31/08/2024: We have been to this pizzeria several times picking up takeaway pizzas. Without taking anything away from the food (good but average pizza), the problem is definitely the preparation times: the wait is never less than 20/25 minutes. Unacceptable. This is because the lady at the cash register continues to take orders even though there is only one pizza chef: truly ridiculous behaviour. We won't be back again.

17/08/2024: Had lunch here this afternoon. The pasta with eggplant was really tasty. Just a pity that the Aubergine itself was not really warm. But the paste itself was hot, so by mixing it the Aubergine also warmed up again. The homemade pasta was really good. The gnocchi with leek sauce was also tasty and homemade. So we had a great lunch here. Plus the bread you get with it (a kind of garlic bread) was very tasty. What was special was that we got our coke in a wine glass. The service is very friendly and the inside of the restaurant looked very nice.

23/08/2024: Homemade pasta the way I wanted it all vacation!! Lasagna was different! Probably the best I've ever tried. Service was super nice and friendly and the artistic concept (with the painted bottles and drawn menu) created a cozy atmosphere. The tiramisu from this coffee thing – so nice! Clear recommendation, but you have to be lucky to get a table. Still worth the wait!

03/08/2024: If it hadn't been Saturday night, perhaps we would have been able to appreciate everything better. The food (specifically the fish) was not exactly as expected, on the contrary.... The kind service is not enough to overcome the extremely excessive waiting times between order and delivery: almost two hours are really too long!! Even the environment is too crowded, very noisy and poorly air conditioned and did not meet expectations at all.

16/08/2024: Excellent Neapolitan-style pizza, I do not recommend the stuffed crust because, in my opinion, it is too heavy. Too bad for the mix of Neapolitan fried foods as a starter, they were basically just fried potatoes 😢

23/07/2024: The staff were friendly and helpful. Today the fryer was broken, which I was very sad about... until the sandwich arrived. Delicious, the bread is worth the trip! Good experience

20/08/2024: The service is not able to manage well, they don't pay attention to you, they make you wait a long time before taking your order and then if you don't call them they will give you the paper menu. Sometimes qr doesn't work.

29/07/2024: Ingredient are fresh but dough is simple a frisbee: it cannot be defined a thin dough Roma’s style. It’s not crispy and not crunchy. Scrocchiarella: average, mortadella is always good, again questionable dough. The pizza with polpette, had smashed polpette and not meatballs like an Italian would expect. The romana didn’t see any garlic. As Italian living abroad, I tried some frozen pizza better than this. I will not recommend, despite the location closest to corso xxii Marzo and fast service.

26/07/2024: Pleasant environment, lots of greenery. Great service, super nice. I ordered a salad with tuna, mozzarella, melon etc. Very good but too much. It costs €19 but I think it's fair

13/06/2024: Excellent food, tasty, not greasy, abundant to the edge of the trays without the trick of putting in lots of vegetables to fill. Fair prices for the area. Friendly staff. Nice place, there are tables for eating both inside and outside. I absolutely recommend it!

05/05/2024: Visited: lunchtime, Sunday, May 5, 2024. First things first: this is not a restaurant, but a 'rosticceria' (a deli in English, a traiteur in French) that caters, mainly, for takeaway service with the added bonus of a few tables for dine-in on the premises. Over twenty years ago I used to live nearby and was a frequent customer as the food was cheap and flavourful. In the evening, after work, this place provided an inexpensive way of getting a Chinese fix in no time. Speed has always been an asset of theirs, and still is. Unfortunately time hasn't been kind: as other recent reviews have noted, prices (in 2024) are 'high' (considering the fact that this is a deli) and servings very small. You are dead sure to leave the place hungry. As for the food itself, it is OK, verging on the bland. Wouldn't dismiss it, wouldn't write home about it. Very sorry to report this dramatic change for a place that used to be, long ago, a safe/reliable haven.
