21/03/2025: I paid €6.50 for water with an aperitif (too much), a poor aperitif for the price paid. Very long waiting times. Hugo good recommended. The waiter was not to my liking.

03/04/2025: Excellent raviolas, home-made (secret recipe), excellent rosbif too, plentiful appetizer, lots of stewed wild boar, I didn't taste the desserts but looking at them they were delicious too, I'll be back

01/03/2025: I went to Miralago a few months ago after hearing great things about it and my expectations about the food were exceeded! The place is rustic and super welcoming, the guys who work there are passionate and the dishes are incredible and genuine!! The menu offers two or three choices for each course so that everything is of high quality and well done! The dishes are very well balanced and really tasty, especially the first courses which deserve an honorable mention! I will definitely be back!!

05/04/2025: I called to reserve a table but when I said I had 2 children he said there was no more room!! I would like to tell the owners to say that children are not accepted!!

17/11/2024: In giro per le langhe con amici ci siamo fermati al ristorante Biancospino.Ambiente pulito elegante abbiamo preso 4 menù degustazioni. Che buoni gli antipasti tipici piemontesi..anche i plin e i tagliolini ai funghi ottimi...Siamo stati molto bene.Ci hanno coccolati ma non sono stati invadenti È stato un piacere

04/03/2025: I cannot give a rating to the restaurant because as soon as we entered we were blocked by the secretary of the Bowling Club who wanted us to fill out a form for the annual Bowling Club membership card. It was the first time they had entered a restaurant praised by friends. There were 2 of us, we wanted to have lunch, but we didn't like the imposition of the card for both of us at €10.00 each. We wanted to try the restaurant and then bring our friends (about ten). In that case, after our €20.00 would they have asked for €100.00 from them? If this isn't abuse, it's definitely theft. Obviously we had lunch elsewhere.

30/03/2025: This evening I was a guest of this restaurant for my niece's baptism. I had heard good things about this place, perhaps too many expectations. For this event we had exclusive use of the room downstairs: a lovely setting, beautiful colors and beautiful decorations. Too bad it is not cleaned as it should be. Just look at the cobwebs near the nude portrait on the wall at the back of the room. Let's talk about the food and the service: We started with the aperitif that did not arrive at our table until after we had pointed it out to the waitresses (these were questionable in professionalism and management of the entire service). When the appetizer arrived there was neither cod nor, much less, Ascoli olives. The veal with tuna sauce was very good, served with a little lamb's lettuce salad. A very welcome combination. The porcini mushroom tart with fondue was also really appreciated, a little less so the puff pastry with buffalo ricotta and vegetables, the latter however edible unlike the first: paccheri with rabbit ragù and pecorino cream. Inedible! Stringy! the consistency of the pasta was strange although the ragù was good. The Fassona beef with Barolo grapes was very tender and tasty, it melted in the mouth. I couldn't eat the cake because it was too late. In fact, what I'm about to write is the main reason for the only star for the service. We entered at 6 pm and many of us left at 10 pm without having eaten the cake due to the service. We also waited 1 hour and a quarter between one course and the next. An unacceptable wait, stressful on a day that should have been relaxing. My son was served raw chicken cutlet so he couldn't eat it. You also have to be careful with the water bottles because they had black residue like filter waste inside.
