07/01/2026: Authentic and very pleasant place. ONE SORRY - truly terrible:
To reserve a table for lunch (4 adults and 4 children), we were forced to block a €200 deposit on our credit card via a link sent on WhatsApp. Cancellation was possible up to 48 hours in advance, after which we would have lost the entire amount if we didn't make use of the reservation or were more than 15 minutes late (this was accepted only because we would be arriving at the restaurant's hamlet with small children after an hour's walk, so we needed to be sure of a place to stop, and there was no alternative in the hamlet of Tachier).
Otherwise: the place - food - waiters - were all good, as we've experienced in the past in different seasons.

The menu is very varied and also offers a wide selection for vegetarians and vegans.

01/01/2026: Excellent restaurant, highly recommended. We had an appetizer that included excellent marinated fish, and for main course we had a braised beef and a polenta terrine with pumpkin and gorgonzola. The selection of desserts and liqueurs was good. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices.

20/01/2026: Exceptional! Impeccable evening: Delicious appetizers and pizzas! The leavened products and ingredients are of the highest quality, resulting in very light and sophisticated flavors.
Exceptional service with a highly knowledgeable sommelier who pairs both wines and beers in a way that's never predictable or banal, with a refined selection and attention to detail. The desserts and accompanying spirits are also very good. An experience worth repeating.

11/01/2026: A simply incredible experience! Sharing in name and in fact, as diners are invited to eat "together," serving themselves directly from the serving dish.
After a moment's hesitation, we opted for the Festival menu with wine pairing: in short, quality and quantity.
The Asian and South American influences were very interesting. Worth repeating, this time with a Grand Festival!

09/12/2025: A very welcoming, refined, yet affordable restaurant. The cuisine is truly superb, with a constantly changing and unique menu. For lunch, it offers an appetizer and a first course, usually featuring fish and meat options. The dishes are meticulously prepared, elegant, and flavorful... the chef truly knows his stuff. It's located on the main road in Casale Corte Cerro (VB).
21/10/2025: We already knew it was a "special" place, but the fact that over time everything was only amplified was pure magic.
A small, well-kept space, where the feeling upon entering is like stepping back in time. Checkered tablecloths, sparkling glasses, and meticulously ironed and folded napkins...
Saturday evening: no menu, just Tony's expert explanation, detailing the two types of menus, meat or fish.
Homemade bread, no pre-packaged or processed products, just the mastery of the chef kneading and baking amazing bread.
A "small" space with soft lighting, a few tables, and only the energy and knowledge of the raw materials behind each dish he presented to us.
We were six friends, and each of us replied: this deserves to be in the top five of places to eat well in the area.
Reservations are recommended; in fact, I highly recommend booking and spending a wonderful evening with your friends, because in addition to Tony, his wife will be there to welcome you, and with her sweetness and infinite patience, she will accompany you on this culinary journey.
