We both ordered pizza, which was exactly what you'd expect your first pizza in Rome to be! The service was very attentive! When a drink was knocked over, we were immediately given a new one on the house. Highly recommended for a tasty bite!

Everything is natural, but there are also new flavors, carefully crafted yet still natural, without any added powders or other strange ingredients. For those like me who grew up with the natural gelato my father made, it was like being a child again, with authentic, genuine flavors. Haven't been yet? What are you waiting for? Once you try it, you'll never leave! And it's not just a place to grab a gelato and run away, it's also a meeting place, a place where kindness and politeness reign supreme, where you can joke around and, if your work situation allows, even have a chat. 09/11/2025: Sunday family lunch went very well. Everything was very positive...nothing to complain about or criticize. The only thing I would change is the water in plastic bottles because they're inconvenient, but I understand that demand is so high that it might not be possible to keep up. As for the rest...the house wine wasn't bad, the food was excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the wait was minimal. The location was truly beautiful...the photos online don't do it justice. Congratulations

03/12/2025: My son Stefano and I returned to Rome after a long time, this time for tourism. Wanting something special, we couldn't miss an evening at Operart, my favorite restaurant. The linguine with sea urchins and shrimp was mind-blowing (though I would have preferred a larger portion), and the seared tuna with sesame were the icing on the cake at this classy restaurant. A special thanks to the staff and owners, always smiling, friendly, and super kind.

30/11/2025: A wonderful discovery, a modern and popular place. A must-try for Cassino and the surrounding area. Delicious appetizers and pizzas, but my favorite remains the Doc Fritta pizza, cooked at three temperatures. Even though it's fried, it remains incredibly dry and crispy. A delight for the palate. I highly recommend this specialty! Unique! Here it is in the photo 😍

08/10/2025: Excellent value for money at this pinseria!!! Special mixed fried vegetables... The pinsa is light, well-seasoned, and very digestible... They also have several burger menus, and they're all very tasty. You can also eat outside for six months a year... Everyone I've brought to this pinseria has always returned, not only because they were satisfied but also to try the other dishes available. The ladies who run the restaurant are polite and discreet... In short, if you're not overly picky but value quality and tranquility, this is a place worth trying and then returning to. Roberto in the restaurant and Alessandra in the kitchen are two excellent, very friendly owners and managers, always available. Thank you for never letting down the friends and family I occasionally bring to enjoy your specialties. Alberto.

30/11/2025: A minimal yet welcoming restaurant in the heart of Centocelle, spread across two rooms. The welcome was warm, and the chef's entree was well received. The menu was short but intriguing. I tried many dishes, but none particularly impressed me. The calamari with escarole was good quality but dry, the giardiniera with cod was good, but the cod was over-proportioned and lacking in flavor, the fritter was good and tasty, even if it lacked the accompanying yogurt. The fusilloni were decent, and the tonnarelli were good. I didn't appreciate the amatriciana, however, as the sauce was too sweet and completely muted the flavor of the dish. To finish, the doughnuts were tasteless, the frangipane tart was unremarkable, and the ricotta and persimmon dessert was completely unrelated. The bill was reasonable. Friendly service and reasonable wait times. I expected something more given the good reviews. The cuisine certainly has a good hand, but I would review the choice of some raw materials and reevaluate the taste and balance of some dishes.

05/11/2025: Went on an afternoon in October. There was no queue, few people ordering and things going fast. Tried the classic tiramissu. Good taste but nothing exceptional. Try it if you are in the area and want a small treat but don't go over your way to get it

05/11/2025: Best tiramisu found in Italy . Served in two sizes and straight away go for the large one and you wont regret it. I loved pistachios the most. They serve 5 flavours.

30/11/2025: Cappuccino Doc is an amazing and cute cafe. I’ve been here many times and the staff is always friendly. Both coffee & pastries are tasty, but you can also go there for aperitivo. I honestly recommend visiting.
