11/05/2025: I love slow cooking great BBQ and finding outstanding BBQ joints across the USA. But a great BBQ joint in Italy's Piedmont? Absolutely! They do not do sauce, and you don't need it. We tried everything they make and it was all good. Barbees could compete with most BBQ joints in the US and honestly, the sides are even better.

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved even further. Also thanks to the addition of Andrea Serale to the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors, new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices that can satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper, for me. For work reasons I will not be able to dine at amae, this week, and on Saturday they will close. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will close, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Happy to have been able to go again this evening. Thanks Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

12/05/2025: I went there on the advice of a warehouse worker where I was unloading, to whom I asked for a place to eat without spending a fortune, he recommended this place where they also do the classic work menu at a fixed price of 13 euros. However, I chose to pamper myself and I had an à la carte lunch, I had homemade agnolotti with butter and sage as a first course, generous portion and as a second course roast beef with baked potatoes. I also saw very attractive trio plates of appetizers at other tables. I would also like to point out a good cellar with notable labels. Total cost 19 euros with 1 liter of glass water and coffee, very well spent. Very kind and professional owners.

05/06/2025: Friendly but professional welcome, very very large and clean room, with a view of the greenery of the farmhouse. Simple but at the same time refined and refined cuisine, we ate very well. Perfect breakfast!! Fantastic choice for our relaxing weekend in the Langhe and surroundings.

20/04/2025: During our stay in Borgo San Dalmazzo, we chose L'Orso Bianco for breakfast every morning, and we were always fully satisfied. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive, making each visit pleasant and smooth. The breakfast offering is varied and well looked after: an excellent selection of both sweet and savory dishes, with fresh, quality products presented with care. We really appreciated the soft brioches, the stuffed focaccias and the freshly baked sandwiches, perfect for every type of taste and need. The freshly squeezed juices, prepared on the spot, are an added value that gives an edge to breakfast, offering a touch of authenticity and energy. The place is clean, tidy and has a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for starting the day in the right way. The service is fast, efficient and always accompanied by a smile, which really makes the difference. L'Orso Bianco is a safe choice for those looking for a complete, quality breakfast with impeccable service. Highly recommended for those who want to get off to a good start every morning.

21/05/2025: Always the best. Since I was a child I have had in my mind the kindness and cordiality with which these gentlemen and ladies can improve a person's day. They have always been fast and efficient, and always welcome each customer with a smile and a "good morning" from the moment you enter the place. Always excellent coffee, and delicious croissants. Five stars are not enough! Congratulations.

16/03/2025: Nice place, nice staff. Healthy salads, but too few. A portion of dumplings (2) with fondue which was also too small for the price. Too expensive for the amount of food offered although good.

13/03/2025: Food: particular, good, authentic. It is interesting to present the hamburgers with tomino in addition to or instead of meat. It's a shame that the menu, which was also very nice, featured sheep and goat tomini which were actually not available because they were no longer processed. Location: even in this particular case, it's a shame about the lack of ventilation which doesn't empty the place of the smell of cheese. Service: we are not there. I've been twice and, apart from the lack of friendliness of the ladies, they are not very skilled at the checkout. The first time I waited twenty minutes, the second ten. Good price. I will raise it to 4 stars when I find the desired improvements. The potential is there. Luckily lactosolution, which makes me digest the lactose in tomino!

07/05/2025: My family and I stayed 4 days at this property surrounded by greenery, where you only hear the birds singing. Davide and his family were always available and are so kind and friendly that they make you feel at home. We also ate every evening at the farmhouse, everything was very good even the breakfasts! We hope to return soon! Greetings to Davide and his family!

05/05/2025: The first impression may be deceiving - but we were thrilled: New, nice and clean rooms, 7-course menu and top wine cheaper than from the wine growers. And the hosts' friendliness personified. Really a recommendation.
