04/09/2025: A good restaurant, centrally located, decorated in an old-fashioned style, and full of character. A little noisy, but not overly so. The staff is courteous and lively, and the owner is friendly. I loved it! Among the dishes, the tagliolini with mushrooms definitely deserve an A+, among the best I've ever had. Definitely worth a try.

14/09/2025: We were there today, September 14th, with an appointment at 1:30 PM. We were seated promptly at that time, but no waiter came to bring us the menu until 2:00 PM. Finally, they remembered we were there. So, at 2:15 PM, we ordered three appetizers, three first courses, and three second courses. At 2:45 PM, we asked why the appetizers hadn't arrived. After five minutes, we finally had something to eat. At 3:00 PM, a waitress came and told me that the one I had ordered was no longer available. So, an hour and a half after ordering, they asked me if I wanted to order another first course. The food didn't live up to the previous reviews; the gnocchi and pappardelle were swimming in butter, and the mozzarella in the parmigiana didn't melt. A total disappointment, I'll leave it out of my review.

03/09/2025: For us, coming from Liguria, an aperitivo of this quality is science fiction, a dream aperitif in the piazza as the sun sets. Excellent service, friendly, and professional young people. This will be our regular stop here in Turin.

01/09/2025: Bread, pizza, focaccia, desserts, and much more, catering to all tastes. The quality can be tasted (some of the freshly baked pizzas/focaccias are a real treat), is evident in the prices (generally medium-high), and is confirmed by the queue of waiting customers, which is almost a constant at the place, despite the large and friendly staff doing their best to satisfy everyone. Enjoy, especially for the desserts, a small, delicious treat once a week, but in moderation.

17/08/2025: Visited this piadina shop after a lovely tour of the Reggia di Venaria. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, good prices. Light dough. I chose the vegetarian one with pistachio pesto, a pesto I barely tasted. Recommended.

20/08/2025: It's always nice to return to Gatto Blu after a stroll in the beautiful surrounding woods. This time, however, we found the cuisine more "experimental," undoubtedly good, but for our tastes, not very in keeping with the spirit of the place. Or perhaps, who knows, compared to the winter menu, it's easier to infuse it with oriental ingredients, which, honestly, we don't feel the need for here. The chef is skilled and the result is delightful, but the desire to innovate doesn't necessarily have to take exotic paths. We'll always return, hoping to find more consistency with the local area.
