Incredible place, very well kept by the FAI. Quiet and with benches and tables for picnic lunches while admiring the whole valley.

Castle of very ancient origins located in a strategic point above the city of Sondrio. Today there are only a few perimeter walls of the two main buildings. The "ideal" 30-minute visit benefits from explanatory panels on the history of the castle and gives the opportunity to enjoy an exceptional view. I recommend the visit to anyone passing through Sondrio and it is free, however as it is a FAI site a donation of €2 is requested discreetly through a post office box at the entrance.

Cena con coppia di amici, ambiente molto accogliente, in una struttura particolare , legata alla storia dei vitigni che la circondano,personale cortese e professionale, cibo ottimo e porzioni abbondanti, per prezzi medio-alti, ma la qualità si paga, e la posizione stratosferica merita sicuramente una visita.Adatto sia a coppie che compagnie, che vengono accolte nella saletta inferiore. Ci tornerò.

22/02/2024: What can I say… FANTASTIC! Gaetano Barbara and Silvia are fantastic! My mother and I decided to stop in this typical hut right on the ski slopes and we were pleasantly surprised! Their specialty is the delicious blueberry risotto! The cordiality and friendly atmosphere meant that our experience will certainly be repeated, now a fixed stop in Valtellina! We also tasted the house bitters and the Valtellinese wine!!! Next trip we will definitely sleep in a cabin for a night! Well done, see you soon guys
10/02/2024: Siamo arrivati tardi , quasi al limite eppure Gaetano e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto e ci hanno preparato da mangiare. Cibo ottimo ma soprattutto una atmosfera fiabesca a due passi dagli impianti. Lo consiglio assolutamente! Grazie di tutto
