02/04/2024: Extraordinary restaurant serving classic local cuisine. In addition to the top-notch cuisine, I recommend leaving room for the cheese and dessert trolleys, a true gem of Zucca. Excellent choice of wines. The service and the environment are a skilful blend of friendliness, domestic warmth and refinement. The price is adequate for the experience but absolutely not excessive. A hidden pearl outside the starred circuit, of which it could easily be part. I recommend booking in advance, especially weekends are always full.

17/03/2024: Cena con la famiglia. Piaciuta a tutti. Il posto è grande, parecchia gente, ma poco rumoroso ed il servizio valido. Il personale è molto gentile e serve con il giusto ritmo. Piatti molto buoni, dagli antipasti al dolce. Consiglio in particolare l’antipasto a base di lumache, il cervo, la trota ed lo zabaione. Non economico, ma merita. Da ritornare.

04/04/2024: How good was I yesterday How good was I last night? A lot 🥰 Excellent company and a nice, welcoming Spanish place and delicious food! We "licked" plates and pan! 😅 So as not to waste even a crumb of goodness. Vegetarian paella 😋, P Galician olpo (amazing) and Jambon De Cebo (Iberian) that melted in your mouth! We hadn't booked, they welcomed us with a smile and provided explanations about the dishes in a kind and simple way, without being intrusive or over the top (I appreciated). Original and welcoming furnishings: a really nice wall of chefs & crockery, to be seen and... enjoyed! Thanks 😍

A business lunch was transformed into the discovery of a corner of paradise where good taste, friendliness and a passion for the pursuit of quality reign, enhancing local products and revisiting traditional dishes with taste. 09/03/2024: Dinner with friends, looking for a place that offers something veg in Cuneo, I found Bento, high expectations given that it is not the usual all you can eat. Unfortunately, expectations were disappointed, at least as regards the veg dishes (the omnivorous friends were more satisfied). Another friend and I had seaweed salad, ravioli with vegetables, two ramen with vegetables (which aren't ramen) and a pan of fiery tofu. Steamed ravioli, good as usual. Simple, good seaweed salad. Ramen rejected, when ordering they tell us that they don't make them in broth because without meat and fish it wouldn't taste like anything, then a good portion of rice/buckwheat spaghetti arrives with a bit of potatoes, courgettes and sprouts, not well mixed (in fact the potatoes were cold), everything was a bit bland, I think it wasn't pan-fried. The tofu was a little better because it was on a bed of vegetables sautéed well in the small wok with stove that comes to your table, but here too there was little taste and the tofu, which I adore and eat in a thousand forms, was a little stringy. In conclusion, I think they need to revisit these dishes a bit, trying to give them an extra boost of flavour. ps: veg ramen in broth can be done, don't give up. For omnivores I recommend crepes. Still a nice place, with friendly staff and good prices (2 dishes each, wine, water, coffee and two jugs of sake 23 euros each)

15/03/2024: A real tavern. The place is not on the main road, but a little inside and this is very much worth it. A lovely little place, designed down to the smallest detail. We found the place by chance, we were looking for a restaurant that knew what Celiac Disease is and wasn't a problem (it's part of the AIC circuit). They didn't make me feel different even for a second, the dishes were wonderful in the same way, the menu is almost entirely gluten-free replicable with obviously some changes. The care that the chef takes in the dishes is spectacular! As well as being a unique delicacy for the eyes and palate... try it! If I really had to find a flaw it's the portions... a little more wouldn't hurt 😉! But it is certainly a place with a well-deserved 5 stars, which I recommend to every celiac person who wants to feel "quiet" and eat with good products and to anyone who wants to get away from the usual "city" and enjoy some fresh air! Keep it up! Thanks for everything, I will definitely be back!

I titolari gentili,simpatici molto alla mano .Il loro personale gentile e attento alle richieste dei commensali. Cibo tipico piemontese,abbondante ( ogni portata sono passati per il bis) Qualità / prezzo OTTIMO per questo menu fisso composto da 4 antipasti/ 1 primo/ 1 secondo/ tris di dolci/ vino / acqua/pane/ grissini .

02/04/2024: Lunch with a group of friends, we started with the delicious house starter (with a possible variation), the castelmagno risotto and the gnocchi with gorgonzola cream and chestnut honey were also excellent, there are also good quality dishes for vegetarians. We didn't have time to take photos, the dishes were too good 😋
