Small place, without tables or chairs, but well organized for takeaway.
We tried two very good single portions, a revisited Sacher with mouse and shortcrust pastry base, and a Bavarian with two layers of chocolate and one of pistachio.
Expensive for their size, almost €10 and they fit in the palm of your hand.
But we must admit that the desserts are very well made.

Frau Knam's shop is welcoming and the staff is attentive and kind. The chocolate is delicious. I'll be back for more.

Well, what can I say? The fame of this pastry shop precedes it. The cakes and chocolates are of a decidedly superior beauty, taste and quality. The only flaw is the price which has increased along with its fame. He became a chocolate jeweler. But if the business goes well for him, I would do it too! Why not? It's a shame that true middle class connoisseurs can no longer afford to frequent it as assiduously as they did a few years ago, often giving way to people who have more money than taste. Sin. But it's business.

Very small pastry shop without tables. Only with two benches outside. Maybe it's better to get takeaway, we took two single portions and ate them outside. The staff were super and explained each single portion to us in detail. The price of single portions is around 8 euros. Once in a while it's worth it!

Situata in via Anfossi a Milano, vale la pena andarci anche solo per ammirare la vetrina! Ottima qualità, dolci talmente belli (e squisiti!) che è quasi un peccato mangiarli! Di vario genere e per tutti i gusti accontenta tutti. Non è certamente economico ma è da provare!

Ho acquistato 2 torte per un invito a cena a casa di amici.
Una crostata di frutta con crema pasticciera ed una mousse al pistacchio.
La prima strepitosa e la consiglio vivamente per chi vuole fare un figurone, frolla e crema eccezionali.
La mousse mi ha molto deluso, la consistenza ed il sapore sono state sotto le aspettative, a detta dei commensali.
Certo è che il prezzo non è proprio economico, ma la qualità si paga ed in questa pasticceria la qualità non è in discussione.
Quindi approvato e ci tornerò sicuramente
