25/04/2025: Unfortunately we were here a little too early. Unfortunately the season doesn't start until May 1st. The bathroom was very, very small and was getting old 😢 Shower tray with curtain (disgusting) when it sticks to your body❕ It's a shame a tour group of around 95 guests comes and a lot of things don't work. Rooms smelled very negative. A lot of cardboard is used at the pools / Environment ❓ It's also a shame that in a 4 🌟 hotel you have to get your own drinks, even in the BAR!!

19/05/2025: I've been wanting to spend some time at this place, I've known the Alpini park all my life and I've always liked it as a place, and I couldn't wait to try it. The reservation was quick, but unfortunately the service was very slow: my friend and I waited in line for almost half an hour, just to order a hamburger and a coke, as well as almost an hour to be served. I can understand that it was Sunday lunch, maybe it was just a coincidence but it was an excessively long time for the order we made. For the rest, everything was exceptional: the hamburger was delicious, as were the fries on the side, and the location (which I know well) is always wonderful; the staff was kind and apologized several times for the poor service. Parking is available just outside the park and on the other side of the river. Recommended, I will definitely go back hoping the waiting times and service will be better.

19/05/2025: Bar restaurant in a large park where children can play safely. The menu includes pizza hamburgers, sandwiches salads and more. The environment is a bit spartan but more than compensated by the park. Absolutely recommended place for families and large groups

14/06/2025: Our experience at Hotel Royal Victoria was outstanding. The hotel is in a great location as it is in the the plaza of Varenna and makes all bars, restaurants, and shops very walkable. Our room was a great size and had an amazing view of the lake. Make sure to visit Aziz in the hotel bar and grab a drink while taking in the view of the lake. Aziz was a great host and went above and beyond by making us a dinner reservation at the restaurant he recommended (Al Prato) which was one of our favorite meals of the trip.

01/02/2025: I booked a pizza for 7.30pm and went to the pizzeria on time. They made me wait 10 minutes, even though my pizza was already ready on the counter. Meanwhile, another customer came in and was served immediately, despite having arrived after me. I find this treatment really disrespectful towards those who book in advance and show up on time. Not only was a cold pizza delivered to me, but I also witnessed service management that does not take into account the order of arrival of customers. I really hope they can improve the organization and attention to customers, because these situations negatively affect the overall experience.

02/05/2025: The pancakes 🥞 were some of the best if not best I’ve ever had. If you like chocolate with your pancakes I recommend the “dense chocolate in a cup” and the coffee is the best in Italy. BTW don’t be fooled by the small portion it is filling. Sadly, at first the staff forgot the pancakes but made them quickly after that. Great service and store overall.

10/05/2025: Whether it's takeaway or on-site, my girlfriend and I have been eating pizza here for years now. It's my Naples in Brianza! Characteristic place, real Neapolitan pizza, fried just like "down there"! The staff is always cheerful and smiling and attentive to the needs and desires of the customers. Every time my parents come to visit me from Naples, it is now a fixed stop for them too. Well done guys!

26/04/2025: I went there for lunch one weekend with a friend of mine. The place is beautiful, in full Neapolitan style with images of Naples and Maradona. I really liked the potato croquette as a starter even though it was a little too hot when they served it to me. As a first course I had the pizza with sausage and friarelli; it wasn't bad but it wasn't particularly excellent either. However, I found the mixed pasta with potatoes and provola cheese excellent, which I gave a taste as my friend had taken it. The desserts are also excellent; I got the Nutella pizza as I love pizzas with sweet creams. A place that I highly recommend and to which I will certainly return.

04/05/2025: Con mia moglie abbiamo prenotato su consiglio di amici, pesce sublime il Risotto al Castelmagno e gambero GRANDIOSO bravissimo lo chef ottimi anche i secondi, faranno molta strada bravissimi tutti compreso il personale che è cordiale e preparatissimo. Ottima anche la cantina 100 e lode
