13/08/2024: Everything is very good, the melting flames are 10/10, the staff are kind in my opinion but should be a little more empathetic, always too detached from you, I would like to be able to feel at home and not a guest, a chat wouldn't hurt after seeing you a few times It's a shame because a little more warmth wouldn't hurt.. or at least, make you feel like a customer, not a number, a smile that a word beyond the simple good morning or goodbye always helps to put you at ease....

26/08/2024: We took a bruschetta with tomatoes that had gone bad as well as acid combined with a rotten salad. spaghetti with clams full of sand and rather dry, €18 excessive for the dish it really is. excessive cost of water €5 per bottle, I understand the position but we didn't even have a lake view. not recommended, especially due to the rudeness of the staff when we went to pay who served us rudely by throwing the money on the counter. nothing to say about the waiters but never again.

10/08/2024: Large, bright, clean and well distributed environment. Good ice cream and so are the waffles. I don't want to generalize about the personal, but I make a note of demerit to the girl with red hair, who in fact served us, she simply must learn to smile and have a bit of vivacity. Maybe he doesn't know it, but the basis of these works is a bit of empathy and courtesy. A little bit of effort. Constructive advice. I will try the breakfast hoping for a quick welcome. Life is already so bitter... a smile opens the heart of those who receive it but also of those who give it!

16/06/2024: Nice hotel in a central area with everything you need. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the room. The bathroom was large enough, had toiletries and plenty of towels. The room is a little outdated in regard to USB charging but that's the only thing we missed. There was a possibility to use a power plug with the right adapter. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of fruits, yogurts, cold cuts, cereal and pastries. You can order your coffee at the bar in the breakfast area and you get anything you want like cappuccino etc.

16/06/2024: Initial surprise: you have to make your own bed... which comes with the top sheet folded neatly and then spread out together with any blankets... thank goodness there were two of us! Room with external entrance, in case of rain, and we had it, you get wet! Breakfast with poor quality products, and the desserts... especially the tarts terrible! Very small lobby/reception, no room/lounge to take refuge in

27/08/2024: I went to the restaurant on Sunday at midday with friends who only eat "raw" foods....while I only eat "cooked" foods. Wide choice of steamed and non-steamed ravioli....excellent spicy soy spaghetti. Fish and Cantonese balls, a little bland for me but I eat very tasty. The service was good and the place was clean....it's a shame that you only have to order via tablet....and I'm not a technology buff.

24/03/2024: Panini Durini accompanied the moments of sharing with friends. Welcoming atmosphere, style and tradition merged together. It's a shame it closed!

15/07/2024: il ristorante Branzi dell albergo Pedretti si trova sul provinciale in centro a Branza, ampio pargheggio pubblico, interno di media gradezza con bel salone in stile montagna moderno. Abbiamo preso vari tipi di carne tra cui il coniglio, il brasato, il cervo e capriolo, oltre che ovviamente la taragna, tutto favoloso

13/07/2024: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo al ristorante dopo una mattinata trascorsa a Branzi. Polenta buonissima e prezzo corretto. La porzione di casoncelli invece era fermante ridotta se si considera il costo. Probabilmente i prezzi sono stati ritoccati in aumento dopo la “fama” acquisita grazie a Balini (alla cassa si può infatti trovare anche il suo libro in vendita).

03/08/2024: Excellent pizza despite having pizzas outside the normal menus. Fantastic location given the proximity to City Life and the location in a quiet area. Very friendly staff and quick to serve

09/02/2024: We bought a box through to good to go for 5 euros but worth 15. Boxes already prepared upon our arrival (which suggests a less than truthful support of the cause for which the application was created) Then the quantity of food was truly miserable, but beyond this the quality was poor: a chat that could no longer be eaten the next day, two croissants filled somewhat at random and two pieces of pizza of questionable taste ( probably placed in first specifically because it is the least appreciated) The result? We threw away almost all the content (with great regret because it's something we NEVER do), ruining the intent for which we use the application.
