26/06/2025: Ieri mattina siamo tornati, ancora una volta, qui per una pausa caffè mattutina e, come altre volte, abbiamo fatto acquisti per il pranzo di mezzogiorno. Questa volta degli ottimi wrap contenenti nell'impasto anche dell'alga spirulina e farciti con salmone affumicato, avocado, rucola. Poi anche dell'insalata greca con cetrioli, formaggio feta, peperoni verdi, insalata, pomodorini. Tutto molto buono, come sempre.

09/05/2025: Ancora una volta mi sono fermato per una pausa caffè assieme, a mia moglie e a una nostra amica, e ancora una volta mi sono lasciato tentare dalle ottime proposte offerte da asporto. Come altre volte abbiamo comperato l'eccellente panino (di pane contenente carbone vegetale commestibile che gli conferisce il caratteristico colore nero) farcito con salmone affumicato, avocado, formaggio brie e insalata, che abbiamo poi condiviso a casa. Ottimo, come sempre!

17/08/2025: Ordered takeout pizzas. Bufalina pizza cost €8, it would be fine if it were a Bufalina, they give me a margherita with a little more mozzarella, not even a hint of buffalo mozzarella but sticky, low-quality mozzarella. I also ordered a calzone also for €8, therefore expensive, but if it were nice and full it would be fine, but empty. They waste away to save €1-2 on raw materials and lose hundreds of euros by losing customers. Bha.

26/07/2025: After 7 years, I decided to try this restaurant that looked good (from the outside) despite always being crowded. I called to reserve a table, and when I arrived, the table wasn't there, and I had to stand. If it hadn't been for us saying, "Let's sit inside," we would have been standing for another 10 minutes. We sat down, and I saw the dirty salt shaker. Everything seemed neglected. In fact, I ordered mussels, and they arrived dirty. But the problem is that after I told the waiter, there was no apology, or, as happens in serious establishments, another offer. He took the plate and left. So I got up and went straight to pay. We also wanted to charge for the dish I didn't eat, and there was no courtesy or admission of error. So I got annoyed and said, "Of course they don't have the mussels, and I'll pay for them." I think it was a bad night for them, but I definitely won't set foot in there again. The idea of eating cheap fish is overrated in my opinion, because service and friendliness come first, which I didn't really experience. I gave it 2 stars because my wife's pizza was good, and the mussels tasted good, but they were definitely dirty, with the beards still on them. Terrible experience! And finally, they were also full of flies, which suggests it's not a well-kept and clean place.

15/08/2025: Avoid this place completely. You're only paying for the view. The portions are embarrassingly small and tasteless. Salmon toast is an understatement; it's actually toasted bread on half a plate, with a bit of salmon and avocado shavings on it. The fried egg has a runny white and a hard-boiled yolk. Yuck.

17/08/2025: Yummy, yummy, yummy! Very cute cocotte dishes, beautifully presented and with a variety of flavors, something for everyone. Very pleasing inside and out, reasonably priced. I didn't try the brunch option, but I did try the individual cocotte dishes, and I was very satisfied. The egg and asparagus one was delicious!

20/07/2025: Very expensive, slow, and basic. They say they offer free prosecco, and that's the amount. A disappointment.

17/07/2025: The aperitivo itself was nice: the prices were fair and they even brought food. It's a shame the waiter insistently chased me and my friends with a penis-shaped balloon, making sexual jokes (someone laughed: him).

21/07/2025: The food tasted good, but I did wake in the middle of the night with a stomach upset. Make of that what you will.... The service was some of the most wretched, miserable and least friendly that I've experienced anywhere in Italy. Please don't consider this as typical Asian hospitality... The restaurant was mostly empty when I visited. Deservedly so.

18/08/2025: Great little spot in one of the alleys. Our party of 4 had the best pasta and lasagna they've ever had! I'm not a fan of either so I just sat with them. Highly recommend for those two items!

08/08/2025: We didn't like the two pizzas we bought there at all. The cheese smelled and tasted like expired cheese. I'm sorry to say this, but I eat a lot of pizza, a lot of cheese, and that taste and smell reminded me of a sad culinary mistake I made when I was a student.

02/08/2025: The pizza is delicious. The dining room is a bit small, but it's perfect for families (it feels like home). I recommend it.

13/08/2025: It is unacceptable to be greeted by staff who swear and curse at customers who have just entered (and not even greeted, obviously) because they stumble about their business and then get upset, instead of apologizing.

05/08/2025: Excellent refreshment point at the start of the Pian di Gembro loop. Excellent, high-quality food, from appetizers to desserts, which can also be enjoyed as a snack. Four stars for the long wait at peak times. Reservations recommended ;-)

20/07/2025: We had a really fantastic lunch here. The service is impeccable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. This restaurant also has an excellent location with good views of the lake and after eating there is a lovely outside bar area you can relax with cocktails. A top class experience.

12/07/2025: Fine dining by the pool and breathtaking views of Lake Como. This 5 star dining experience is nestled in the Grand Hotel Villa — a lodging experience that is unmistakably luxurious. The food here is good, but the service could be smarter and more attentive. But overall, it remains a memorable brunch experience.
