14/04/2026: A wonderful experience at this beautifully situated restaurant overlooking the lake. While a few minor imperfections and a slight lack of perfect balance in the flavors were noticeable, the tasting menu offered a delightful Mediterranean journey with the flavors of Italy. Christian and his team provided excellent service and helpful wine recommendations!

19/04/2026: Slow beyond belief. We were the first to arrive on a Saturday for lunch. We ordered two appetizers and three pizzas. The appetizer arrived within 10 minutes, then 30 minutes passed and nothing. Meanwhile, we noticed that many customers who had come in after us were being served, some even finishing their meals. After 40 minutes, we asked for an explanation and realized they had forgotten. We waited another 10 minutes and nothing, so we left without eating our pizzas.

16/04/2026: At lunchtime, when it first opened, we must have been the 4th or 5th customer. We ordered a cutlet with a side dish and pasta all'amatriciana. What can I say? The cutlet was elephant ear, as thin as a sheet of paper, tough, greasy, and tasted like it had been fried twice. The pasta all'amatriciana was NOT amatriciana: there was very little pancetta, maybe a spoonful, in a mixture of tomato sauce and vegetables, all rather bitter. We didn't understand what kind of amatriciana the foreign chefs working in front of us were dealing with, but it certainly wasn't an Italian amatriciana. The place is very uncomfortable; there must be less than 30 centimeters between our tables. Who knows. I don't understand the positive reviews, honestly; we must have been unlucky, but the place has definitely gone downhill over the years.

14/03/2026: A fantastic experience, a true testament to those seeking quality. We started with various tapas and creamy, flavorful hummus, served with delicious warm focaccia, and then continued with perfectly prepared tacos. The highlight was the pork cheek: incredibly tender and incredibly flavorful. Everything was truly delicious, accompanied by excellent sangria. The service is impeccable: the staff is extremely friendly, kind, and always available. The atmosphere is intimate and romantic, but also perfect for groups thanks to the excellent organization of the spaces. The acoustics are especially noteworthy: the place is quiet, allowing for a relaxing conversation. The price is definitely average for the high quality offered. Highly recommended!! Very fair value, we'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

05/03/2026: We went to Padella Pazza in Pioltello as a group to celebrate a company milestone. The place was already a familiar place for us, even when it was called the workshop. And since we also work in the local area, we prioritize boosting the economy. It's a shame that a waiter ruined our enthusiasm this evening. I'll start by saying that the mistake was made by one of our guests, and realizing his mistake, he got up and went to personally apologize to her with great humility. His reaction was, "Stay away, I'm on duty," and from then on, he refused to serve our table, even saying it loudly, deliberately making himself heard. What can I say? We'll get over it. It's clear that we won't be celebrating our next milestones at Padella Pazza again, because I think the staff is crazier than the pan. I feel sorry for the owners.

04/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, good food, and good pizza by the slice. It's a shame that an overly over-the-top waiter ruined everything. Despite a misunderstanding, and a very humble apology, he persisted in sulking like a teenager and refused to complete the service. It's a shame we won't be returning thanks to the poor decisions of the six employees. I don't recommend it.

09/06/2026: TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT OFFERS I wanted to try this pastry shop because the place is really cute and well-kept, but unfortunately I was disappointed. I paid €5.20 for two croissants, a price I find excessive considering the quality of the product. There are much better croissants in the area for less, so the value for money didn't seem right. It's a shame, because I had high expectations and the atmosphere is pleasant, but given the offerings, I don't think I'll be back.

01/06/2026: ZERO TRANSPARENCY AND RIDICULOUS PRICES We went in to get some ice cream and, after waiting a few minutes at the flavor counter, they asked us to sit down without even ordering. So, we said we wanted to order with the flavors in front of us, and the annoyed girl let us order them and wrote them down on a piece of paper, saying she'd bring the cups to our tables. There was a sign that said 3 flavors for €3.80; no one asked or said anything else. We sat at the table, practically forced to choose no other option (since she didn't make us wait there for the cup, telling us repeatedly to go and sit down). We waited for the ice cream, which was then brought to us in a huge glass bowl but with normal portions of ice cream. We ate, went to pay, and instead of €3.80, they told us €6.50 per cup!!!! We spent €13 for two cups, are you kidding??? I ask the reason for such a surcharge, almost 3 euros more, and they explain it as "table service." Wow. A table service that was practically imposed on us and that no one informed us had such a surcharge. "Oh, because you had the ice cream in a glass cup. The paper ones are for take-out." But what does that mean? No one told us beforehand that if we sat down it would be in a glass cup and with a surcharge of almost 3 euros per cup. Besides, since the dawn of time, the ice cream you buy has been eaten at the ice cream shop (unless we're talking about a 1kg tub, of course), but according to them, the alternative to the glass cup was "take-out," so what does that mean? If you want the "cheap" version in the regular paper cup, you can't sit down and eat it there? Really, shameful. Not at all transparent and truly thieving. Shame. If only they'd informed customers in advance, they could have made an informed decision and chosen what to do. Maybe someone is okay with paying three euros more for the glass cup, but at least let them know. And those who aren't okay with it because they see a sign with prices significantly lower than those at the checkout at the end are at least free to decide what they want right away. But this way, there's absolutely zero transparency and a lot of pressure to seat customers and then surprise them later. Terrible, unethical behavior.

25/01/2026: I've been going there for years now, they're very friendly and it's a really welcoming bar from the staff to the customers themselves, the food is good, really strong cocktails 🤣🙈 not like maybe others that are water and then as an aperitif they bring you a huge platter, then you watch football matches and it was the first bar in Dalmine where I can watch a football match in peace

I have breakfast every morning and the croissants are so stuffed that sometimes I have some jam left over. 26/03/2026: Exorbitant prices for being in the center of Segrate and not in the center of Milan. A pizza with buffalo mozzarella and cooked ham costs €10.50. On Tuesday evenings, they offer a pizza round, which is distressing due to the strict rules: they choose the pizzas (probably to use up the ingredients). Customers can't even choose one. If they bring you one you don't like, you still have to finish it. And to make matters worse, you have to finish all the crusts, because the place was empty. In our specific case, we skipped the pizza round and opted for a regular pizza. I ordered a buffalo mozzarella with cooked ham, but they accidentally added fresh cherry tomatoes, which made the pizza watery. However, they didn't remake it; it was simply brought back to me 20 seconds later. Clearly, the cherry tomatoes were removed (not even all of them), even though the waitress had specified that it would be remade. A truly terrible experience. Absolutely not to be tried.

26/04/2026: It was one of my go-to places for years until a few months ago, but the quality of service and product has dropped dramatically. I'm sorry, but I hope things improve and get back to where they once were.

The predominant materials are fine stone and carved details, which add depth and refinement to the facade. 07/09/2025: I give it a negative rating, not for the pizza, which is still well-made, but for the service. I called twice to order pizzas to pick up at the restaurant, for 7:30 PM, and both times we had to wait an hour despite the reservation. It seems like a lack of organization and respect for your customers' time. Anyway, I won't be coming back.
