14/06/2025: Very nice piadina with fresh and good quality ingredients. The service is rather fast and polite. Recommended for a quick snack or lunch near the train station.

09/06/2025: Piadina well filled, excellent quality ingredients. Very good!! Fast service despite it being rush hour. A stone's throw from the central station.

04/06/2025: The pizza by the slice is really great but the service really needs to be reviewed. In the space of a month I've been a couple of times to get take-out pizza, going directly to the shop and placing the order at the cashier on the spot: the first time I discovered, only once home, that my pizza was a capricciosa instead of a calabrese (by then it was too late to go back and I accepted it even though I threw away half the ingredients). The second time the pizzas were ready but the French fries included in the order hadn't been prepared and so I had to wait 15 minutes, with the consequence that the pizzas got cold. Too bad because a little more attention would be enough to make the customer fully satisfied and happy.

03/05/2025: Trattoria, a real trattoria. Excellent quality - price ratio. Varied menu. Fast, non-intrusive service. They don't push you out because there are people waiting. Sober and clean environment. Parking available. Obviously it is a trattoria, in a place of passage, not a starred restaurant where the meal becomes an event. He fully and honestly respects what he says. It is true that they show a certain distrust towards unknown people.

14/01/2025: Sunday 6 October 2024. We ask for 2 proseccos and they bring us 2 cheap sparkling wines, which from the first taste leave an acidic aftertaste in the mouth, more fizzy than coca cola. Soggy chips and morsels of pizza left over by someone, reheated and overheated. Obviously we left both chips and pizza. We stumbled upon it by chance (it was the only bar open) and we will never go back. A poor couple arrived next to us who ordered 2 salads and instead of bread they brought them 2 slices of toasted bread. However we paid 10 euros for 2 glasses of undefined but carbonated stuff. In any other place, I have never paid more than 4 euros for a prosecco of more than good quality, complete with a cutting board! Totally inexperienced waitress who didn't even say hello and got the bill wrong. For completeness, January 2025, the bar is closed due to a change of management. I probably wasn't wrong in rating the food and service as poor.

17/02/2025: Analogamente ai nostri amici, a noi piace molto sperimentare e in questo caso abbiamo scelto questo caratteristico ristorante eritreo (peraltro non l'unico in via Melzo, ne abbiamo visto un altro poco prima, sullo stesso lato della medesima strada). L'ambiente appare alquanto nuovo, probabile frutto di una radicale ristrutturazione recente, e di distingue in ogni piacevole dettaglio per lo stile di ambientazione, arredi e suppellettili. Vi sono alcuni tavoli normali ma a noi ne hanno assegnato uno di quelli tondi, bassi e piccoli, abbinati a sedie di foggia tipica e con gambe più corte dello standard mondiale: la combinazione, per quanto originale, a me è risultata parecchio scomoda. Per fortuna c'erano due tavolini di servizio più piccoli dove abbiamo potuto appoggiare bevande e altro. Ancor meno agevole è stato dover "reimparare" a mangiare con le mani, facendo attenzione a non sporcare troppo né il pavimento né i pantaloni. Il cibo, seppur limitato nella sua varietà, lo abbiamo apprezzato molto: oltre agli sfiziosi antipasti, disponibili nelle versioni carne e vegetariana, abbiamo attinto tutti da un solo grande vassoio, con al centro la carne e intorno verdure ed altre specialità difficili da identificare a causa dell'abbondanza di spezie che rende piuttosto uniformi i sapori. Per rendere meno problematico afferrare i bocconi ci si aiuta con una sorta di sfoglia molliccia che sostituisce il pane, la stessa sulla quale è adagiato il piatto unico comune. A fine pasto, dopo aver imbrattato perbene il tovagliolo, ho sentito il bisogno di andare in bagno a lavarmi le mani per completare l'opera. La cena è stata abbondante e non siamo riusciti a finire la seconda portata (di pollo) che peraltro non avevamo ordinato e il conto finale è stato adeguato rispetto al cibo e alle bevande consumate.

02/02/2025: MANGIATO BENE ,ottimo zighini con ingera, bevuto birra, dolce alvah. Serata discreta. Prezzo troppo alto per quello che abbiamo mangiato.

