09/04/2025: Overall, a nice place, we celebrated my daughter's birthday, they are well equipped with games and adequate space, good value for money. Friendly staff, here is a list of pros and cons. The space dedicated to children is certainly positive, the basic buffet is more than adequate in quantity and quality. I recommend it for children's parties. Negative aspects: they don't allow you to bring, in addition to the buffet made by them, anything external that is also sold by them, for example, wanting to bring a few packs of large chips, we're talking about a children's party, it wasn't possible even if there was a receipt, all because they sell them internally, too bad they only sell small packets that wouldn't have satisfied everyone's needs. Another negative aspect, we brought the cake from outside and the staff who portioned it criticized the cake by asking where I had purchased it, initially I also shared the criticisms because they also gave voice to my thoughts, but when I tasted it it was very good, in general I think it is really unprofessional to make comments on things purchased externally, giving negative information about the pastry shop I went to, I think it is much more profitable to ask why I didn't buy the cake internally and work so that the next customer can be encouraged to do so. Phrases like "I could make this cake better for you at a lower price" are never too successful. Finally, the last negative aspect, as I was leaving I was forced to take away a bag of rubbish, it contained the paper of discarded gifts and broken balloons... Now, I understand that it was rubbish related to objects not purchased in the club, but what is needed, already having to remove the remainder from the tables, to take an extra bag of rubbish... You get lost with little.

17/03/2025: Il ristorante Opera di Donne situato nella piazza principale di Calcata Vecchia è una piccola gemma. Una location raffinata ed elegante, cibo ottimo e un’accoglienza professionale ha reso la nostra serata indimenticabile. Da segnalare in maniera super positiva la gentilezza delle ragazze, la presentazione dei piatti e la location sia esterna che interna del locale. Stra consigliato !

06/04/2025: Good evening, I was with my family and with my granddaughter we ate the good starters and first courses. Among the second courses with inedible side dishes. The service of the waiters was impeccable. With a price of €33 per person and drinks included.

06/04/2025: We went to the melazza today the entertainment service for children is really varied and fun for our little ones as far as the food is concerned it is normal starters decent first courses acetable second courses hmmmm... No comment desserts reach sufficiency overall it is a farmhouse with very friendly and polite staff with an excellent entertainment offer and a cuisine that could improve in the proposal a little expensive 40 euros per person 33 + drinks adults and 25 children 20 + 5 drinks Maybe they should change the variety of the menu so we don't get expensive and mediocre but it's worth it to entertain the kids!

06/10/2024: Had 2 ice creams after dinner on Saturday evening 5 October 2024. A €2.50 cone (2 flavours) A €3.50 cone (3 flavours) Very good and delicate ice cream. The owner very friendly and professional. I will definitely go back if I pass by there 🙂👌

08/09/2024: I love this ice cream shop for the quality of the ice cream, classic and new flavors for all needs, traditional, vegan, sugar free... quiet environment, indoor and outdoor places to enjoy an excellent ice cream also to take away....

19/03/2025: Preciso che la recensione negativa va esclusivamente al ragazzo che mi ha servita per i bignè di san Giuseppe e NON erano le zeppole ,ma semplici bignè di san Giuseppe .ne ho acquistati 6 per un totale di 30€ ! Conservo lo scontrino . Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni ,sulla cifra esagerata ,mi è stato risposto che il totale era giusto, perché i bignè sono pieni di crema . Ora giudicate voi: non è un furto pagare 30€, per 3 bignè fritti alla crema e 3 al forno ?

15/03/2025: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Talking about a restaurant or tavern is crazy, just as the listing on Google is crazy. We randomly found ourselves in this hangout for hard alcoholics and it was one of the most unpleasant experiences ever. First of all, upon entering we encountered some people who were leaving arguing with the manager (we should have understood this already there). In the main room there was a real party with speakers blaring and Gigi D'ag stirring up the tables. The young and kind Alice makes us sit in the next room to avoid the deplorable scene of drunkards dancing and hugging between the tables. We sit down and after being seated and reassured by the waitress we ask for a still water and a beer. After 10 minutes, we received an already opened hot white wine and a sparkling water, kindly brought by one of the clearly drunk managers. We point out that we had asked for something else and we are invited to consume what they had brought us. After trying a sip of undrinkable vinegar, we insist on having what we originally asked for. At that point the manager brings us the beer with an extra glass (we thought it was for us) and urges us to refill it every time it comes to our table. All with a rich seasoning of gratuitous swearing and without worrying about breaking the rules on physical contact. The third time he shows up at the table, drinking a glass of our beer, we get up and leave, amid insults from the festival tables in the main room. A scenario that is nothing short of rough and mortifying. Fortunately we had the good idea not to taste their dishes, brought to the table by the other manager with his thumb in the dishes. The only positive note was poor Alice who kindly tried to save what could be saved.

09/03/2025: we called and advised we had a dog I was told they accepted dogs and would put us out We arrived and the waitress told us the table wasn't ready, when we returned she told us she thought the dog was smaller so we understood they wouldn't accept us.

13/10/2024: A welcoming and well-organised place, with a vast offer of home-made baked goods, of high quality and great variety. The service is quick, thanks to the numerous staff at the counter. There is seating both inside and outside, in clean and well-kept spaces, with dedicated areas for smokers and non-smokers. The tobacconist service is also excellent, very complete, and the ease of parking makes access convenient. The aperitif is rich and reasonably priced, the atmosphere is informal and pleasantly frequented by young people. A notable improvement has been seen in the service at the counter: compared to the past, the staff is now friendly and fast. Ideal for a quick lunch or an aperitif with friends, with the possibility of watching the matches on the big screen. Also recommended for a small detour if you are passing through.

12/08/2024: I ate here at the end of June with my boyfriend and his family during a holiday in Rome. Being American tourists, we wanted to experience the true beauty of Roman cuisine. I had the cod and the Jewish artichokes. My boyfriend's stepfather got mad at the waitress and to this day I don't know why, but he made me translate for him anyway. Although the mood was ruined, we eventually recovered and were able to enjoy the rest of the dinner. Miss Waitress, if you are reading this, I am still sorry on behalf of the behavior of a member of my party! I really appreciated his hospitality. Thanks for the excellent food. I would love to go back one day!
