14/08/2025: I highly recommend it. We stumbled upon it by accident and don't regret it. It's unconventional—a true feast for the senses.
07/08/2025: By chance, we stopped for lunch, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The food, wine, and hospitality were impeccable. I would still improve the service in a few details. The ambiance isn't my cup of tea, but that's just my personal opinion.

22/06/2025: I was passing through for lunch for work one day and I had a great time. I returned with the whole family on Sunday and the place was packed. I was amazed by the fact that even with the place full They were very quick in the service and all the dishes served were delicious. I recommend trying it.

20/06/2025: All good, last night stratospheric carbonara the best I've eaten, this evening we took something else from the menu but everything was good; too bad we have to continue our journey but we will return here when we are in the area, everything from Francesco to the chefs is worth it.......

19/07/2025: Excellent experience, not the easiest to get to but worth it. The buffet is very generous, not just with cheeses but also with cured meats and delicious side dishes. After the appetizer buffet, there's a first course and a second course. €32, drinks not included, a fair price. The liqueurs are also excellent. Highly recommended, especially for cheese lovers.

04/08/2025: We chose Poggio della Guardia to celebrate our wedding. A wonderful and well-maintained location, with welcoming and helpful staff. Daniela accommodated and fulfilled all our requests for the setup and decorations, but also and especially for guests with intolerances and allergies. The guests were very welcome and highly recommended!

And let's not forget the owner, Fabione: friendly, open, patient, and kind! If you're passing through Sutri, you can't leave without stopping here.

11/07/2025: Four of us, from England, visited on spec on a Thursday evening in July. We were enticed by the sign on the street saying English was spoken, and were greeted like old friends. The food was fantastic, the wine excellent, and the beer good.
And a bonus for English folk like us - the proprietor spent many years living and working in London and was happy to reminisce about times past. A very happy evening spent, and would recommend to anyone.

04/08/2025: We stayed for one night, but the hotel is also suitable for a longer stay, as it has a pool and outdoor space. The owner was very kind and allowed us to keep the room well past the checkout deadline.
The rate was competitive with B&Bs and agritourisms. Breakfast and lunch were also excellent. The staff were helpful and welcoming.
Pets are also welcome.