05/04/2025: Che dire? ! Il locale è decoroso , arredato in modo funzionale e in stile minimalista. Sovrasta, inevitabilmente, la vocazione turistica, che io detesto e che non sempre puoi evitare ( nel mio caso piovigginava e non avevo né voglia né tempo per ricercare un locale di più avvertita impronta e di livello adeguato. Ho gustato una scialba lasagna, stile autogrill, e un caffè slavato. Prezzo , in rapporto alla qualità, tendenzialmente alto, spiegabile unicamente per la posizione del locale, a due passi dal duomo e con affaccio nella superba galleria.

04/03/2025: Sono tornata in questo locale per provare il menù degustazione. Oltre a un assaggino di benvenuto e due diversi tipi di pizza doppio crunch era compreso il « panino » all’amatriciana e il « panino » con Crema e cioccolato. Pasto sfizioso e molto saziante nonostante la leggerezza. Solita cortesia del personale in un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante. Solo una piccola scomodità: il bagno, a cui si accede gratuitamente con il biglietto della pizzeria, si trova qualche piano sopra.

19/05/2025: Sushi di bassa qualità , il giorno dopo vai al bagno come un treno , non mi è piaciuto neanche un po’ e mal di pancia a gogo, molto scarso anche i fritti erano freddi e fatti male

15/05/2025: I was in this restaurant on Tuesday, May 13, not knowing where to go because I don't know much about sushi and I wanted to surprise my girlfriend, I read someone's reviews and for that someone the place wasn't the best, saying rude waiters etc... ALL FALSE! Very kind waiters, IMMEDIATE service, very good bill (all you can eat), and above all very light fried food. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN💪🏽

03/06/2025: Place too overrated. The desserts make your mouth water at first sight, but disappoint at the first taste: beautiful to look at, but not very convincing to eat. The quality does not live up to the expectations created by the aesthetic aspect. The service is practically non-existent and the staff seems confused and unorganized. An experience that promises a lot but delivers very little.

01/06/2025: A hybrid mix between a focacceria and a bar, without service, that is, you order, pay and collect both drinks and food with a tray that will weigh only the tray 2 kg! of questionable quality at an expensive price, normal location. Totally unmotivated staff and yet they are all young... too bad they could do more with a little kindness!

08/06/2025: We enter the place and look around for someone who can welcome us, a girl comes and asks us "do you need anything?" In an impolite tone... If we are there we obviously want to sit down. She asks if the table outside is okay. Initially we say yes, but we realize that the sun is particularly strong. We get up to look around and see if there are any tables in the shade and in the meantime the girl comes back and says "well but you have to ask me, I have reserved some tables". In fact, we were just looking around, we certainly didn't sit down without asking but ok, they find us a table inside the place. They come to take our orders and a friend asks what the house dessert is, she is told that it is carrot cake served with cream. She orders it. She gets a tiny slice of a carrot plum cake (also undercooked) and also without cream. We told ourselves that paying 6 euros for something like that was a disgrace. My friend unfortunately dares to ask for a straw for the matcha latte... It never arrived. Among the other desserts on the menu was chocolate cake... A waitress passes by us with a tray with a nice slice of chocolate cake on it... It was double, if not triple what my friend received. When we go to pay we discover that her carrot cake had been listed with the wording "banana bread". Maybe they realized the mistake? Who knows. I would say that this place completely lacks customer care and even a bit of education.

18/05/2025: Very friendly staff, Ivan the head waiter accepts suggestions for improvement by questioning himself, the food is homemade and of a good standard, the courses are quick...you leave satisfied at the end of the evening....😊 For us it's a thumbs up👍🏻 great place to spend an evening with family or friends.

15/05/2025: Discovered by chance, it turned out to be the best pizzeria in the area. The place is spacious, welcoming, with always kind and friendly staff. Every now and then they organize themed musical evenings, during which it is also possible to dance. When I want a good pizza, it is always my first choice, even for take-away. The cuisine does not disappoint either: generous portions and an excellent selection of hamburgers. They have recently also done business lunches and the portions are generous. Not to be underestimated, it is easy to find a parking space nearby.
