12/10/2025: Pizzeria with very good pizzas in the area, but I have to say that the pizza chef is very distracted: I had ordered fries and gorgonzola, but I ended up with salami, and I don't eat meat.

15/01/2026: This was my first time here. I ordered the mango pomelo sago dessert, and it was beautiful and looked great in photos. The staff were very friendly. It was a wonderful experience.

27/01/2026: Excellent pizza, actually more than excellent, I highly recommend it, the place is nice and large and spacious, so I think it's suitable for groups of any size, the staff is kind and helpful, the service is fast and impeccable.

23/01/2026: The place is very nice, the waiters are very attentive to everything, the only thing that is lacking is the music volume which is too high, I can't speak to the person in front of me and I have difficulty communicating with the waiter, otherwise everything is excellent.

04/12/2025: The place itself is good, the food is good (especially for one of those diners that offer lunch breaks for workers). The waiters are friendly, but one of the two owners is extremely rude, both to customers, who seem perpetually annoyed, and to the employees, whom he treats like servants. Sometimes even some waiters mistreat each other. I sense a toxic work environment among them, but otherwise it's okay, efficient service, and good food. Convenient if you're in the area for breakfast, lunch, and aperitifs.

03/12/2025: A must-try place. Classic American-style food, QUALITY. The burgers and hot dogs are delicious, and there's a good selection of beers to drink, my favorite. The strong point, however, is also the staff! Starting with Silvia and Alessandra, who run this war machine that is the place, especially at lunch and dinner—GREAT!—and continuing with Vicky, Marinella, Dalila, Angelina, and Beatrice! A special mention goes to the great Sylla, with a smile as big as his heart! What a great place!

27/12/2025: We've been there several times and the food is very good, the staff is friendly, and the children's play area is excellent. Finally, a place where even the littlest ones can play safely without being overwhelmed by the older kids running around. The children's area doesn't have the usual castle with slides and ball pits; it has quieter games and the kids are supervised by a young lady, so it's perfect for those with slightly younger children.

14/12/2025: What can I say about this restaurant? Starting from the location, I can't say anything. It's a great place. As for the waiters, they don't know how to organize themselves. I asked several times for fries so the kids could eat, and two hours passed. Then, regarding the pizzas, they came to reserve the kids' table, and we adults waited another hour. As for the organization, it's terrible. We're at rock bottom.

29/04/2025: Il locale all’interno è davvero piccolo e non dispone di posti a sedere. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. I costi sono nella media. Il menù è vario e a mio avviso è apprezzabile che vengano aggiunti dei gusti “stagionali” che permettono ai clienti abituali (che conoscono già le classiche proposte), di poter assaggiare qualcosa di nuovo. Consigliato.

09/03/2025: I didn't like the caramel matcha. It has lumps, which ruins its texture, and the only reason it's "caramel" is because of the caramel sauce on the cup. Furthermore, the coffee is watered down, making it taste bland and lacking in definition. Unfortunately, the overall experience is poor – neither the texture nor the flavor are great. I don't recommend it.

21/10/2025: I had booked a table for this Thursday, October 9th, and... the restaurant was closed. It showed it was open on Google, and in fact, I was able to reserve a table directly from Maps. There was no notice outside the restaurant. It's a shame because I went there specifically; they should update the opening days and hours to avoid these inconveniences.

30/08/2025: Excellent food, but the outdoor tables should be removed. The area (Milan Central) is dirty and polluted, and not suitable for outdoor dining... Excellent value for money! RECOMMENDED!

08/11/2025: I should try something else, though. The lasagna portion shocked me. We paid more than 20 euros for two measly pieces of lasagna, and we went home and had to eat again because we were so hungry. Damn it...

08/12/2025: Piadineria is a well-established format in the Italian fast-casual scene, with a self-service setup that, at least operationally, functions in an orderly and intuitive manner. The entry experience is linear: well-positioned kiosks, simple flow, and waiting times in line with expectations. From this perspective, the model's efficiency is its strength, offering a frictionless customer journey. However, when it comes to the heart of the offering—the piadina—the value proposition weakens. The piadinas are decent but lack the distinctive character one would expect from a specialized brand. The dough isn't surprising, the fillings are standardized, and the overall impression conveys more routine than craftsmanship. There's nothing truly wrong, but nothing that makes one want to return for the quality of the product itself. Another point worth mentioning concerns the service at the counter. When I passed by, the piadina seller clearly seemed to be having a bad day: little attention, no smile, and a mechanical approach. It happens, of course, but in a concept so based on speed and informality, the human micro-moment makes the difference. It was missing here. In short, La Piadineria maintains good operational performance but fails to distinguish itself through its product or guarantee a consistent customer experience. It's a practical option, not a memorable one.

08/12/2025: The restaurant is located in a gallery, so the location is stunning. It's very elegant and well-decorated, and the staff is friendly and professional (especially the very charming red-haired waiter). We had a delicious risotto alla milanese in a parmesan crust. The cotoletta alla milanese is a must-try, as the meat melted in your mouth. The bill is a bit steep, but the location justifies it. We'll definitely be back.

07/12/2025: The carbonara was decent, but the place clearly lacks the basics: spices and olive oil. We hadn't even had time to dress the salad before the waiter took it away to serve it to another table. In my opinion, this is unusual. The salads themselves weren't bad, but we noticed something strange: we had two Caesar salads, but they were visibly different. One had a lot of cheese, the other almost none. It's really strange to serve such different portions at the same table. Otherwise, everything was more or less acceptable.

26/01/2026: Relaxing atmosphere, great selection of sweet and savory treats. We stopped for breakfast in the morning and a snack in the afternoon before heading back to Turin. The pastries we ate were delicious, but what really delighted us was Mimmo's Signor Cappuccino. I'd call it superb: creamy, balanced, and just the right amount of hot. It's hard to find someone who can offer you a treat in a cup. We'll be happy to return.

25/01/2026: A slice of plain focaccia eaten at the table (about 20x15 cm) cost 7 euros. I strongly advise against it.
