The products are very good but in my opinion they are not very honest because when you buy the ricotta, first of all it is not drained but they keep it soaked in the whey and then they weigh it with the basket without doing the tare. Once I got home I weighed the ricotta and it was almost half after removing the whey.

Super helpful staff. It's my local go-to for gelato. A super creamy, high-quality product made with milk from their own cows. The pistachio flavor is divine, and the Snickers flavor is a must-try, as well as the Oreo! :-)
