14/09/2025: Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices (Roavy was the friendly server). A cappuccino, an espresso, and a large cone of ice cream were only €8! Great!

08/11/2025: The pizza is also decent (except for the ones with potatoes, which are always raw!), but the constant delays in delivery are unacceptable... 10-15 minutes go by, but even 45 minutes go by without even apologizing!! I'm sorry, but there are more professional places in the area.

Finding a fly, we called the pizzeria to try to find a solution, but they told me the fly hadn't come from them and questioned our words. So they would have sent us another sandwich, reiterating that the fly in question hadn't come from them.
But we refused because the problem wasn't so much the fact that there was a fly in the sandwich, which can happen, but the treatment we received.

20/10/2025: Totally terrible service, extremely rude and slow staff, and we waited over 10 minutes to ask for a table despite there being plenty of free but dirty tables. The food was the same quality as a supermarket, but at a higher price. I often pass by the station, and I've never seen service like this.
21/09/2025: A classic example of how opening too many venues without adequately controlling them leads to an inevitable drop in quality.

21/07/2025: I don't suggest to tourists. The man outside said my italian was terrible (with an obscenity) and said I shouldn't even try to learn it. This is even before we sat down. Completely inappropriate and a quite shocking experience.

02/07/2025: An ice cream shop without cream!!!!!!!! At least say it first, right??? Grumpy and unpleasant girl... we asked for a spoon, it seemed like they had removed a kidney... the ice cream? Not good at all... focus on courtesy... or you will only work with tourists who fall for it!
13/06/2025: In 2025, is cream still paid separately? Seriously? And we're not talking about artisanal cream (which I would struggle to understand anyway but ok), we're talking about cream dispensed by a machine! Oh please.
Also, 3 and some euros for a two-flavor ice cream? One hopes that in the few flavors there is at least quality or at least quantity.
Instead, two miserable scoops, but really bad, and not even very tasty. Incredible, it's very difficult to be completely disappointed and feel scammed in this way. Congratulations!
Ps, I'll add later: given the myriad of one-star reviews, where many are very similar to mine, I strongly advise the owner of the place to start looking around a bit to begin to understand that perhaps the problem is not those who criticize her, but her.
Maybe she'll gain some sympathy (something that was also missing at the time of purchase, it seemed like we were doing her a favor) but above all maybe she'll avoid having this sea of negative reviews.
Reviews also serve to give an indication of how things are really going, getting offended and acting in a snobbish but above all arrogant way certainly doesn't make things easier, on the contrary! Let's think about it ✌🏻

02/12/2025: Total tourist trap, avoid!
On top of a service charge and very slow service, they asked if we wanted our hot drinks small or large, even though nothing on the menu mentioned different sizes or different prices. Naturally, we chose large, thinking it was just the normal amount of coffee… and they ended up charging us double. We paid €22 for a latte and a croissant.
If you see this place and the sun is shining, don’t stop there.there are much cheaper and better options right next door.
24/11/2025: What can I say... walking into the Canova bar was almost a sociological experience. I ask the girl at the register (long, dark hair) for a simple pack of tobacco and, when it's time to hand her my ID, I'm just opening the photo on my phone. I don't even have time to breathe before I'm cut off by a "Hey, I'm working here," pronounced with the grace of a horn in traffic.
The best part? BY THE WAY, there wasn't a soul behind me. No one. Not even a shadow. A scene so empty I could have performed a 20-minute choreography and not slowed anyone down.
But no, better to hurry... emotional, I guess.
I didn't want to interfere with the extremely high level of courtesy that is evidently required for the role, a role that, apparently, requires a creative use of tone of voice.
I'm 20 years old and I work too. Strange: they explained to me that you don't need to bark at someone to do your job. Perhaps they're following a different manual here, like "How to Make a Simple 5-Second Exchange Unpleasant," an illustrated introductory chapter.
If management wanted to understand why certain customers leave irritated, they'd just have to walk to the cashier at the right time. The atmosphere speaks for itself. Perhaps they'd discover that a smile costs nothing... while rudeness, yes, does make them pay the price with interest.

You pay more, and only afterwards do they tell you, “Oh, but the milk doesn't foam.”
Funny, because everywhere they froth it without a problem 😅
Maybe it would have been enough to say they don't know how to make two frothed coffees.
Oh, I forgot… the coffee was undrinkable too.
15/09/2025: Happy hour. Priced higher than all other competitors in the mall. Poor food and drink quality. Poor customer service. Never again.
