18/04/2026: I'm vegan, and last night I dined here for the third time. The staff is incredibly kind and always present without being intrusive, always ready to accommodate every request. The menus are always exquisitely varied, the ingredients are top-quality, and the cuisine and attention to detail are truly excellent, with truly interesting and never boring options. For me, a vegan, if I let them know when I make a reservation (recommended because it's always busy), I always find super delicious and meticulously prepared dishes. The prices are not at all high and perfectly in line with the excellent quality of the cuisine and service. Highly recommended. Colombo Fabrizio

26/10/2025: We visited this wonderful cafe three different times in our 4 day visit. They have excellent snacks, coffee and drinks no matter what time you need a pick me up. Matteo, the owner, is awesome and gave us fantastic recommendations for other restaurants in Como and even made a reservation for us! If we get the chance, we’ll be back again!

10/04/2026: Returning to a place you treasure in your memories is always a risk, a gamble against time and the evolution of your palate. It had been years since I'd set foot in this place, and in my mind, the flavors had remained crystallized in an image of excellence that was hard to shake. And yet, sitting back at this table today left a melancholy aftertaste. It's not so much a question of technique—the pasta, in fact, is still the star, with an excellent texture and the crispness you expect from a masterfully crafted product—as of soul. It's the broth that has lost that punch, that "wow" effect that once made me close my eyes at the first sip. After exploring different places in Milan and, above all, after calibrating my expectations directly in Japan, my perspective has inevitably changed. What once seemed like a unique nectar now seems a bit dull, lacking the depth and layering of flavors that transform a simple soup into a memorable experience. It remains a decent product, but that sense of wonder I remembered seems to have evaporated under the blows of more daring and authentic comparisons.

We took advantage of the brunch option, and I have to say the savory bruschetta was delicious, as was the brioche. The ginseng wasn't as good—one of the worst I've ever had—but the staff was friendly and helpful, even with any additional requests we made!
