18/08/2024: Risotto buonissimo che richiede 20 minuti di preparazione (é specificato anche sul menu), salsiccia davvero gustosa, con verdure ben cotte! Prezzo onestissimo. A pranzo si può scegliere se fare menù completo con primo e secondo o con solo una portata. Il personale é stato sempre cortese, anche quando ha iniziato ad esserci la confusione tipica del finesettimana di ferragosto! Ci tornerei senza dubbio... Lo consiglio!

12/08/2024: 3 stars...not 5. Kindness and commitment of the staff up to par. Good food, not generous portions. With an encore it was almost satisfactory. Ravioli a little watered down. They focus everything on the appetizers. Adding truffle to ravioli, 3 euros, absolutely tasteless. But above all the times. There are those who like to spend 3 hours at the table for lunch. Times too long. The location was nice, clean and everything was perfect. We won't be back. Really long times.

14/08/2024: We had a work lunch break at the Bistro, our first time coming. I was curious to try this too after having been to the Orto in via Monferrato three times for dinner. Here too the dishes are excellent, well prepared, delicious (I tried lasagna with side salads and aubergines), I didn't know what to choose because they all inspired me. As usual, the staff were welcoming, friendly and quick. Lunch with main course, 2 side dishes, water and coffee for only €12 I will definitely be back to try the other dishes too!

14/08/2024: It's just a place with good vibes. Above all, the owner is very attentive and hospitable. The food is vegan in the typical bistro style. The pastries are of patisserie quality. We had a very fluffy, well-seasoned farinata made from chickpea flour, a hot dog with Beyond Meat sausage and a cannoli glazed with chocolate and filled with pistachio cream.

23/07/2024: un bar che si trasforma in un ristorante appena si entra. Con piatti interessanti e un'ottima carta dei vini. Buono il servizio e carino complessivamente il locale. l'antipasto che abbiamo scelto a nostro parere non era fritto bene, la panatura era piuttosto dura e poco croccante e questo ha un po' sacrificato l'alice che cmq aveva un buon sapore ed era accompagnata da una maionese lime e zenzero. i tortelli alla Farnese perfetti il merluzzo senz'altro buono ma con una panatura forse troppo spessa ma qui entriamo nel campo del gusto personale. buonissimo il dolce classico torta alla nocciola e zabaione. abbiamo scelto uno champagne rosé in carta ad un prezzo molto interessante. Nel complesso una bella esperienza

07/07/2024: È tutto pazzesco. Cura dei sapori e materie prime eccezionali. Un mix che garantisce un'esperienza sorprendente. Per non parlare della carta dei vini che è la migliore nel raggio di 30 km! La dedizione delle persone (che va oltre il servizio) è davvero speciale. Sinceramente non capisco come Michelin non abbia ancora messo gli occhi su questo gioiello!!!

18/07/2024: After a nice walk we reached the refuge. Cozy, clean place and we enjoyed an excellent and genuine lunch. Abundant and served with a dish that would be the envy of the best starred restaurants. Very kind owners. An experience to be repeated and recommended to lovers of nature and good food.

07/06/2024: Here we enjoyed an excellent lunch after a hike from Torre Pellice. Super nice, friendly service, great view and a multi-course “Pranzo” that we will never forget! We would like to come again.
