02/06/2026: Excellent pizza with niche ingredients. The dough stays soft and not heavy on the palate. Easy to access, the minimalist, industrial atmosphere provides excellent, courteous, and friendly service. Affordable prices, and you can dine outside. Takeout is also available. I'll be back because I saw a delicious fried fish dish worth trying. Parking is available.

We always love coming back
Traditional Piedmontese food with unique twists; every time we try a different dish, the last one being Gorgonzola panna cotta with caramelized pears and crumbled breadsticks
My cousins from Rome loved it.

31/12/2025: The atmosphere is very beautiful, intimate, and well-kept. I've been there a couple of times, both for breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast: a wide selection of products, truly delicious and all vegan. The breakfast room is truly beautiful with a large table for sharing.
Dinner: truly delicious, dishes with attention to detail in both flavor and appearance, a truly special place. (You can let us know about any allergies when booking.)
The staff is very attentive, kind, and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

The only flaw, in my opinion, is the very small portions.

We had: veal with tuna sauce, corn gnocchi with buckwheat, tagliatelle with venison ragù, and stewed rabbit with chestnuts.

02/05/2026: Thanks to this fantastic restaurant and their staff, we had an unforgettable lunch. We ate on the terrace, and the sunny day made for a wonderful day.
The welcome and service were impeccable. The culinary journey was excellent!
We also tried their desserts, which were out of this world! Sorbet, hazelnut cake, and tiramisu. We ended our meal on a high note! Great treats for our four-legged friend, too!

19/05/2026: We loved everything about it, I'd say: the food was traditional, something you're hard-pressed to find these days in what are known as Piedmontese restaurants. The service was top-notch, considering it was a day of First Communions. They were helpful and extremely efficient. My compliments, truly. I'll definitely be back for lunch or dinner.
18/05/2026: The mixed fried fish was good but not exceptional. The first courses were good, but the portions were very, very small, so much so that they could be called tastings, with an obviously different price. The service was a bit rushed. Everything was below expectations.

15/05/2026: From the outside, it's hard to imagine the attentive and refined atmosphere inside. Friendly and helpful service. Excellent value. Very light dough, gourmet pizzas, and a wide selection of beers.
11/05/2026: Without a doubt, the best gourmet pizza in the city.
I come often and can only confirm the other reviews: light and digestible dough, unique pizzas, elegant setting, and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
The desserts are also noteworthy.
Highly recommended.
