The Piedmontese appetizer is good, carbonara that is also excellent without eggs, plin with a slightly too delicate filling, very soft and good seitan, very good cake. I have to go back to try the other dishes. Highly recommended even for carnivores with an open mind

06/04/2025: Fairytale place immersed in the countryside. The grace of the owner makes the stop enchanting. The food is plentiful and genuine. In good weather it is possible to eat outdoors under a spectacular wisteria pergola. We will return soon.

31/05/2025: Auf der Suche nach einem traditionellen Restaurant , fernab vom See und Trubel, sind wir aufgrund der Bewertungen hier her . Und nicht enttäuscht worden. Sehr freundlicher Service und sehr gute italienische Gerichte. Es empfiehlt sich manche Gerichte zu teilen um mehreres probieren zu können. Wir waren rechtzeitig im Ort und haben erst den phantastischen Blick auf den See genossen. Auch wir empfehlen nicht mit großem Auto in die engen Gassen zu fahren. Parkt am Besten am Piazzq Sant‘ Agata. Restaurant ist nur 200 m zu Fuß .

03/06/2025: The restaurant has a few tables inside (very close to each other, moreover) but many more outside, in summer it is more pleasant to be outside. You can take individual dishes or the menu: menu with a large salad plate, savory pie and drink €12, menu with a small salad plate with savory pie and drink €9 or menu with pizza. You can make up the salad with everything that is on the counter until you fill the bowl (small or large). It is self-service so they do not serve at the table and you also have to clear the table yourself. If you want, they will heat up the savory pie in the microwave, the rest are dishes that are mainly eaten cold.

10/05/2025: I came back and the quality is the same... shame about the portions... the kebab plate was not halved but almost... And the waitresses made us anxious about collecting the plates etc... we didn't have time to put the last bite in our mouths before they had already taken the plate away from us 😄 However, the staff is always very friendly

20/04/2025: I ate so well that I almost wanted to cry. TOO TOO TOO GOOD. Incredible. Few dishes but delicious as it should be. Come eat here and you'll see what I mean. Mom, mom... A pleasure from start to finish. Highly recommended.

16/04/2025: Locale perfetto per una serata in famiglia. il numero dei tavoli è contenuto e tra loro ben distanziati che permette una certa intimità. Abbiamo tutti optato per il menù degustazione con alcune varianti legate all'intolleranza di un famigliare , anche se non era obbligatorio e ognuno poteva decidere autonomamente. Il menù era strutturato in 3 antipasti (Cannolo con tomino e marmellata di fichi, Battuta con nocciole (Spettacolare!!!) e il Carbuncin (arancino di riso con sfumature affumicate) un primo (spaghetto della casa) e un fenomenale secondo (Quaglia lardellata con agretti). A finire il dessert. Carta dei vini assolutamente eccellente

10/05/2025: Great experience at this high-end restaurant. We were a group of 8 people and they treated us very efficiently from the beginning. We chose the highest menu. The “parade” of dishes was very striking and fast, but leaving room to rest. We were surprised by several of the dishes and the number of desserts at the end.

The environment, designed by Dante Ferretti, is evocative and welcoming. The service is professional and relaxed. The tasting menus are a journey of flavours, with a spectacular dessert finale. Sharing is a must for those seek a unique and memorable dining experience. Low prices compared to the quality offered. Absolutely must try! 5 stars well deserved.

10/05/2025: Food was good, i had medium size orto ravioli with gavi sauce and my husband had XL classic ravioli with ragu sauce. Both were great although we preferred the orto Service was indifferent, nothing special. They did their work but were not very happy to do so.

07/05/2025: Il paesino e' molto bello e la cornice e' senz'altro curatissima. Pero', in un ristorante che punta molto sull'eleganza e la formalita', e' strambo che il personale di sala dia del "tu" ai clienti, chiamandoli "ragazzi". Alcuni ospiti si accomodano nelle terrazze, i cui tavoli pero' a noi non vengono proposti. I camerieri devono dilungarsi per spiegare che quello che compare a menu non e' tutto disponibile: variazioni qui e la'. Peraltro, alcuni piatti, essendo nel Monferrato, ci risultano discutibili: perche' i tagliolini con cozze e pesci? Non siamo in Piemonte? Perche' tutte queste salse? L'impressione, anche guardando al portafoglio, e' che il posto guardi molto ai gusti medi e alle tasche di francesi, svizzeri, tedeschi. Peccato.

The staff is very kind and helpful, even the owner is always friendly and smiling. A welcoming place where we always feel welcome. Highly recommended!
