28/12/2024: We liked everything: the well-kept and welcoming place, the knowledgeable and kind staff and the dishes we ordered lived up to expectations. Only, personally, I prefer the tomato base for pizza to be a little less acidic or in smaller quantities, but it's a matter of taste. Waiting times were normal for a very crowded place.

11/04/2025: Spectacular and refined versions of classic Piedemont food and some less traditional dishes as well. Must go again! Update: had the tasting menu with matched wines two days in a row - not two same dishes or wines, still all excellent!

06/04/2025: Menù interessante e ben preparato. Abbiamo mangiato antipasti e primi. Purtroppo ci siamo seduti alle 12.30 e il primo piatto, dopo l'antipasto, è arrivato alle 14.10!

06/04/2025: The place is quite complicated to reach. Wonderful view, waiting time between appetizer and first courses (3 tagliatelle, 2 ravioli al plin and 2 tagliate) really exaggerated. 1 hour and a half and I'm not joking. We sat down at 13.10, ordered at 13.30, got up from the table at 15.45! Too bad, if it hadn't been for the service .......

15/12/2024: Very welcoming and good bar. Unfortunately, even though there were 20 of us, they forced me to take something, which I just can't stand.

29/03/2025: Friday group evening at Piola. Being vegetarian I'm already off to a bad start... Most of the dishes have meat. We had peppers with bagna couda and mushroom crepes. The crepes were good but the bagna couda was not so good. Then the toma and barbera risotto. Good, a little too al dente. We tried the castelmagno risotto, good but a little overcooked... ok, still edible. The zabaglione with ladyfingers was excellent and in a quantity that really satisfied me!! Then they brought 5 bottles of bitters and liqueurs, the only limit... the driving license. The environment is unfortunately very noisy and at the end of the evening we left dazed, it's hard to hear who is in front of you. They should also improve the air circulation. The cost per person was €24 with wine, water and a few coffees. I'd say excellent

27/03/2025: A true trattoria, a friendly place, pleasant waitresses, the dishes are not sophisticated but everything is very good...and what about the price...defying all competition, I recommend and will repeat the experience

10/12/2024: Restaurant discovered by chance for an informal dinner. Good professional and at the same time familiar welcome, nice place, not very large, well looked after, good choice of dishes from starters to desserts with a good choice for every palate. Decent wine list, had an excellent house rosé to accompany dinner. Very high quality of food. Advised.

13/04/2025: It is certainly not a simple pizzeria....but it is a place where pizza is the absolute protagonist...simple and delicate or bold and refined flavours...in short, I don't want to tell you more....but go and taste it!
