Affordable tasting menu, half portions also available. Easy parking. 13/04/2026: I visited Phoenix restaurant, run by chef Sandro Ostorero, and I must say it was a truly interesting discovery. The restaurant has a significant history: it was founded in 1987 with the renovation of the old family trattoria, which had been run for four generations. In 2016, he made the bold decision to become completely vegetarian. And I must admit that, even without being vegetarian, the experience pleasantly surprised me. The dishes are prepared with great attention to the quality of the ingredients, often organic or biodynamic, and it shows. The cuisine is meticulously prepared, authentic, and different from the norm, but without being forced. It's the perfect place if you want to try something healthier and more sustainable without sacrificing flavor. Even just out of curiosity, it's definitely worth a visit. Gualtiero and Catia

14/06/2026: After eight years of hearing good things about it, I realized I'd made the classic mistake: never going simply because it's in my city. The experience far exceeded my expectations. Keivan's impeccable welcome and the quality was evident in every dish. It's one of those places that reminds you how important it is to showcase the excellence we have right on our doorstep instead of always seeking it elsewhere. Every Asti resident should treat themselves to this experience at least once. Kudos to the entire staff for their passion, especially Chef Marco, a true Asti native. It makes you want to come back even before you've left the door!

13/06/2026: Since Café Piemonte Bistrot is located right in the shadow of the Mole Antonelliana tower, we spontaneously decided to stop in. As a couple, we had no trouble getting a table. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and plentiful enough to satisfy even a large appetite. The bicerin was divine. After this delightful experience, it wasn't hard to get back on our feet in Turin. Thank you, CDV.

02/05/2026: A very, very charming place, rustic and refined at the same time. We had a tagliata with a trio of side dishes and a cuttlefish with caramelized fennel, along with two glasses of wine. Everything was excellent.

09/05/2026: During the hot air balloon rally, we found a table at this restaurant through Google, and I must say it was a great find! A modern venue in an ancient setting, located under the porticoes of the square in front of the Vicoforte Sanctuary. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Traditional dishes with a modern twist, quality ingredients, and an excellent, wide selection of wines. The tagliolini with mushrooms were truly delicious, and the appetizers and desserts were also excellent. Definitely worth a try.

04/05/2026: A beautiful place to stop. I had the gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, delicious! I recommend eating on their outdoor terrace, which overlooks the sanctuary square.
