Oh well, you're out of croissants even though it's Saturday and 11:00 a.m., but when you ask for a HOT latte, you want it hot, not lukewarm/cold, and the "savory" shouldn't be cold and soggy. I'm sorry, but you got it all wrong today.

It's with great regret that I have to say that this latest change in management has significantly reduced the quality and quantity of products available. No more pancakes and wuffol, limited options for brioche fillings (except a few), and the savory options are sparse. Not to mention the prices, which are constantly rising. Fortunately, the staff is always very kind and professional.

Excellent service, very good desserts, super maritozzo. They should thoroughly clean the porch where the outdoor tables are...it hasn't been properly cleaned in years.

Finally a bar that welcomes you with a smile when you enter. All the girls at this bar are super nice and helpful. The place is always clean, including the bathroom.
