03/09/2025: A small, friendly, and quiet restaurant. A shaded, musical terrace. A starter for two includes a San Daniele ham platter and bruchetta, accompanied by two glasses (one white and one red) of local wine. For the main course, blueberry rice with burrata and fresh pasta with raw shrimp... everything is perfect, as is the efficient and fast service. A wonderful discovery, go there with your eyes closed.

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved even further. Also thanks to the addition of Andrea Serale to the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors, new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices that can satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper, for me. For work reasons I will not be able to dine at amae, this week, and on Saturday they will close. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will close, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Happy to have been able to go again this evening. Thanks Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

27/06/2025: We got there on the wrong day and the service was a bit slow, but it hadn't been like that the time before, so there must have been a problem that day, it happens. The food is good, a great place to go for lunch. We will definitely be back.

19/09/2025: Excellent Indian food, in my opinion one of the best I've eaten at. The service has declined somewhat over the years, but unfortunately, that's normal as the number of people increases. The waits were incredibly long, and the dishes were brought without any logic (we only received one entree after a 40-minute wait, and then waited another half hour for the appetizers, which arrived together, while the entree I ordered arrived as the last course almost two hours after ordering). The staff were friendly but not very present. Unfortunately, this has also declined significantly over the years. I still recommend trying it because the food is truly excellent!

06/08/2025: I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, while walking down a small street. It also offers takeout options. The cuisine is of Ligurian origin (Genoa region), delicious, rich, and original, prepared fresh daily using fresh ingredients. The welcome is warm and friendly. What a wonderful discovery! We'll be back with pleasure.

21/07/2025: Good morning, yesterday we were at this restaurant, negative experience, the first course, paccheri with octopus, there were only paccheri with 3 pieces of octopus and a hint of sauce, water and wine, room temperature, I can imagine how it must have been with the heat it was yesterday, I asked for ice, the waitress replied, we have a broken stain, (in a restaurant you stock up on ice) the worst thing to hear, when I went to pay at the bar area, a gentleman who was drinking a bitter, asked for ice and the waitress put the cubes in his glass 😁 so there was ice!! I felt taken for a ride 🤐 THE RESTAURANT ROOM NO AIR CONDITIONING, ONLY 2 CEILING BLADES, THE WAITERS HAD SWEAT DROPS ON THEIR FOREHEADS, IT WAS NOT A PLEASANT SIGHT, THE DROPLETS CAN FALL INTO THE DISHES AND THIS CAN BE DISGUSTING, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

13/09/2025: A random stop during a trip, but I'd definitely recommend this place. The pizzas are very good, and the place is casual but well-maintained. The service is fast and attentive.

12/10/2025: I've been there many times. The staff is very friendly and the pizzas are vast. They pass around several pizzas at once so everyone can eat. They also have sweet pizzas, so there's a wide variety. They're also very attentive, and if they see you don't find anything you like, they'll come to your table to ask if you have any special requests.

12/10/2025: It's not possible that on a Saturday night there are so few waiters, a pizza arrives every 20 minutes, hire more staff and put out more pizzas

06/10/2025: A small but welcoming place with attentive staff, something you don't always find in other places. The food and drinks are good quality, including the draft beer. Prices are reasonable for the service provided. A must-try for dining in the center of Pinerolo! I'll be back!

02/11/2025: Excellent pizzas, friendly and welcoming staff. The wait was minimal; we ordered (on a Friday evening) and after 5 minutes, our pizzas weren't even ready and served at our table. Truly delicious, congratulations!
