22/05/2025: Ecco, bisogna chiarire che non è una semplice cena, parliamo piuttosto di un'esperienza gastronomica dove tutto è unico, sopraffino e curato con grande attenzione. Il cibo viene preparato con ingredienti rari e ricette alchemiche ed essendo impiattato con mano d'artista diventa sia squisito al palato che spettacolare alla vista. Ambiente rilassante. Staff gentilissimo. Dog friendly. Insomma ci sono tutti gli ingredienti per una serata veramente speciale.

19/05/2025: Premettendo che non sono vegana o vegetariana, consiglio pienamente questa esperienza di cucina vegetale, che mi ha piacevolmente impressionato. Il locale si mostra elegante ed essenziale, con una giusta atmosfera intima; il personale gentile e sempre disponibile, senza mai essere invadente. Dal menù e dalla preparazione dei piatti traspare l'idea di cucina dello chef, in grado di esaltare appieno ogni sapore della materia prima utilizzata, anche grazie agli abbinamenti adottati. Il contoè a mio avviso in linea con la qualità e la lavorazione dei piatti.

01/05/2025: Very cozy hotel. Beautiful room designs, clean, excellent renovation. Nice atmosphere. Large spa, you can spend the whole day there. Everywhere smells nice, there is no smell of bleach or old age.

12/05/2025: La posizione in cima ad una collina tra i vigneti è perfetta, oltre a questo il nulla. La sala è fastidiosamente rumorosa, nessun accorgimento è stato adottato per migliorare il confort acustico della clientela, a fine pranzo ero afono per quanto ho dovuto parlare ad alta voce per farmi sentire da che era seduto a fianco, il servizio è cortese, veloce, ma per nulla professionale, la conoscenza delle regole base su come si portano i piatti, il pane, le posate in tavola non sono a conoscenza di nessun cameriere presente in sala. I piatti, nonostante seguano la tradizione Piemontese, quindi ricette ben conosciute in zona, erano tutti senz' anima, non portavano alcun piacere nel momento in cui venivano consumati, una cucina facile da dimenticare.

10/05/2025: Great modern restaurant in an abandoned church. Interesting menu, everything very tasty and beautifully presented. Even better wine list, the boss of the house is a wine connoisseur and you can also try great wines by the glass. Very nice experience!!

04/05/2025: Das Lokal befindet sich in einer aufgelassenen Kirche, was optisch eine attraktive Kombination aus Modernität und Tradition bewirkt. Das Konzept bietet zwei Antipasti-Variationen mit jeweils 6 verschiedenen kleinen Vorspeisen an. Wir hatten die Version "tradizione" mit u.a. zwei hervorragenden butterzarten Spanferkel-Tonnato-Röllchen und ein Eis aus Monteboro-Käse, war alles sehr lecker und schön präsentiert. Dann gibt es 4 verschiedene Primi für jeweils EUR 20, dabei toll das Spargel-Risotto, gut die Tagliolini mit Artischocken, Tee, Sardellen, Zitronen und Minze. Dann gibt es 4 Secondi für je EUR 30, hier toll die pikanten Stückchen von der Taube mit Orangen und roten Rüben, gut der Seehecht mit Zwiebeln. Von den 4 Nachtischen für je EUR 20 haben wir dann nichts mehr geschafft. Toll die Weinauswahl (Weinkarte mit 17 Seiten), bei der uns der Chef eine glasweise Verkostung von hervorragenden lokalen Timorasso-Weinen zu einem fairen Preis ermöglichte und nett und kompetent erklörte. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse ist das !

01/06/2025: A truly pleasant place, with a rich, colorful and carefully prepared aperitif, even in taste. The service is quick once you have ordered, but I strongly recommend arriving on time: the tables are served based on the time of reservation and you risk waiting a long time. The waiters are kind and make a great effort to cope with the intense pace. Being right in the middle of Piazza Vittorio, I would say that the quality-price ratio is more than fair.

28/05/2025: a truly excellent experience! i was pleasantly surprised by this place in every way. the staff was extremely kind, helpful and always smiling, ready to meet every request with courtesy one of the aspects that i appreciated the most was the speed of the service: the orders arrived in a really short time, without any unnerving wait, and everything was well presented the dishes were a real surprise: tasty, well cooked and with quality ingredients, all at a more than fair price, accessible to everyone. it is rare to find a place where you eat well, are treated with care and spend the right amount i highly recommend this place to those looking for a pleasant and smooth experience. i will definitely be back
