15/11/2025: The restaurant seems stuck in the 1970s, and I must admit that the setting has an authentic charm: period furnishings, a slightly retro atmosphere, and that old-fashioned feel. Unfortunately, the management doesn't live up to its potential. The service is extremely slow and often sketchy. Some dishes aren't bad, but the menu is dated, and what arrives doesn't always match the description. A prime example: the pineapple chicken is served heavily vinegared, which is far from standard and unheard of in other Chinese restaurants. It seems more like an "adapted" recipe than a dish faithful to the menu. The situation worsens with the "all you can eat" option. Not only do some ordered dishes not arrive, as if they were "forgotten," but the staff openly complains if you order "too much," which is unacceptable for a restaurant offering this option. I've even been told that I'd left too much food on my plates, when it was just ordinary leftovers: a few pieces of meat with a callus, some rice that was too burnt or cold... nothing excessive. It's unpleasant to eat while feeling watched or judged, especially when the customer is simply enjoying what the restaurant itself offers. If the kitchen can't keep up with orders, perhaps it would be better to rethink the formula, instead of blaming the customers. It's a shame, because with more professional service and an updated menu, this place could really enhance its old-world atmosphere.

02/11/2025: One of the oldest Chinese restaurants in Rome. Delicious food and a very friendly owner! The restaurant is also truly beautiful.

23/11/2025: The experience started badly as soon as we arrived, as parking was incredibly difficult. Once we parked, we were hoping for a lovely evening with good food, but instead, the food was mediocre and the service terrible. They forgot our order, and after more than an hour of waiting, the first courses arrived—nothing special, in fact less so.

23/11/2025: A negative experience in many ways: disorganized service...our orders were overtaken by a table of 14 people who arrived after us (5 people). Mediocre food, too heavy. The only positive point is the location.

01/11/2025: A place that's neither good nor bad. The interior is pleasant, welcoming, and warm. I think it reaches its full potential in the summer with the large outdoor space. The food is average. My wife had pasta with pesto and shrimp. They forgot to add pesto! We had to point this out to them. They took the dish back and added pesto. The price is average. No one would travel across town to eat here. There's plenty of room for improvement.

31/10/2025: Ideal for convivial gatherings. The food is good, served with a friendly and competent service. The surrounding atmosphere is extremely pleasant, considering it's in the city.

27/09/2025: We ordered two pizzas and four fried foods. After a 30-minute wait, we were told that "only the fried foods are missing and it's an additional 5-minute wait." After another 15 minutes, for a total of 45 minutes late, the pizzas were COLD! Never again!!!

The restaurant offers a wide selection of traditional dishes, pinsas, and burgers, all offering good value. The service is in line with the restaurant's reputation, though there's room for improvement.

21/11/2025: I've eaten at many Neko restaurants, but this has definitely been the most visited over the years. Each time, I've been surprised to find the dishes consistently excellent. Over time, they've added a few different types of sushi, like the Neko specials. The staff's courtesy is always spectacular. Excellent value for money.

22/09/2025: I'd already been to this bar-restaurant for an aperitivo—a rich spritz and chips—and it was great. A few nights ago, we decided to have pizza for dinner and this place came to mind, which is actually one of the few in the area to serve round pizzas at the table. We were immediately greeted with kindness and helpfulness, given a table, and were ready to order. I was struck by the simple tomato supplì, not just the classic ragù: we ordered one of each, plus a cacio e pepe, two margheritas, and sparkling water (the total came to a respectable €19). The ragù supplì was very good, but I wouldn't get the tomato one again for personal taste (but my girlfriend liked it better), and the cacio e pepe was good but nothing exceptional. The margheritas were thin, crispy, and not overly flavorful: classic Roman pizza. Overall, I enjoyed the food, the quiet atmosphere (there weren't many people at the time), and the friendly service, and I'm sure I'll have plenty of opportunities to return, for an aperitif or a casual dinner.
