She, the cook, is a true master in the preparation of vegetarian and vegan dishes, capable of surprising with the creativity and balance of flavours. Each dish is a small masterpiece: refined, meticulous in presentation, with a wonderful assortment of colors and garnishes based on edible flowers that add beauty and delicacy. The environment is furnished in a minimal, essential but welcoming style, perfectly in line with the philosophy of the place. A perfect place for those looking for something authentic, healthy and surprising. Highly recommended!

06/04/2025: Un’esperienza davvero unica in un locale particolarissimo, gestito con passione e cura da una splendida coppia italo-giapponese. Lei, la cuoca, è una vera maestra nella preparazione di piatti vegetariani e vegani, capaci di stupire per la creatività e l’equilibrio dei sapori. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro: ricercato, curatissimo nella presentazione, con un meraviglioso assortimento di colori e guarnizioni a base di fiori eduli che aggiungono bellezza e delicatezza. L’ambiente è arredato in stile minimal, essenziale ma accogliente, perfettamente in linea con la filosofia del locale. Un posto perfetto per chi cerca qualcosa di autentico, sano e sorprendente. Consigliatissimo!

27/07/2025: A warm welcome in a mountain cabin. Dishes are presented with meticulous attention to detail, and above all, with sophisticated, sometimes very unusual, combinations. High-quality ingredients, from the excellent homemade cured meats to the first courses with the aroma of mushrooms and mountain herbs, excellent wine, excellent meat, and finally, a Taneda...Marino and Silvano are very kind...

16/08/2025: I highly recommend it. Perfect mushroom pasta and grilled filet. Cooking and quality were spot on. Akim and his dazzling smile guided us very well, with his excellent French and his good advice. It was very reasonable for the pain.

04/09/2025: In my opinion, it's definitely overrated and purely touristy. The cakes are decent (too sweet for me), and there are other bakeries around Bormio with much better cakes, but above all, they're incredibly disorganized. Wasting tons of time in line, with no number or a long queue, not knowing who to go to for service, maybe there are fewer people in front of you compared to other lines, but they take a lot of cakes, or, worse still, when it's your turn, the clerk disappears without saying anything ('I'll be right back,' 'Just a minute,' or something), and after a while, having to try to get service from the clerk next door. Definitely not.

30/07/2025: Oh my, what a place! The location is stunning. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. They explain everything on your plate. They have a truly kind approach to children, even newborns like my second daughter! I recommend stopping by!

27/04/2025: I went to the Al Mond Véi restaurant and the experience was truly extraordinary. I tasted some exceptional pizzoccheri, prepared with quality ingredients and great care. The staff was very kind and very attentive, making me feel welcomed and pampered. The place is beautiful, authentic and full of typical atmosphere, perfect for enjoying fabulous traditional dishes. I highly recommend stopping here: it's really worth it! LUGANA Top fruit!

15/08/2025: August 15, 2025. I'm posting photos to help you understand. Words are wasted here. Excellent. Fantastic. Valentina knows how to make people feel at ease. It's a shame we can't have you in Bologna. But... it's a way to come back.

14/08/2025: The dishes are plentiful and very good, the location is unique and in keeping with the landscape, and the owners (waitress and chef) are excellent, friendly, and welcoming. Some ladies at a bar in town recommended it to us, and we weren't expecting them to be right, so we thank them for the wonderful experience.

01/09/2025: Castle with well-preserved ruins and a splendid view of the Valtellina valley and the surrounding vineyards. A recommended stop for a lovely afternoon in a FAI heritage site. The restaurant (closed when we visited) features a wonderful vine-covered pergola.

16/07/2025: Abbiamo mangiato gli antipasti buoni I salumi fatti artigianalmente e gli sciatt buono sia il formaggio che la pastella delicati e non unti I primi ravioli di zucca ottimi fatti come a Mantova li sono di casa e gli gnocchi di Polenta con zola e Noci non mi hanno entusiasmato come mi aspettavo, non li riprenderei. I secondi tagliata alla griglia buona e tenera, scotradito di agnello nella norma, Polenta taragna ne ho mangiato di migliori, mancava di sapore. D'esser gelato fatto da loro non entusiasmante come del resto anche il sorbetto al braccio,Panna cotta buona. Qualità prezzo nella media,porzioni normali teanne ,per i primi piatti leggermente più abbondanti del resto. Ci tornerei per assaggiare i pizzoccheri ed il cervo. Ambiente bello e informale, personale disponibile ma con qualche leggera distrazione nel servizio.

14/07/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance, and it was a wonderful experience. Excellent traditional Valtellina pizzoccheri. A lovely little place to return to for more.

30/06/2025: Everything was perfect. Lunch for two on the beautiful panoramic terrace. Farmhouse with genuine and tasty local and regional products. Delicate and tasty blueberry risotto. The owner, her husband and the waitress are very kind people. An experience to definitely try again

I'd definitely return for a special occasion, and not just that—it deserves a star. The space doesn't have many tables, which makes the atmosphere more special, and the service is more customer-focused. Compliments to all the staff, impeccable!

17/07/2025: Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati qui in occasione del nostro anniversario (per cui ci è stato portato un bellissimo pensiero). Inutile dire che siamo stati coccolati dalla A alla Z in tutto. Il servizio è eccellente e i piatti dello chef oltre ad essere un’esplosione di sapori raccontano anche una storia. Grazie
