06/08/2025: Last month, my family and I passed by this restaurant and decided to try it. The owner, a native of Wenzhou, is a fantastic cook! Whether it's the fried rice and noodles for the main course, or the scrambled eggs, stir-fried vegetables, stir-fried shrimp (salt and pepper shrimp), Kung Pao chicken, or beef with onions, they're all delicious! The prices are reasonable and the value is excellent! Highly recommended!

27/07/2025: Con amici ci siamo fermati per una sosta ristoratrice in una calda giornata di luglio dopo la visita alla Collegiata. Locale sporco, cucina sporca, servizio al tavolo pessimo: non saprei cos’altro aggiungere se non ribadire che questo locale è davvero terribile!

22/07/2025: We discovered this place by chance. The inn is very simple, as is the food, which is all good. The cured meats are excellent. The owner, kind and helpful, makes the difference.

09/07/2025: A small place with a few seats inside. We went mainly for the frozen yogurt sign, but in the end they used yogurt gelato. There weren't the array of toppings you'd expect to find on frozen yogurt, but among those choices was the sugar-free black cherry sauce, which I appreciated. It's still an ice cream shop, not a yogurt shop; I want to point this out for those like me who have health issues and are looking for a healthier product. I recommend it to everyone else; the flavor was good, even the gelato my companion had. The clerk was alone and handled a long evening line with a smile and the appropriate calm. They have Spirulina, which is innovative, and I appreciate ice cream shops that offer new products with healthy ingredients. I'll definitely be back.

16/08/2025: I'm updating my review after about a year: I'll just advise the owners that serving food to customers, especially when it comes to fish, carries a very high responsibility for their health... I'll definitely never go back. Old review: Well, I went to dinner at Kisen after a long time, more or less when it wasn't yet AYCE, with a bit of apprehension, I'd say. Instead, I found the ingredients to be good quality, although in line with current AYCE restaurants, which are aligned with their price. There were 10 of us at a nice, spacious table, comfortable enough to stand up and move around. The staff is professional and polite, which is never a given in this type of restaurant. We had a bit of everything, from traditional Japanese dishes to fusion, even though I personally don't like it, to Chinese. Obviously, the flavor of the dishes is very similar to other AYCE restaurants, although I think Kisen has its own distinct flavor. The fish was good but not exceptional, but in line with the price you pay. Needless to say, I was pleased with the switch from a la carte to AYCE. I don't really like the very modern atmosphere, but that's how it is these days. A good alternative in the area.

A Neapolitan pizzeria that guarantees quality and tradition. The seafood dishes are fresh and plentiful, especially the fried fish. Excellent value for money. A place suitable for everyone. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends or in the evening. Highly recommended.

24/08/2025: Quite overpriced for the quality offered. The cashier charged us for an extra juice, and when I pointed it out, he was rude about it. On top of that, they didn’t even have whipped cream for the iced coffee. Overall, not recommended.

22/08/2025: The sandwich wasn't very good, with a mold stain at first glance... We asked for and paid for two cookies, but the waitress only served one. They move very quickly to accommodate as many people as possible and barely say goodbye. * [Response] How unprofessional! Instead of apologizing, you practically insult us. It's mind-blowing! But at least people will be able to see how you treat others, which proves us right! You handed us the cookies and took our money so quickly, saying "bye-bye" without looking at us because you obviously treat customers like money machines. You say "come, come" to people outside looking in the window when it's already full inside. We didn't say anything because we looked in the bag afterward, too late. And given your response, you would have told us it was fake. Yes, we saw a dark stain on the bread that most likely suggests mold. We didn't order something we didn't like, mind you, it just didn't taste good. We had better things to do than come back and give you the half-eaten sandwich and make a complaint, which wouldn't have been taken into account given your reaction. You make me want to come back, I say!

30/07/2025: Locale siculo molto carino e colorato. Sono andata in compagnia e ho mangiato davvero un buon gelato, forse bisogna rivedere i prezzi perché sono un tantino eccessivo, per il resto il gelato era davvero buono, tutto in quel locale mi sembrava molto invitante e ho fatto parecchia difficoltà a capire cosa ordinare.

01/06/2025: Small pub/bar overlooking the town square. A couple of draft beers as an offer, more bottled beers and all the cocktails that can be made with what the pantry has to offer. A couple of small tables inside, several tables outside, with umbrellas and a veranda. Nice and friendly location. Large and close parking, but in competition with the theater. Don't look for parking in the town center, which is a maze of alleys.

31/05/2025: I stopped for a coffee, beautiful and clean place and very kind owner, if you pass by stop by. I recommend it

06/08/2025: As company employees, we stopped for a business lunch. Only when we were paying did they inform us that the ATM wasn't working, so we wouldn't be refunded anything. Since the company requires payment by card, they could have notified us before lunch and not after. Maybe we would have gone somewhere else.

24/07/2025: I've been to Excalibur and I have to say it deserves a full 4 stars. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is truly delicious. The buffet is extensive, with lots of both cooked and raw vegetables, and the French fries are irresistible 🫠. They also make excellent pizzas, and the business lunch menu is well-stocked, with tasty dishes and generous portions. I'll gladly return!

07/09/2025: Prices were different from those listed on the restaurant menu. My bill had been increased without explanation. Lack of transparency. I won't be returning.

30/06/2025: Tramezzini, piadinas and sandwiches prepared on the spot with fresh products. The perfect idea for a lunch especially out of hours, when many other places are already closed. The service is quite fast and friendly, despite the not always constant attention from the staff. The price of the sandwich is fair, but a mini 33 cl coke at €2.50 seems more than excessive to me despite it being a bar. Fortunately, the place is equipped with air conditioning, so as to make the break more bearable even during the hottest days of the year.

20/04/2025: looking at the other pizzas in the photo I expected to receive another type of pizza... light dough but sour mozzarella and there is too much grainy flour on the edge. It's a normal pizza disguised as Neapolitan. Very friendly staff and fast service

21/03/2025: A guarantee of quality in Lonate Pozzolo for years. The pizza is light and tasty, thanks to an easily digestible dough and careful selection of ingredients, all at a reasonable price. On weekends, advance reservations are recommended to minimize waiting times.
