Tramezzo 1925 In Cremona

Tramezzo 1925 is an interesting place to enjoy a good tramezzino in the center of Cremona, especially the more traditional ones (I recommend the one with Cremona salami and gorgonzola). However, I can't say the same about the more elaborate tramezzinos, like the one with swordfish fillet and turmeric mayonnaise. It was too sweet and lacked the saltiness to balance it out. Furthermore, after a request to split the tramezzinos in half, when I opened the takeout bag, none of the three had been cut in half. So, I recommend it because the tramezzinos are good, but you have to be a little more careful to earn all the stars.

I have to say it was a great surprise. I came here with a friend for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The menu was varied and made with quality ingredients. I didn't think a sandwich could leave me so satisfied, but instead, the bread was excellent, the cured meats high-quality, and the ingredients inside, specifically the gorgonzola and apple mostarda, were balanced and very, very good. The sandwich was puffy, as you can see from the photos, and excellent. I'll definitely be back to try more! Highly recommended. We spent €27 for a very large sandwich, a tramezzino, two sodas, two desserts, and a coffee. The waitresses were very kind and helpful. A truly wonderful surprise!

The service was a bit rude and unhelpful. I asked how big a sandwich was and was told, "Well, about the size of a sandwich." My sandwiches with egg, tuna, mayo, ham, and artichoke cream were good.

You can't miss the fresh tiramisu they make for you, accompanied by a good coffee!
