025: Excellent ingredients, especially the toppings, though the base was a little too thin for my taste. The dough was light and digestible, not burnt. Fast service.

02/10/2025: We wanted to try this pizzeria. The pizza was decent, both in terms of ingredients and dough, but despite the limited seating, the service seemed a bit slow, inattentive, and forcedly friendly.

12/10/2025: The place is truly beautiful with elegant furnishings. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We ordered seared cuttlefish and cuttlefish tagliatelle with sour onion. This was followed by cod cooked in oil and the dish of the day, truffle risotto. Unfortunately, the risotto wasn't the best, compared to everything else, which was very good.

15/10/2025: We went there for lunch: the welcome was warm and the place is very beautiful. Everything was delicious and we really appreciated the recommendations and advice for dishes and wine. As a little bonus, the lady who served us gave us good recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. In short, a great place!

13/10/2025: October 12, 2025 We went to the Templari restaurant for a family lunch, specifically for my son's baptism, and it was a pleasant confirmation for me. We started with appetizers, several courses, all delicious. Next, we had homemade pasta dishes, all delicious, but the ravioli with shrimp and grouper are especially worth trying. For the main course, we had sliced ​​beef, very tender and truly delicious. Excellent food and impeccable service, Maria Pia never let us miss anything. I can't wait to go back.

08/10/2025: We stopped for lunch. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the service was friendly. Everything was just right. The view from the terrace, if you sit outside, is stunning. It's worth stopping here just for that.

11/10/2025: Great We were fiddling around with the appetizers, appetizers, and main courses. I actually wanted soup followed by griglate mista. Then the lady intervened. She mentioned all sorts of things: burrata, shrimp in panko and beetroot sauce, baccala/stockfish with tomatoes and olives, fritura mista. So we could share everything. And a Scropino at the end. We didn't dare say no. We accepted. A bottle of good wine (€20), a bottle of water, and with a 20% discount on the Fork's food, it came to €79. See the photos. Only the large burrata isn't in the picture. It got busier as the evening progressed. Friendly service.

08/07/2025: Good food and generous portions. We tried the pizza, the grilled meat, and the excellent orecchiette with tomato sauce: simple, authentic, and flavorful. The restaurant is very popular with both tourists and locals, but despite its large seating capacity, the service was quick and efficient. The location is strategic, equidistant between Martina Franca, Cisternino, and Ostuni, ideal for a stop during a day of hiking in the Itria Valley. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but it offers honest, well-prepared, home-style cooking. The only minor detail—which I don't consider a real flaw—the grilled vegetables were a bit too raw for my taste. But that's a personal preference, not a criticism. Recommended, and I would gladly return.

08/05/2025: Il miglior bar di Modugno. La qualità del caffè è eccezionale, e si intuisce che a monte c'è una ricerca dell'aroma basata sulla giusta scelta delle fragranze arabiche e robuste. I dolci e le torte sono davvero buoni, artigianali e con ricco assortimento. Umberto e Giuliano sono sempre cordiali e attenti ai clienti. Lo consiglio vivamente.

From our first meeting, we felt welcomed, listened to, and cared for with a rare dedication that accompanied every phase of our wedding planning. Nunzio was a precious and discreet presence for us, always punctual and available. He guided us with kindness and professionalism, supporting us in every decision, from the initial ideas to the big day, without ever overwhelming us. Special mention goes to the extraordinary willingness shown in adapting the menu to our needs, even the most specific ones. We wanted to offer a completely vegan option (not easy, we realize!), so almost for fun, I submitted a draft menu myself. The result? The chef was able to reproduce and perfect every dish proposed, transforming an idea into a surprising reality. Even today, we receive compliments from friends and family about the quality and originality of the dishes, both for the vegan and omnivorous menus, both impeccable. And then there's the location... it's hard to describe in words. Overlooking the Murgia ravine, it offers a natural setting of rare beauty. The various terraces offer evocative corners for every moment of the day, making the entire experience truly magical. But beyond the excellence of the cuisine and the beauty of the location, what struck us most was the genuine care with which we were treated. We never felt like mere guests, but rather like a couple welcomed and understood in every detail. Every request, every doubt, every little detail was handled with care, patience, and that human touch that, in the end, truly makes all the difference. If we look back on our wedding today with a huge smile, much of the credit goes to Nunzio and the entire staff at Madonna della Stella. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a wedding that is meticulously curated, authentic, and simply perfect.

12/10/2025: Fab find, superb views, staff super friendly and efficient, had the cheese and ham charcuterie which was fabulous. A bit of a chill wind was fixed by the blanket the waiter kindly provided!
