Essentially all outdoors, it's a truly excellent location in good weather, a large synthetic grass space with (uncomfortable) garden tables and chairs, an informal, friendly atmosphere. The food is quite good although the menu is rather limited, and with full Milanese prices. At lunch it is the territory of CityLife office staff during the week and of families with children (lots of children...) at the weekend. In the evening it is the prerogative of young people for an aperitif. When it's full, long queues to pay and not short waits to be served. Better at less crowded times. Of note, the toilets are inadequate for the typical influx of customers.

Nice location with umbrellas and a wooden house decorated with fairy lights. I find it a bit absurd that they don't even give simple chips when you pay €10 for an aperitif and €7.00 for a glass of wine. We tried the Regina Margherita focaccia, which was good but I would have preferred it to be served at least warm. You can collect the focaccia when the device they deliver to you at the cash register when you order/pay rings. The service is self service, the boys only come by to clear the table and clean the tables.

Those who have known GUD since its inception will surely have noticed a decline in the quality of food. They no longer serve Coca Cola but only Pepsi and above all the focaccias are no longer comparable to those they did until a few months ago (in size but also taste).

Perfect place if you want to chat with friends. The atmosphere is very fun and all ways decorated. The food and drinks are pricy so be prepared. The food and drinks are good though.

12/04/2024: Toooooopppppp!!!!! I came to this fantastic venue and found the staff to be friendly, professional, kind and helpful. I really have no words to express my gratitude to the employees, to the people found on site, congratulations to everyone and especially to the exquisite Maria Grazia!!! You couldn't have put better staff for the Milan Cathedral! Thanks!
31/03/2024: With my mother, after a long time, we decided to spend Easter in the centre. Driven by the miserable weather we went to Rinascente and had lunch at De Santis. The choice fell on a dish: roast beef, rocket, cherry tomatoes, capers and humus flavored with curry. The dish is delicious and light. An extremely positive note for the table service staff, who were very courteous. In reading the other reviews, I allow myself to write that I smiled as I consider it obvious that the place cannot be particularly quiet for obvious reasons, just as it cannot be at an excellent price. But all in all I think it is in line, in Milan, with other restaurateurs and not just in the center. Thanks, see you soon
