26/11/2025: Excellent service but tired menu. Booked this restaurant as it was the only Michelin Bib Gourmand we could get a reservation at and ended up being the ONLY ones in the place. It’s clear, now from photos, that this place has served the same tired pork ribs and fusilli dishes forever. The ribs were dry and not remarkably flavorful, the pasta was under-sauced and dry. The pumpkin morbido was OK, but a bit too sweet for our tastes. Restaurant doesn’t appear to have a wine by the glass menu, but did offer us two glasses of wine - I imagine the staff finished the rest of the bottle. Overall, not impressed. Would have expected that the menu would be fresh and seasonal to get the attention of Michelin.

23/11/2025: The food is very good. The staff is helpful, friendly, and never intrusive. The location is easy to reach from the main road, but the dining room's position makes it feel like you're on a hill.

31/08/2025: Beautiful outdoor seating and a traditional trattoria inside. Excellent food (fantastic pizzoccheri), friendly and fast staff.

08/12/2025: We went to this pizzeria for dinner and each ordered a slice of pizza. What can I say, we were truly satisfied! The slice was perfect, both in size and flavor... and what a flavor! 😋 The staff is young, friendly, and welcoming. I recommend making a reservation if you want to eat in, otherwise takeout is also available. We'll definitely be back!!

26/10/2025: I've been eating the witch's pizza for 40 years, but today I noticed it's not the same pizza anymore 🍕 I asked the boss and he told me this is the new dough! Go back to the old dough.

29/11/2025: It was an unpleasant experience for me too. One star for this bar, especially because you can't give it zero stars. From what happened to me, I realized that the name of the bar actually coincides with the name of the staff; they're not very kind.

02/09/2025: They only kept the name from the old Panis. After the change of management, everything got drastically worse. They kept the photos of the pizzas from the old management, but the dough has nothing to do with them. It's a real shame because the pizza was truly exceptional at the old place. I won't be returning.

23/05/2025: I went to eat at Panis after discovering it on Instagram, I had high expectations about their pizza seeing their workmanship so I was a little scared they wouldn't live up to it.... instead they exceeded expectations and by far, the pizza was delicious, light, thin but also crunchy, I tried the cloud dough, also very good, my advice on the cloud is to divide it so you can appreciate it better, very fast and efficient service. I put 4 stars in the service only because I don't go crazy about the soft light but despite this I'm waiting for them to reopen to go back!!! best pizzeria in Crema hands down

07/10/2025: It's a small cake shop, and the tea and sweets were delicious. I stopped in for a break while out walking, and the classic yet not-too-heavy interior was so comfortable that I ended up staying longer than I expected. The staff were very friendly, and I'd definitely like to visit again if I have the chance (if it was near my house I'd go there more often!).

02/05/2025: BAD, very bad! We went for lunch on a day when there weren't many people; in fact, there were only a few tables occupied. Despite this, I was served a first course and only an appetizer (Goma Wakame) within 5 minutes of ordering, but then both I and my tablemates were served half an hour later, maybe even longer! It's unacceptable. All this for simple appetizers (I got the stuffed ravioli after half an hour, but for the following courses I had to wait another 10 minutes!). After the appetizers, we received some nigiri that to call COLD would be an understatement (in fact, they looked like they had just come out of the freezer). They were inedible. The rest was adequate/fair, some good. It's not the Shabu I remembered, unfortunately. Until a year ago, it was, in my opinion, the best AYCE in Varese, but after the latest experience, I had to change my mind. Terrible service and adequate quality (maybe not even that). €25 wasted. I hope it was a random disservice, but that was our experience. I'm ready to change my mind and leave a new, better review, but we definitely won't be returning anytime soon.

13/04/2025: This Japanese restaurant is one of my favorite places. The food is always excellent: authentic dishes, meticulously prepared with quality ingredients. The space is cozy, small but very comfortable, with an intimate atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always with a smile. My favorite dish? Udon noodles, without a doubt—warm, filling, and perfectly flavorful. A true treat. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to, because you know it will never disappoint.

24/10/2025: If you're looking for something simple with a great atmosphere, this is the place to go. The burgers are unfortunately a bit dry. The lasagna is a bit tasteless. But the atmosphere in this small marketplace is unbeatable.
