24/02/2026: It's a bit off the beaten path, but it's definitely worth it to reach the Tenuta Il Radichino of the Pira Brothers. You'll truly immerse yourself in their farm, especially when you taste their produce. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

05/03/2026: Passing through this tuff village rising toward the Tuscia sky, Montefiascone, a balcony overlooking the blue of Lake Bolsena, in search of a quick lunch, is a place of class. Upon entering this restaurant, you immediately realize you're in a classy place. Describing the universe of Osmosi without slipping into the banal is a challenge to the senses: here, the experience isn't limited to the plate, but transforms into a constant stimulation where the boundary between food and the senses becomes wonderfully subtle. This is thanks to the magnetic talent of chef Debora Costantini, a figure capable of infusing her creations with a fascinating enigma that enchants as much as the flavor itself. The experience is completed in the glass, where expert knowledge of wine meets attentive, yet never intrusive, listening attentively, creating a perfect harmony between knowledge and personal pleasure. The dishes I tasted exude that mystery typical of those who know how to transform raw ingredients into an almost unique experience. You leave the restaurant with an irresistible desire to return SOON. And then: See you soon!

13/09/2025: As soon as I entered the place, my first impression was of great order and cleanliness, nothing left to chance, everything meticulously arranged. An exceptional variety of flavors. I tried the fig one and it was a pleasure, an exceptional balance of flavors; it had been a long time since I'd tried it. A truly wonderful experience. I promise to repeat when I can.

09/09/2025: We tasted excellent Sicilian granitas (lemon and almond) made with quality ingredients... real ingredients, not syrups or the like! The gelato was also very good. Must try!

26/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, but it's worth returning. Warm welcome, a cozy and pleasant atmosphere, and excellent background music. Delicious food, well-cooked, and generous portions. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and refined. How wonderful to find these places in Italian villages, where, unfortunately, it's not always easy to find quality at the right price these days. The price is perhaps slightly higher than average, but it's definitely worth it.

03/12/2025: A metà strada is a small place where you can grab sandwiches or fried dishes. Staff were polite. The sandwiches are big, but for my taste the bread was a bit hard. I tried the frittura di calamari: we ordered the extra-large portion, but for the price I expected more—it felt a little disappointing. Overall, it’s okay for a quick stop.

08/02/2026: A stunning renovated venue, the cuisine is still top-notch, the indoor dining room is immense, the space for ceremonies is practically a dream, and the owner has a textbook ability to put everything together to perfection. What a treat and what a wonderful place.

02/09/2025: On vacation in Tuscia, we stayed at S'Osteria for a week. We loved the place; though basic, it has a refined and cheerful style, and it's centrally located. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was a treat with homemade desserts, and the staff was truly friendly and ready to offer advice. We also took advantage of the excellent restaurant, which is interesting because the menu includes both traditional dishes and pizza, as well as more unusual options. For example, the cold vegetable soup turned out to be a gazpacho, much appreciated after a hot summer day. We really enjoyed our stay.

17/09/2025: The products are very good but in my opinion they are not very honest because when you buy the ricotta, first of all it is not drained but they keep it soaked in the whey and then they weigh it with the basket without doing the tare. Once I got home I weighed the ricotta and it was almost half after removing the whey.
