07/06/2025: We were in the city for two days and had breakfast both days because everything was wonderful. I recommend the croissant and the espresso. I will definitely be back!!

05/06/2025: I ordered a marocchino as usual, and after being kindly asked if I would like cocoa or cinnamon I noticed that the powder used was particularly light to be cocoa, so I asked for confirmation, and was told it was cocoa. I trusted her and tasted it, but it was clearly cinnamon. When I pointed it out, kindly in turn, the sales assistant became annoyed as if I had made a personal affront to her and became rude as I had already seen her do in the past with other customers. If I had been allergic we would both have had a bad afternoon. It could very simply have been by mistake that the container for cocoa had been inverted, so the one for cocoa contained cinnamon, it would have been a human error. The only problem was the rudeness that often reigns supreme in this store. It's a shame that the store loses customers not because of the quality of the products but because of the rudeness of the employees.

24/08/2024: Ho conosciuto questo posto grazie ad un evento, cantante bravissima ed evento organizzato bene. Il problema i proprietari: appena arrivati non hanno saputo fornire informazioni riguardanti il vino servito, ho dovuto chiedere il dosaggio ed altre informazioni a riguardo, per non parlare della maleducazione ed indisponenza del proprietario, non ci tornerò mai più.

24/08/2024: Bellissimo evento e cantante super. Per il resto non ci siamo. La ragazza all’accoglienza disponibile e carinissima, ma per il resto tutto da dimenticare. Gestione pessima, quasi mezz’ora per prendere da mangiare. Fortuna c’era la musica. Serve comunque un master in time management. Gestione del cliente imbarazzante e pure la professionalità a livello di relazioni. A fine serata il livello di comunicazione è stato: “ragazzi tra 5 minuti chiudiamo” e noi “va bene” e loro “non hai capito, tra 5 minuti vi vogliamo fuori dal cancello”. Senza parole. Niente cura. Solo superficialità per fatturare. Mai capitata una cosa del genere. Il valore è arrivato a zero perché la relazione con il cliente ritengo essere fondamentale. Peccato, ma non sorprendente.

17/05/2025: It was a regular stop until a few years ago, it had very varied and tasty food, an all you can eat menu at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, on my last visit I didn't find the quality I remembered. Much more limited menu, without the care in preparation that had struck me. The service is always lightning fast, and the environment is clean.

09/06/2025: Brioche and Espresso is good. It can get crowded. Price is ok for Milan i guess. Staff is sometimes a bit stressed, especially when a lot of guests are here. We got told my wife can not sit at a table outside if we have not ordered, i was still standing in line. Later we found out that this only applies for tourists, many italians where reserving tables and where sitting at the tables while the other person was still standing in line. a bit of double standards.

03/06/2025: I waited a bit to write this review because I wanted to be sure of what I'm about to write. Here I ate the best cinnamon roll of my life and being a cinnamon addict I've eaten so many and in different places in Italy! Right in Milan at the very famous "Loste Cafè" well, nothing to complain about the latter on the contrary, the cinnamon remains soft well balanced in taste and moistened to levels that border on perfection. A note worthy of merit goes to the chantilly and berries saccottino, an apotheosis of taste combination with every bite. Marlà has become my point of reference when I go to Milan (unfortunately not as often as I would like) even crossing the whole city, but their cappuccino, their desserts, their smiles deserve this. When I know I have to go there, I call them, book and return to Turin satisfied with their exceptional products! Very fair price for the quality offered. Their pastries are little gems of jewelry, cared for in every detail. Last but not least, the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. Absolutely highly recommended! Well done everyone! 17/05/2025: We had a great time. The service is fast, efficient and friendly. My sandwich was remarkable and my girlfriend's pizza looked delicious too. Highly recommended the apple cider. Probably the best pizza in Ponte di Legno!

17/05/2025: Excellent burgers and pizza. Friendly and helpful staff. Location right in the center of Ponte di Legno, perhaps the ambience could be improved with some furnishing touches to make everything “warmer”. Overall a great experience. Maybe a little expensive but in line with the positioning and target. We will definitely be back.

30/04/2025: I had the worst experience in a bar/restaurant in all of Europe. I have been traveling abroad since I was a child and I am also Italian. I speak 4 languages. To start, I sat outside, ordered a drink and was attentively served by a waiter. Speaking of the BAR: the Asian guy at the register treated me with absurd respect, my cell phone battery was running low and I politely asked him to charge it. I was about to order another drink and something to eat, but did he think I was going to steal? run away? He put my phone on charge and said he would only give it back if I paid what I asked for. I usually use my virtual Apple card and told him to wait a while while I decided what to order, but he kept saying that either it was time or he wouldn't give me the phone back. This is even against the LAW! What a moral embarrassment! To fix the problem, I paid with my physical card and left. After even the ironic comments like "I've already told you several times". In the center of Milan, with tourists who are the ones who move the money here since the salary is low, at the very least they should get EDUCATION from us. Honestly, an asshole working the register in a place like that turns people away. The second inconvenience was the older couple sitting in front of me, who got annoyed because I spoke Portuguese (I speak English, German, Hebrew and Portuguese). They kept staring at me rudely and when they got up the woman called me rude. I didn't answer out of respect for his age and because he is actually ignorant, even though he is older. There were several tables with people smoking, drinking and speaking other languages. The difference was that I had headphones, and I didn't even have a speakerphone, which made them uncomfortable... Terrible place, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
