23/08/2025: Vegetarian restaurant, but at my request they prepared vegan food. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, the wine pairing was spot on, the service was friendly and not at all intrusive, everything was perfect.

19/10/2025: A small, family-run agriturismo located above Chiuro, very welcoming, serving traditional local cuisine, yet equally refined. Accessible via a paved road, narrow in some places, where two cars struggle to fit, but once you arrive, it's definitely worth it. The interior is small (reservations recommended) and quaint, while the outdoor area has plenty of tables and benches spread across two levels, offering a beautiful view, especially from the back. Prices are in line with the numerous dishes, each one better than the last. For those who want, it's also located at the crossroads of several hiking trails, making it an ideal place to relax. It was our first time here, but it certainly won't be our last. Highly recommended!

Persief is a restaurant that captivates from the first moment with its cozy and intimate atmosphere, just six tables for service that is meticulously curated and never distracting. The dishes are a surprising journey: radiant and bold flavors, showcasing the finest ingredients with original yet balanced pairings. The menu offers three different tasting menus, each with its own distinct identity. We chose to pair them with a truly excellent wine tasting, perfectly balanced with each course. The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable: unpretentious, yet extremely professional. You feel welcomed naturally, like at home, yet pampered with a level of care that only great restaurants can offer. A memorable gastronomic experience, highly recommended to anyone seeking something unique in Livigno.

30/09/2025: I went for lunch with two friends on Sunday, September 21st. We ate wonderfully. The appetizer was superb, the blueberry risotto was FABULOUS. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was professional and attentive. We'll be back soon.

14/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant last weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful; they managed to find us a seat even though we hadn't booked. Once they take your order, they offer you a delicious house entree. The dishes are well-prepared, delicious, and at a great price. To finish, they offered us a house liqueur. If I'm ever near Livigno again, I'll definitely be happy to return (with a reservation this time! 😜)

The food was spectacular, from appetizers to desserts. Great attention was paid to the ingredients, with traditional pairings but with a hint of modernity. Special mention goes to the recycling of waste materials in the table setting, from the bottle necks used as cutlery rests to the plates served inside old bottles. The host was helpful and friendly, and he pampered us throughout the dinner. If you're passing through Bormio or the surrounding area, it's definitely worth a try!

The attention to detail, the welcoming atmosphere, and the friendly owners make every visit a special experience. I've been several times and have always been thrilled with the authentic and delicious Italian dishes. Special praise goes to Chef Giuseppina for her homemade pasta—simply divine and a must-try!

04/11/2025: We were invited by our son and daughter-in-law. We ordered à la carte dishes, and both the blueberry fettuccine and pizzoccheri were well-presented, good quality, and plentiful. We also enjoyed both the tagliata and the roast beef on the business menu. The sciatt was also excellent. The use of their genuine homemade cheeses, produced by their countless cows grazing on the mountain pastures, certainly made the difference. We had a great time, perhaps also thanks to the kindness of the mother owner and her son David. The restaurant is beautifully renovated, spacious, with exposed woodwork and bright lighting; this time I was able to appreciate it in a different light.
