15/08/2025: A challenging climb for someone like me who isn't trained, but it was totally worth it. The refuge is a breathtaking gem, both for the care and for the peace and quiet and the view. Elena was super kind, welcoming, and smiling. Considering she does everything herself, I really appreciate it. For convenience, I recommend letting us know if you're going up for both lunches and overnight stays. The food is excellent, and all the dishes are authentic. A 10 for the effort and simplicity.

10/08/2025: Fantastic. Elena and Simone were super welcoming. Two friends and I made the climb using the "pertica." The effort was worth it: magnificent views and moments of true connection.

07/10/2025: If you're looking for a warm, typical, and very simple Italian village bar that also serves inexpensive and equally simple food, this is the place for you. Nothing more, nothing less, and considering the prices, it's perfectly fine. So, if you have higher expectations, you should look elsewhere. For the rest of you, enjoy authentic Italy. Perfect!

07/11/2025: I attended a wedding a month ago, and the second half of the event was very disappointing. There wasn't enough food for everyone, many guests didn't eat the cake, and during the break, there was only water to drink. This wasn't what they'd agreed upon. It was a shame to witness this, because the venue was worth it.

13/10/2025: An extremely disappointing experience. We had contacted this villa to organize our company dinner: after a month and a half of contacting, exchanging emails, and even an on-site inspection, they had given us full availability. Unfortunately, only at the last minute—and only because I called personally to confirm—we were informed that they could no longer host us. No communication from them, no clarity, and above all, a complete lack of respect for the time and effort we had put into organizing. This unprofessional behavior put us in a very difficult position. It's a shame, because the place seemed truly suitable, but the management was terrible.

02/11/2025: Food 5 ⭐ : ordered one Margherita and 17 gennaio. I never had THIS pizza before. It's not a thin dough nor thick. The pizza is not dry nor oily. It's just done right. I enioyed it. Service 4 ⭐: waiting time was more than 20 minutes. I recommend give them a call to place your order. It was Saturday, and people were getting big pizzas in bulk. Atmosphere 4 ⭐: toilet is located behind the bar, and is small but tidy. Not much sitting place. Only two tables that you can put together if you come with a company of 4+ people. I'm satisfied!

05/08/2025: I didn't know about this place, and I regret it. The space isn't particularly large, with seating both inside and out. It's a casual place, also ideal for a snack. The pizzas, served by the slice, are truly good, not greasy, and delicious—a must-try! Of course, they do takeout, and in the area, I think it's the best option, so you can get your pizza home while it's still hot. I highly recommend it, even if you're just passing through Viale Europa.

08/12/2025: A lovely restaurant with a warm, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. In our opinion, the food was more beautiful than it was delicious. The staff was at times cold and aloof, but some were polite. The young cashier with dark glasses was extremely rude and impolite, and definitely unprofessional. When it came time to pay, my friends and I were met with disrespectful and rude behavior. In an arrogant tone, as if we were in the way, we were asked to provide our table number before proceeding. Unfortunately, our table number wasn't even listed. So, instead of accommodating us or simply explaining the situation politely, the response was, in our opinion, unnecessarily aggressive. In any case, once this incident was over, we asked if it was possible to issue separate bills, and once again, the reaction seemed even more irritated: sighs, an annoyed tone, and obvious nervousness, until at a certain point the girl turned to her colleague and said, "Listen, you do it," leaving us with the impression that we were being treated more like a nuisance than as customers. A shame, really, because the least we always expect is politeness and respect. I sincerely hope this comment can help management improve the quality of service, because this incident was saddening, to say the least, especially in front of other customers.

11/11/2025: Quick break, good tramezzino, wide selection, even panini. Good ingredients. Limited indoor space, just a few tables and stools... large outdoor area under the arcades. Rough, serious service... we were there in a few minutes, mobbed by hungry students... thank goodness we were leaving... 😏 They don't have restrooms. 🧐

18/12/2025: Most expensive Cappuccino I have had in Italy in over a month. No toilet paper, toilet seat or toilet brush in the toilet. Sorry! waiter was friendly and there were some Cantuccini with my Cappuccino.

27/11/2025: Terrible service. They wouldn't let me work inside, only outside, and when I was supposed to make a call, they even refused to hold my suitcase for a moment. The pistachio pastry had no pistachios in it. Juice + pastry: €12. Nice place, but avoid.

23/11/2025: I ordered my birthday cake here because I'm lactose intolerant. They made me a vegan tart with cream and fruit that was truly delicious, and it was much cheaper than other bakeries, which would have charged me more for the lactose-free option. Everyone was really kind and helpful, and the pastry chef was very attentive to my requests. The place is well-kept and relaxing. I recommend it.
