28/01/2025: We took the tasting menu (4 courses €48 per person): the courses were plentiful for a tasting menu but above all everything was delicious. I particularly recommend the tortelli with octopus amatriciana (spectacular!), the stuffed quail and the "babamisù". Even the wines that the chef proposed to us as pairings were perfect for the dishes. The chef is a wonderful person, available to explain the dishes and also to entertain the guests in conversation. Fantastic experience, we will definitely be back!

07/01/2025: I don't usually do reviews, but this time I can only give my super compliments to Debora for the beautiful dinner we had during the little holiday in Montefiascone with my partner... Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!

12/01/2025: We went to this wonderful place on Saturday for lunch and it was love at first sight. The outside is authentic and wild, the road to reach it is not asphalted, but it's worth it! Once we got out of the car we were greeted by the bleating of sheep in the distance and the scent of nature. We entered this large room and the owner gave us a warm welcome! In the center of the room is the mega buffet of appetizers which is the strong point of the place: from cheeses of all kinds (fresh and matured), to jams and honey, to vegetables, cold cuts, meat and soups, all company products and everything handmade in the open kitchen. After this incredible appetizer, you can enjoy the first and second courses which change often, also prepared with company products, including the handmade pasta made by "grandmother". Furthermore, a great surprise, a wine list that would be the envy of a wine shop, refined and well-stocked! The owners are really kind and approachable and know how to adapt the offer according to individual needs. Quantity/quality/price ratio I would say unbeatable! For us everything was perfect! We will be back very soon despite the 50 minute journey to go.

14/01/2025: Ambiente informale e pulito. Servizio velocissimo. Nonostante fosse Lunedì il locale era per metà pieno. Porzioni abbondanti (eccetto l'antipasto che sconsiglio di prendere) e di ottima qualità e fattura. D'ora in poi sarà il nostro riferimento a VT.

10/02/2025: We were there for lunch. Excellent experience. Very kind, attentive and very courteous staff. The menu offering is varied enough to please and delight everyone without ending up on those menus so long that you wonder how they manage to have everything always fresh? The dishes we chose (we ordered a mix of starters, side dishes, main courses and a first course asking to have them all together) arrived as we asked and were appetizing and well cooked. The fried foods are excellent, the first course is rich and tasty, the artichokes... Like mum's. In our opinion, the bill is between cheap and medium-low.

12/01/2025: Only tried the restaurant that really deserves it!! Very rich appetizer with carefully prepared, plentiful and really tasty products...spectacular first courses at the right price! Entrecote cooked in the beautiful open fireplace, delicious accompanied by equally good baked potatoes. All accompanied by a decent wine list and the kindness of the waiters... To try and try again 😋

The meat is the real strong point: cooked to perfection, tasty and served in generous portions. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, with typical furnishings that recall the Maremma tradition. The service is fast and the staff is very helpful and attentive to customer needs. If you are looking for a genuine and satisfying gastronomic experience, this is the right place!

13/02/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect experience between taste and atmosphere! Having dinner at this restaurant with my girlfriend was an excellent choice. Since our arrival, we were welcomed with great cordiality and accompanied in an intimate and evocative environment, immersed among the ancient walls and arches of Sutri. A true hidden diamond, perfect for a special evening. We decided to share an appetizer, a first course and a second course, accompanied by half a liter of excellent quality local wine. At our request, we were kindly served fragrant bread with excellent extra virgin olive oil, a detail that we really appreciated. Our culinary journey began with porchetta meatballs on parmesan cream, a dish with a strong flavor but perfectly balanced by the creaminess of the cream. Next, the fettuccine with wild boar ragù, the true protagonists of the evening: fresh pasta perfectly al dente, surrounded by a rich and tasty ragù, in which the wild taste of the wild boar married perfectly with the delicacy of the pasta. The suckling pig with potato millefeuille confirmed the very high quality of the cuisine: very tender meat with a crunchy crust and an accompaniment that enhanced every bite. The dessert closed the dinner in the best possible way: a strong and perfectly balanced tiramisu, with fragrant ladyfingers, the right intensity of coffee and a simply extraordinary cream. To conclude, an excellent chestnut liqueur, a gem that left a very pleasant memory. Attentive and attentive service, high quality ingredients and an enchanting atmosphere make this restaurant a true pearl. If you are in Sutri, you can't miss it!

26/01/2025: As per the stars assigned, nothing to complain about the food. Very good raw material, cooked very well, my dish was delicious: pork cheek with puree and crispy onion, really good. The guests also really enjoyed their dish, alas, there were VERY NEGATIVE aspects. First of all, a smile and a welcome good morning, it would be desirable, then for heaven's sake, three menus for four... that's fine, that's fine, looking at me badly because I change the dish, apologizing, that's fine... that's fine... ..but there is no point in completely ignoring the table for almost 1 hour, serving appetizers and main courses at the wrong times, then leaving us for more than half an hour with dirty dishes in front of us, no interest in asking if we wanted water, dessert, NOTHING. Could it be because, having ordered little, you thought it wasn't worth paying attention to? Another thing, we had asked for a bottle of sparkling wine, a surprise for a birthday celebration (only option) BUT NOTHING! This expectation, too, was disregarded, as it could not have been otherwise. The room is full, Sunday lunch, well, then, make room for young people, make room for those who know what to do and want to work, to save a day's pay for someone, you will continue to lose customers, honestly? It didn't leave me with a good memory at all.
