03/05/2025: Trattoria, a real trattoria. Excellent quality - price ratio. Varied menu. Fast, non-intrusive service. They don't push you out because there are people waiting. Sober and clean environment. Parking available. Obviously it is a trattoria, in a place of passage, not a starred restaurant where the meal becomes an event. He fully and honestly respects what he says. It is true that they show a certain distrust towards unknown people.

20/09/2025: Simone's video of the sandwich had captured me and so I decided to absolutely try it but I went to the one in Carate maybe he is Seregno I don't know.. but we really didn't get along well never again hamburger sandwich with cheddar still on it not even melted soft tip not crunchy the people who work there who were shouting and making fun of each other as if they were at the playground with inappropriate background songs about drugs and that's all I say..

21/10/2025: Loved eating here. As an italian, the lasagna tasted homemade and just like from my nonna (in a very positive way). Pesto pasta was also delicious. You could taste the fresh ingredients and strong flavor of them which I haven‘t experienced anywhere else until now. The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous. The music, the hand painted menu, everything just felt like you were in a romantic movie. The only downside for were that the pesto pasta was a bit too salty and the prices.. other than that perfect.

21/10/2025: The place is nice and rustic, with a lot of character, however the food was very salty and bland. Despite the pasta being home-made, the sauces were nothing special and we left feeling that we honestly make better pasta dishes at home (not how you want to feel whilst on holiday in Italy!). The staff began nice and friendly but towards closing time (9pm, quite early) were quite pushy to get us to leave. The tiramisu arrived in traditional moka coffee pots which was a nice touch but aside from that was nothing special either.

20/04/2025: Looking at the other pizzas in the photos, I expected a different kind of pizza... light dough, sour mozzarella, and too much grainy flour on the crust. It's a regular pizza disguised as Neapolitan. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick.

21/03/2025: A guarantee of quality in Lonate Pozzolo for years. The pizza is light and tasty, thanks to an easily digestible dough and careful selection of ingredients, all at a reasonable price. On weekends, advance reservations are recommended to minimize waiting times.

21/09/2025: Nice and clean place with friendly and smiling staff, delicious piadinas made with quality ingredients... It was too hot inside tonight 🥵, nauseating... P.S.: I asked for the piadina without mayonnaise, and while eating it, I realized it was there 😓 ... I let the clerk know what had happened, and even though she told me she'd change it, I decided to keep it that way and eat it without wasting the ingredients... I'll definitely be back to try other piadinas!

30/07/2025: I arrive at the restaurant at 11:45, the door is open, the menu is on the front, and a girl says, "THE PLACE IS CLOSED. WE OPEN AT 12:00." Okay, I sit down while they read the menu and make my choice. It's 12:00, no problem. She replies, "NO, WE OPEN AT 12:00." Politeness is the most important thing when you run a public place. The piadina may be good, the place seems very welcoming, but 1 star is for the rudeness in dealing with a non-regular customer who doesn't know your opening hours.

24/10/2025: Super cute place in the center of Varese for lunch or aperitivo. The trofie al pesto are delicious! Highly recommended :)

23/10/2025: Good food and fair prices. It's a busy place, so reservations are highly recommended. They serve faster than they order. The vegan option is much appreciated!

24/01/2025: Total disappointment. Received a gift certificate for two for fish and champagne. Pork cutlets for the second course, and no champagne at all. The important thing for them was to hand over the voucher. You never know, I'll use it twice. I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. I won't be setting foot there again. July 2024.
