25/06/2025: Excellent quality products but unfortunately I don't feel like giving 5 stars because the experience in the store was ruined by an unprofessional atmosphere. During my visit I noticed a member of staff who addressed colleagues in a hasty and disrespectful tone, even in the presence of customers. A behavior that leaves one perplexed, especially because the work environment should convey collaboration and cordiality. I hope that the management pays attention to these aspects, because the quality of the service also depends on the internal climate that is immediately perceived, even from the outside.

16/07/2025: Piadineria: A Quick Lunch with a Little Shade I've always considered a piadineria a convenient place for a quick and tasty lunch. The products are generally good, and the idea of being able to choose from various piadina options is appealing. However, my experience yesterday raised some important questions regarding the transparency and accuracy of the service. The Takeout Order Incident Yesterday I ordered two piadinas to go: one with sauce and one with scamorza cheese, accompanied by a drink. The bill was quickly calculated on a calculator, and a single receipt was issued without any itemization for each product. When I asked for an explanation of the €15 total, I was told that in addition to the prices of the piadinas (regularly displayed), €1 had been added for the sauce and €0.50 for an "extra packet." The problem? On the displayed menu, the sauce was listed at 50 cents, not €1, and there was no mention of "extra sachet." When I pointed out these discrepancies, I was told that the menu board was out of date and that they would update it... "when they had time." Reflection It doesn't work that way! Clarity and transparency on prices are important obligations, both by law and out of respect for consumers. Customers are the main source of revenue for any business. Treating them with little regard for pricing details is unacceptable. Verdict Unfortunately, because of this experience, I have decided that I will never return to this piadineria again. The quality of the products may be acceptable, but the lack of transparency and respect for communication standards is a serious failing in my opinion. 1.5/5 stars (for the quality of the products, but severely penalized for service management and transparency).

07/06/2025: Classic Piadineria, practical because it stays on the main road. There is space to sit and they are quite fast. For those who don't have much time and want to eat something it's fine!

19/05/2025: Very nice and welcoming place, the owner and the waiters very kind and friendly even with my daughter who tormented them all evening😂we had a great time. great variety of pizzas and also first and second courses with a good quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back!

10/07/2025: We stayed at Rifugio Elisa for a night and had the best time! Even though it is not tipically open during the week Elena came and opened it just for us. We were so touched! She cooked us a delicious evening meal and breakfast and helped us plan our hike the next day. She is such a great host and an amazing person. It's such a cute rustic rifugio with a fascinating history, and the views are breathtaking. Thank you so much Elena!

10/06/2025: Fantastic little refuge, as soon as I got there the first feeling was I was totally relaxed, out of this world, I didn't want to go home anymore, doing 1100m of altitude difference is really worth it. The food is great, I had pizzoccheri and apple pie made by Elena, she is a fantastic cook, thank you so much.

21/07/2025: Started as an aperitif with my daughter, and ended with a prosciutto pizza. The aperitif was good, and the pizza was good. Management seems to have changed since my last visit, and everything is very professional, especially the woman who handles the customers, Ilaria, who is very good and knows her stuff. I'll definitely be back.

07/08/2025: Address to avoid! The food is not very filling for a fairly good quality. Huge difference in treatment between locals and tourists. The servers ignore us, don't ask if we want dessert or if the meal is going well. We could have left and they wouldn't have even noticed.

05/08/2025: The drinks were very good, but I think we were treated badly because everyone around us got snacks but not us 😂

14/06/2025: Very good ice cream, the sorbet flavors (even for those who are lactose intolerant) highly recommended, very fresh and light. If you are in Gallarate, stop by, it will be worth it.

09/06/2025: Very nice place and very kind staff. Overall fair price. Quite a wide variety of ice cream flavors, the fruit flavors are all presented as "Sorbets". The "Mango Sorbet" flavor was good, the pistachio left me a little perplexed, it tasted a lot like milk.

20/07/2025: Very expensive, slow, and basic. They say they offer free prosecco, and that's the amount. A disappointment.

15/06/2025: I paid 12 euros for a small sandwich that wouldn’t even fill a child. This place really needs to reconsider its prices! In Italy, you can get a whole pizza for 12 euros! (even less in smaller cities!)

29/06/2025: Visited a couple of times, ideal place also for an aperitif, varied choice of risottos, I think the specialty of the place, very good. Other dishes tasted (meat), perhaps the cooking times should be adjusted. For the rest, good service, place not very crowded, very intimate and attention to detail.
