15/10/2025: It was a fantastic experience. We messed up the opening hours, but the chef, the lady boss, arrived early and served us a five-course set menu. And for the kid, a special pasta dish not on the menu. Delicious. Unforgettable. And very warm.

25/10/2025: We visited this wonderful place for lunch on Saturday and it was love at first sight. The exterior is authentic and wild, and the road leading up to it isn't paved, but it's worth it! As we stepped out of the car, we were greeted by the bleating of sheep in the distance and the scent of nature. We entered this large room and the owner gave us a warm welcome! In the center of the room is the huge antipasti buffet, the restaurant's highlight: from all kinds of cheeses (fresh and aged), to jams and honey, to vegetables, cured meats, meats, and soups, all produced on the farm and all handmade in the open kitchen. After this incredible appetizer, you can enjoy the frequently changing first and second courses, also prepared with farm-fresh products, including the handmade pasta made by "grandma." Plus, a great surprise: a wine list that would rival any wine shop, refined and well-stocked! The owners are truly kind and approachable and know how to adapt the menu to your individual needs. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable! Everything was perfect for us! We'll be back very soon, despite the 50-minute drive. UPDATE 10/25/2025 I can confirm everything! Always wonderful! We found different cheeses, but they were spectacular as always. This time I tried an excellent buglione (which I recommend) and the exceptional seadas!

13/09/2025: As soon as I entered the place, my first impression was of great order and cleanliness, nothing left to chance, everything meticulously arranged. An exceptional variety of flavors. I tried the fig one and it was a pleasure, an exceptional balance of flavors; it had been a long time since I'd tried it. A truly wonderful experience. I promise to repeat when I can.

09/09/2025: We tasted excellent Sicilian granitas (lemon and almond) made with quality ingredients... real ingredients, not syrups or the like! The gelato was also very good. Must try!

14/09/2025: Beautiful place on Lake Bolsena. Amazing food and excellent service. It's a bit pricey, but fair for the quality of the food. The wine list is also good. The staff is excellent and service is quick.

16/11/2025: We stopped here on our way back from Santa's Kingdom. It's a small place with seating, located in front of the archaeological park. Good quality, very fair price, you leave happy and with a full belly! Special mention to the very friendly owner!

02/09/2025: On vacation in Tuscia, we stayed at S'Osteria for a week. We loved the place; though basic, it has a refined and cheerful style, and it's centrally located. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was a treat with homemade desserts, and the staff was truly friendly and ready to offer advice. We also took advantage of the excellent restaurant, which is interesting because the menu includes both traditional dishes and pizza, as well as more unusual options. For example, the cold vegetable soup turned out to be a gazpacho, much appreciated after a hot summer day. We really enjoyed our stay.

The service was quick and attentive, and the food was excellent! I recommend everyone to go there because it's absolutely worth it (make a reservation, as it's a small place). 04/11/2025: A pleasant surprise! We stumbled upon Fraschetta di Jack almost by accident, driving from Caprarola to Florence, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for lunch. Delicious food, fast service, and truly friendly staff. A place where you eat well and feel welcomed.

Great for quick meals with friends. My family and I created four different first courses, then added four desserts, two coffees, and water, and paid €57. We'll definitely be back! 😊

23/07/2025: We're intrigued by the unique offerings, almost unique in the city. The experience is ultimately positive, but there are a few key points to note: the atmosphere is pleasant, cleverly casual, informal, and friendly. The "book and sit" formula, already seen in other chains, allows you to skip the hassle of ordering and choose your own seating. At the end of July, it might be nice to find the air conditioning working and not have to request it after an unexpected, mandatory sweating session, but the very limited staff can also lead to these oversights. There you have it. This is one of the important things: just three people managing all this simply can't handle it, and it shows. Despite their extreme helpfulness and kindness, the limited staffing affects wait times and, to some extent, the quality of the dishes. The menu offers a wide selection, with a predominantly vegetarian focus, and interesting recipes. We ordered eggplant parmigiana medallions, an excellent pasta dish with tuna, and a quinoa salad with vegetables and olives. Everything was very good, but inevitably tainted by the frenzy of just three people, one of whom was a regular, facing a large crowd. The pasta was cooked in a hurry and too al dente, failing to appreciate the superior sauce. The same goes for the eggplant medallions, where the slices still taste like unsalted vegetables and salad. One more person—or two very experienced ones—would have avoided all this. However, we believe these are youthful flaws and that more experience would be enough to correct them. We'll gladly return to check. The price is very affordable and in line with the type of offering.

11/11/2025: I'd say it's one of the best mushroom and chestnut soups I've ever had! The atmosphere is rustic but well-appointed. The quality is excellent and the service is friendly. We'll be back, and I highly recommend it!
