02/09/2025: I love every type of pasta, fresh, stuffed and unstuffed.

15/10/2025: Good selection of croissants, service a little slow but friendly. Drinks are okay, there's a small parking lot and plenty of tables.

05/11/2025: It was the local comfort food, the place remained exactly the same as when my parents used to go there as kids, and I grew up with Perugina too, even for takeout... everything was always good and familiar. I saw that the business has now closed and we were so sad!! We will miss it!!!

27/11/2025: A small pub in Pigneto that's become a neighborhood staple! A selection of refined, high-quality draft beers that change weekly. Friendly and welcoming service, and the option to watch Roma games (and more) on two big screens. A limited but equally high-quality food selection (the pulled pork bun is a must-try!). A basement room for live music. Fair prices.

18/11/2025: We listened to live music by emerging young bands. We drank a beer. Meanwhile, the Sinner tennis final was broadcast on the monitors upstairs.

13/10/2025: I discovered this ice cream shop just a few days ago, even though I saw it firsthand. I don't think I'll ever leave because the classic flavors are fabulous, including the cream, which wasn't that extra-sugary, pre-made shaving cream. I really don't understand the negative comments 🤔, since even the clerks were so kind to my hesitation/curiosity, letting me try a couple of new and unfamiliar flavors (flavors that are trendy now, but I prefer the many classic flavors). The prices may be higher than other ice cream shops, but you pay for quality! It's a good thing the shop isn't near my area, otherwise I'd risk diabetes 🤭

10/11/2025: At Gran Caffè dei Villini, I always feel a little at home. The smell of freshly brewed coffee, warm croissants, and the smiles of those working behind the counter make mornings lighter. There's a simple, genuine atmosphere, one that sometimes seems hard to find in Rome. The service is fast, but never rushed, and you can sense the care they give to each customer, even those who pop in for a quick espresso. It's one of those places you'll want to return to, not just for the good coffee, but for the sense of familiarity it leaves you with.

18/10/2025: Today I went for a coffee in a glass and a chocolate croissant. You were lucky, I was in a hurry, otherwise I would have brought another 10 croissants 😅 Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be back.

08/01/2026: Food: Excellent quality, fresh, authentic ingredients from Lazio and the province of Rome, traditional dishes. Service: Friendly, family-run, knowledgeable staff who speak foreign languages. Ambience: Informal and elegant, welcoming, homey yet pleasant. The exterior overlooks the historic Piazza San Salvatore in Lauro, the church of the same name, and Via dei Coronari. Inside, comfortable seating and a large upper dining room. Cool in summer and warm in winter. Clean and spacious bathrooms worthy of a 5-star hotel, even with hairdryers and a changing area on the lower floor, but with a stairlift. Prices: Average for the area.

07/01/2026: The two waiters kept making out behind the bar near us and flirting pretty loudly. i had a chicken soup with tortellini which was in fact not chicken soup and just incredibly salty diluted tomato soup with unseasoned chunks of boiled chicken. A bit disappointed. They gave us a lot of bread though which was quite yummy 🤤

24/11/2025: I've been to this restaurant several times, both alone and in a group, and my latest visit confirms my previous impressions. 1. Drink Prices (⭐ 5/5) Drink prices are truly excellent. A 660ml Peroni beer for €2.80 is hard to find elsewhere. From this perspective, it fully deserves 5 stars. 2. Food Prices and Value for Money (⭐ 4/5) Food prices are average, not too high but not particularly low either. As for the quality, it's generally good, although it can vary a bit in some areas: some dishes are very good, others less so. The food is very tasty and not too oily, which makes for a pleasant experience. Portions could be slightly more generous: with a €17 order, I was full, but not entirely satisfied with the quantity. 3. Service and Ordering (⭐ 4.8/5) The service is excellent: friendly, fast, and helpful staff. Ordering via QR code is very convenient, with a clear and well-organized menu. Photos aren't available for all dishes, which could be improved. Furthermore, it would be interesting to expand the menu a bit, offering a few more options. Overall, I give it a 4.5 🌟.

27/10/2025: The menu is very varied and the food is excellent. The only downside is the somewhat cold service. The prices are excellent.

11/01/2026: I went today with my wife and 8-month-old baby for lunch. It was 2:40 PM, and they kindly warned us that there would be a bit of a wait for the kitchen. So far, nothing wrong; we agreed to sit down anyway. At 2:45 PM, we ordered two dishes and a water from a young woman (not difficult to remember) and waited, knowing it would be a bit of a wait. Well, after waiting until 3:52 PM, my wife made sure everything was fine and was told by the same waitress who had "taken" the order whether or not we had ordered. Later, seeing her taking turns, another waiter told her that we should have asked him first and kept him updated. All this to spend about twenty minutes chatting with the local celebrity instead of focusing on the customers. I should emphasize that the place was far from full, but waiting an hour only to be left like that doesn't deserve a second chance. P.S.: Of course, we first offered to pay for the water, but at least they offered that. Hence the 1/5.

09/01/2026: Not to be returned, disappointing service and overcooked, low-quality dishes, the veranda very cold and full of flies and to think that at 6pm I went by to ask for a table inside and I was told no problem NEVER AGAIN 😔😔

08/12/2025: This evening, after waiting over 10 minutes for a piece of Margherita, I got home and noticed that it was completely burned underneath. The other types also had the usual burnt appearance... inedible!!!

03/12/2025: Hello, on December 1st, at 9 pm, I came in and had some very good pizza slices. The place was more than clean, but the pizza chef's rudeness towards the counter assistant left me speechless. I witnessed the whole scene. He said some really nasty things to her, especially because the girl served me impeccably on more than one occasion. I hope that, contrary to what the pizza chef said, you don't fire her, because that would be a shame. I would definitely return for the pizza and the service. I highly recommend it.

17/01/2026: We've been here twice: the first time we had crepes and gelato, the second time we opted for savory. Both times we were very satisfied. The products are high-quality and you can taste it. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, and the staff is very helpful. I highly recommend it.

12/09/2025: The pizza is good, the fried foods are acceptable, but as for the piping hot, freshly fried supplì, I have to say they use a very poor quality mozzarella that doesn't melt like in the photo, and it's not the first time. I think they all use the same mozzarella. The Vivarelli line. SUPPLÌ BY PHONE? Now it's just a MEMORY. 11/09/25 I went back, I got a supplì as soon as it came out, the mozzarella? It's disgusting.

24/08/2025: Instead I say "TOP SERVICE 🔝" two rude girls who are also inattentive and don't hear anything, ask for your order several times, then smoke next to people eating, and for takeaway they tell you that you have to put everything on the tray yourself, then they give you a "polite" greeting that I've never seen. It's difficult to work on Sunday, you see they have to kick everyone out. Terrible! Raise the staff level.

28/07/2025: Drinks stop after the trip to the Cavada Pass, the Nasego farmhouse for the AVIS party, and then the Nasego refuge.
