18/02/2025: "Ma va'?" è un ristorante che non si limita a mantenere un ottimo livello. Cresce costantemente e propone nuove ricette, tutte caratterizzate da un'impostazione vegana piena di fantasia e di creatività. Davvero apprezzabili le crêpes ripiene di funghi, il carpaccio di rapa rossa e i bocconcini di cavolfiore speziati. Il locale è arredato in maniera semplice ed accogliente. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. La carta dei vini non è ricchissima ma contiene proposte originali e di ottima qualità.

09/02/2025: Si mangia molto bene e il personale è davvero gentile e molto professionale. Abbiamo manifestato delle esigenze alimentari specifiche e la ragazza del personale ha letto ogni etichetta e si è informata su ogni ingrediente dei piatti, per fornirci la massima tranquillità nella scelta dei cibi. Così dovrebbe comportarsi ogni ristoratore che si rispetti! Bravi. Consigliato.

13/04/2025: Location bella ma il personale non sa fare accoglienza, ti ignorano, si lamentano tutto il tempo che sono stanchi e che c’è troppa gente, ti passano davanti come se non esistessi e ti dicono sempre che “devi aspettare”. Tavolo libero, per prepararlo ci hanno messo 20 minuti e poi nessuno si avvicina per dirti “si accomodi”. Evidente che non c’è una organizzazione del lavoro adeguata al posto e al favore che gli accorda l’utenza.

30/03/2025: Il locale è accogliente, il personale gentile e preparato , la qualità del cibo davvero ottima e i prezzi sono molto accessibili. Perfetto per cene in famiglia, con amici o in coppia. Abbiamo mangiato un’amatriciana buonissima e della carne alla brace davvero ottima. Si trova parcheggio facilmente e d’estate si mangia fuori in giardino.. consigliatissimo!

29/08/2024: 47€ for 4 slices of pizza without cutlery and 4 sodas 😢 because it is in a mega tourist street between the Vatican museums and Saint Peter's Basilica. View of dirty work and tables. Go your way. The pizzas are ok but not worth the price. Average service. Tourist trap place. We have a much better lunch elsewhere.

23/03/2025: Excellent service and (almost) attentive to everything, perhaps a little too invasive at times. First and second courses were good but exaggeratedly expensive, the pinsa, which should be the strong point of the place, was nothing special, it had not risen well and the seasonings were wrong. The off-menu items were too many and obviously inflated in price, not knowing them, with a bitter surprise when it came to the bill which was quite high for what we consumed. I would recommend reducing the menu to focus on doing well and little. Lastly, the rind (or skin) should always be removed from the mortadella before slicing it.

13/03/2025: Dinner for 4 on Friday. A welcoming place, half full, where you can talk to diners without having to raise your voice. The broad bean purée with chicory, the sautéed broccoli, the sautéed chicory and the artichoke salad, taken as an appetizer, are excellent. We also took a "Porchetta and artichokes" pinsa and a focaccia, to share, too cooked for my taste. For the second course I chose the braised meat which is my passion, but I found it poorly made, with unflavoured meat, too "stiff" mashed potatoes and too compact a sauce: I had the dish taken away, the waiter asked me why and I told him; he came back after a while, saying that's how they do it. I take note of it, but the communication was not necessary: ​​I hadn't asked him anything and I wasn't even interested. The other diners took an "Esagerata" pinsa without salami which they didn't like and almost all of it remained on the plate, a tomato and anchovies pinsa and a portion of lamb chops. 2 people had dessert (the tiramisu was much appreciated). They don't have beer on tap - we had a few bottled beers and a couple of glasses of wine. The final cost was just over 230 euros, even plausible if everything had been good. I don't think they removed the braised meat from the bill (as would have been correct), but I can't say for sure, since I didn't look at the bill details. However we won't be going back.

05/04/2025: We stopped here for an aperitif, but I saw that they also do cooking. The general atmosphere is decidedly chaotic. The cutting boards seemed a little expensive to us, considering that they are almost completely made up of pizza and small pizzas. The drinks are good though.

05/04/2025: This place was the force cafe I experienced in Rome and it was unbelievable. I had to go back every morning for breakfast. I tried other places but this place was out of this world.

24/03/2025: A dear friend took us to eat at this place after a show. He recommends fettuccine and we accept. We were actually satisfied right from the starter because it was plentiful and attention was paid to the smallest details. The fettuccine was phenomenal as they used to make it, beautiful rough and beautiful ignorant as real Romans like it. To then move on to the second courses which also arrived hot and hot and made with incredible skill. Not to mention the service which was fast, precise and smiling. A highly recommended place and we will happily return. Thanks for everything. A dinner to remember.

20/04/2025: very cool place i found when looking for food for 5 people in a hurry, that ended up a hit choice! the name was definitely a catch as it basically means "hi [slightly derogatory way to call a homosexual person]" (in a "slayyyy" kind of way) and thats exactly what me and my friends are... super nice and friendly staff, food was great too! really raccomend this place, plenty of options to choose from!

18/02/2025: I returned after many years, on a very busy evening, and I must say that compared to the past it has improved a lot, even on a very busy evening they managed the quality of the dishes well (which is not a given in crowded ayces) and the timing. Good dishes, nothing exceptional, it wouldn't be my first choice let's say but it is still a good restaurant which, despite its rivals, keeps the price low even at dinner.

15/03/2025: Always an excellent experience! I often frequent this restaurant and every time it proves to be a perfect choice. The organization is impeccable and the service is always prompt, with attentive and trained staff. The food is excellent: generous portions, quality ingredients and well-prepared dishes. Even without taking advantage of the TheFork promotion, the prices remain very low compared to the quality offered. The restaurant is spacious and quiet, ideal for a relaxing dinner away from the chaos of the city. It is located outside the town centre, so it can only be reached by car, but the large car park makes everything very convenient. A place I recommend without hesitation!
