21/02/2025: I was extremely satisfied. Environment: refined but at the same time informal, with nice wall units and furnishings that create a relaxing atmosphere. Staff: never intrusive, very friendly and approachable, they make everything easy. Some confusion in the orders, but it was very busy Bathroom: clean and tidy, note of merit for the sanitary towels provided free of charge Menu: the quality of the dishes is excellent. Really generous portions and lots of variety. We took Hamburger Paolo and Hamburger Gambero, both really good. The fries were good, perhaps too salty for our tastes. Value for money: excellent, considering the overall quality of the experience. We spent 41 euros on two sandwiches, water and coke + cover charge

09/03/2025: Finalmente siamo riusciti a pranzare in questo ristorante. Viste le recensioni, avevamo alte aspettative, che non sono state deluse…anzi superate. Abbiamo provato il percorso di 9 portate. Siamo stati informati che avrebbe richiesto 3 ore circa. Quindi ci siamo lasciati coccolare. Abbiamo fatto bene perché è stato un trionfo di sapori e sapienti accostamenti. Torneremo senza dubbio. Grazie a tutti per il lavoro, dallo chef allo staff tutti super attenti. Grazie

I have been a customer since it opened, 12 years ago in 2013, and I must say that in renewing itself and offering new solutions, Soul Kitchen continues to be simply number one.

10/03/2025: Siamo tornati in questo singolare ristorante ricavato all'interno di una chiesa sconsacrata e le ottime sensazioni avute la volta scorsa si sono confermate. Accoglienza cordiale, salone ampio (come si può immaginare, essendo la struttura costruita per essere una chiesa) ma ben riscaldato; tavoli per un massimo di una trentina di posti, ben distanziati (privacy conservata); due menù degustazione da scegliere, ampia scelta nella carta dei vini. Il pre-antipasto offerto dalla casa è sempre ben gradito; dalla cucina a vista si può osservare l'ottimo impiattamento del cibo, che si conferma di qualità ottima. Tempi d'attesa giusti e rapporto qualità/prezzo sicuramente adeguato al locale. Consigliatissimo se si passa dalle parti di Tortona

25/02/2025: Excellent experience. The food is of excellent quality, excellent presentation; a traditional menu but with research into innovation. You can perceive the care taken in the preparation. The presentation of the dishes is also excellent. The service is impeccable, the dining room staff is present and very attentive to detail. The place is very welcoming. Absolutely to return.

24/02/2025: Perfect service and location, the food for the price offered I would have expected something better. The Crispino is not bad at the norm The puree was not a real puree but something freeze-dried (if they had added nutmeg it would have at least covered a little). The duck leg was good but really skimpy, with two slices of potatoes. The dessert is barely saved

28/02/2025: The pizza dough is out of the ordinary. Very light and very good. The pizza toppings are of all types, from classic and balanced pizzas to special ones (for example 1/4). I recommend taking the mixed fry, the bruschetta takes second place, but it was a pleasant surprise. Also very good pasta omelette. Homemade cheesecake equally good and recommended. Super recommended.

11/03/2025: Delicious dishes of typical Piedmontese cuisine with homemade mayonnaise and tuna sauce. Variety of dishes, and mixed appetizers served at the table. I tried the polenta and really liked it. The wine is also good. Next to the restaurant there is also a bar. Reservation recommended

01/03/2025: Consigliato da amici abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante che domina Frabosa Soprana: personale gentilissimo e servizio impeccabile. Ordinato Taglierini al sugo di Funghi, Cannelloni al sugo di carne ed un favoloso Coniglio alla cacciatora con contorni di patate e bietole saltate allo burro 😋. Carta dei vini essenziale e di qualità per i prezzi proposti. Tutto squisito, prezzi contenuti e porzioni generose. Torneremo sicuramente.

21/11/2024: The best sandwiches in the area, from classic to vegetarian. They are all made with fresh local products and with excellent combinations. The owner Luca is nice and kind to me, he treats me very well and is available in case of requests.

19/10/2024: Congratulations to the Manager! Guy... nice, kind and polite! Location..very nice, colorful and particular! Even relaxing...eating an excellent sandwich with live music in the center of Stresa...listening to it from the particular balcony of this place! I'll tell you more.. you can eat a sandwich of any size you want.. And above all you are a stone's throw from the lake...and the pier...special!! Bravo!! Here are photos of the sandwiches.. they are not needed.. they are good.
