03/04/2024: Well-kept place, with a touch of amarcord, for lovers of the genre. The atmosphere is always cheerful, especially on Karaoke evenings. As for the cuisine, I must say that the food is always of high quality, and this is something that is immediately noticeable with meat or fish. Even the pizza, however, I must say, never leaves you dissatisfied: well seasoned and never heavy, because it is artfully leavened. After all, the owner is a master pizza chef! And he's nice too, not to mention the rest of the staff, always friendly and helpful. They also have a decent wine cellar. My husband and I have visited several times and will return! Oh, I forgot, get some advice: sometimes they have some gems off the menu.

11/01/2024: Unfortunately the location leaves a little to be desired but the food is genuine and the service pleasant. What I don't like, but it's personal taste, is the music being too loud, especially karaoke, during dinner. You can't talk to other guests. For a dinner with friends who want to have fun and spend the right amount, it's great

Gianluca ha l'educazione di un padrone di casa raffinato e la classe culinaria di chi sa cosa vuole offrire ai suoi clienti. Prodotti del territorio, recitati nelle proposte alla perfezione e cordialità di altri tempi Qualità ottima delle cose assaggiate, dall'antipasto ai secondi. Si sente la forza della Tuscia. Vale la pena andarci, per il borgo, paese delle favole, e per il palato. Fatevi accompagnare da questo chef che...chiacchierando, era sulle opposte barricate della vita anni fa. 22/06/2024: Che dire non ci delude mai Stracco ( il proprietario). I suoi prodotti sono scelti con cura, prodotti tipici locali, e cucinati con passione. Io adoro la sua gricia con i stringozzi alle tre farine😍. Lo consiglio vivamente.

05/06/2024: I'm sorry but something has happened after years that I'm not willing to overlook: we've been ordering for years and I always get a diavola con bufala because I can't eat normal mozzarella. Since I didn't have cash I called them and they advised me to order on Glovo. After placing the order and specifying my preference regarding mozzarella in the notes, I called them to inform them of the order placed since there was the particularity of the mozzarella. Well he tells me that it has a different cost, and that's fine, it can fit (let's say). I tell him that I have already placed and paid for the order on Glovo, I get the answer: "Call Glovo then, bye" and they hang up on me. I canceled the order but the smart guy at the pizzeria had already accepted, so I didn't get my 25 euros back. I may have lost 25 euros, but you have lost 5 regular customers (plus all the people I will tell about it to when we talk about pizza). It's time for traders to come back down to earth who always seem to be doing you a favor whatever you ask of them.

03/06/2024: Pizza Country is one of the best pizzerias I have eaten in, the quality of the food served is very good. The staff who work there are helpful and kind, the environment of the place is very nice. I recommend coming to eat at this pizzeria, I'm sure you will be satisfied.

21/07/2024: The waiters are too kind. Thanks to Gabriele and Georgia and they speak English very well also! As for the food, it wasn’t anything special. Basic at most.

01/06/2024: evening of live music. actually, as in the reviews read, on busy evenings the service is poor... waiting for tables, fragmented information, slow service and unpaired dishes. It's a shame because the pizza and fried food are good. dairy products average. beer ok. self. if they hired some waiters it would go up in level... shame. to be attended on weekday evenings excluding weekends.

29/08/2024: Average ice cream but rudeness from the staff at a higher level. The grumpy barmaid, in a situation of absolute tranquility among customers, without a hint of greeting at the entrance, without a minimum of friendliness in serving the ice cream and final cherry after having made the payment had already left without giving the POS receipt to my wife (obviously without even saying goodbye, God forbid). When my wife asked if she should remove it from the POS, the answer was "you can detach it yourself". I assure you that there was nothing on our part that could have even bothered her, other than a customer asking for ice cream. Uncommentable, we will never return.

28/08/2024: I would make a more careful selection of personnel. The basic rules of politeness such as greeting were missing, I remained alone in front of the POS waiting for the end of the transaction while the girl in charge of the counter moved away from behind (there were no other people in the place at the moment to serve), the I had to ask remotely if I should remove my copy of the receipt... and that's how it was, she didn't even bother to conclude the transaction and say goodbye. He didn't want to work and made it clear from our entrance to our exit. Disconcerted.

03/08/2024: Questa mattina ho comprato il pane al fornaretto di Frascati e devo dire che un pane così buono non l ho mai assaggiato specialmente quello senza lievito ,prodotti buoni e di qualità, consiglio a tutti di andarci per provare queste sensazioni nel gusto che ho provato io, personale gentilissimo:ho dato 5 stelle, ma ne merita molte di più.

14/08/2024: I went there to order takeaway pizza. The somewhat rustic place reminded me a lot of an old pizzeria in the area that no longer exists and intrigued me. There is some parking space outside but it is not always accessible due to some uncivilized traffic, there are tables outside and inside. The pizza seemed good to me compared to the average of the place (which is not very high), thin and crunchy, the fior di latte was good, not at all rubbery, the tomato good, the cooking excellent, the price right (3 daisies, 1 ortolana €27 takeaway). Overall a good experience, I will definitely return.

29/07/2024: Ho provato questo ristorante dopo il racconto di alcuni miei parenti che sono rimasti molto soddisfatti da una precedente cena. Confermo tutto quello che di buono mi è stato raccontato. Antipasti ottimi e la pizza altrettanto. Vi consiglio però di prendere una pizza in due, perché sono molto grandi. La visita in questo locale la consiglio a tutti, anche alle famiglie con bambini piccoli.

21/07/2024: This well-appointed restaurant has a dream daily offer: all you can eat + 1 drink (also happy to have an Aperol Spritz, for example) for just €10. The food and drinks are of excellent quality. The staff is very helpful and kind. I'll be back for sure

10/07/2024: Overall a nice little place. Courtyard cut out in the middle of Via Appia, also silent. It's a shame that the service was a bit slow and the type of aperitif formula offered.
